Hello Alberto, Thank you for staying with us, I'm sorry that you feel that you haven't had the attention from our side, but looking into our three communication channels (VRBO inbox, Email, and WhatsApp), I only see one request by WhatsApp that was answered 10 minutes later, and one thought VRBO inbox that said only "Family Trip". It is our mission to make beautiful memories for all our guests and treat them with professionalism but in this case, I don't think that your comment about us is justified.

We are so happy that you enjoyed the convenience of the place, it is indeed very close to the beach and in a very secure location! We are looking forward to your return and hope that we will be hosting you again! Kind Regards Josef

Thank you so much for the review and so glad you had a great time. The unit is truly amazing. I am very sorry about the keys and towels and we will make sure that does not happen again. Zip lining and the snorkeling are definitely some of the most popular tours in the area. We look forward to you coming back and staying with us again. Thanks so much for the wonderful review.
