Esta unidad es una increíble unidad de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños con techos artesonados de diez pies de altura. Seguridad las 24 horas y estacionamiento subterráneo conducen a casi 3000 pies cuadrados de sala de estar, terrazas, vistas al mar, cocina de lujo y más. Podemos dormir hasta 8 personas con comodidades de lujo y las mejores comodidades. Acceso directo a través de la puerta a la playa donde puedes disfrutar de la arena, la sombra del sol y las piscinas de marea en equipo con la vida marina.

Una piscina grande y bien equipada es una parte muy importante con tumbonas y cojines, áreas sombreadas y soleadas, piscina y jacuzzi.

Un corto paseo a un supermercado local, charcutería, abrevadero y algunos restaurantes gourmet completan la comunidad local, mientras que a solo unos minutos más abajo (1 milla) se encuentra el pueblo de Tamarindo con toneladas de restaurantes, tiendas y servicios.

Beautiful Experience

The property was amazing. Ocean view, lovely terrace with jacuzzi, swimming pool, full kitchen and open fall plan. The staff is very helpful and the office responds to all phone calls and messages promptly. Great place!

This property gets five stars out of five. Facility, location, security, view, all just excellent. Used the booking agency, RPM Services, for transfers to and from Liberia. Everything in a timely and professional manner. Used Alberth Marchena, 506-7056-8394, AAA CART RENTALS, for gas golf cart. Drop off was on schedule and cart was in excellent condition. Great trip, family already talking about returning.

Fantastic stay in Playa Langosta

The condo is better than advertised! The view of the ocean when you walk through the front door is breath taking. The condo has a HUGE great room, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, but the patio/balcony is unreal with an amazing view of the ocean. Would totally stay here again, great trip!

Week in Costa Rica

We had a wonderful time at Crystal Sands 304. If you want million dollar views, this is the condo for you. It was so spacious for our family of 6 to spread out. The hot tub on the deck was a plus! The condo is close where you can take a day trip and come back. We definitely will be renting this one again our next time in Costa Rica!!

Perfect Place for Tamarindo Area

This is our 1st trip to Costa Rica so we didn't know what to expect. Thrilled with our lodging choice. Easy walking distance to center of town but so much quieter. Underground parking great! We throughly enjoyed the pool using it 2x a day. Had everything we needed in our condo and more great views. Attentive security & maintenance staff.

Absolutely stunning condo, with amazing view.

A family of 5 (two teens, a twenty-something and parents). We stayed for 8 days. The condo is even better than shown in the pictures. Very spacious and well cared for. The main balcony is spectacular. Great location too. Right at Langosta beach which is lovely for morning walks. Away from the bustle of Tamarindo, but an easy walk when u want to get into town and to Tamarindo beach.

Spacious Condo

This was a great space for a family of 5. There was room for everyone without feeling crowded. Property managers were quick to respond to any questions or requests. Check in and check out was easy and contact free. Loved the extra towels, beach towels, and bedding. The beach is too rocky to really swim in, but it offers some beautiful views and Tamarindo beach is just a few minutes away. Would stay here again if we visited the same area!

More than expected!

We enjoyed our stay so much in this beautiful spacious condo with amazing views and beach front access. Everything provided was more than we expected. So many bath/beach towels & linens! The kitchen was nicely equipped with anything we could possibly need. The property was gated and security guards were friendly & helpful. The furniture was clean & so comfortable, ample space for dining. I can’t say enough good things, we hope to visit again.

Beach front ocean view condo

The place is amazing, steps away from the beach. The home and property are well taken care of. The home is well equipped with all kitchen needs, books towels and great jacuzzi. Nice terrace furniture to relax, great carts for loading and unloading car. They left us a yummy bottle of wine, flowers and pastries. We ordered additional pastries they were so good! The place is quiet and very private. You won’t be seeing neighbors unless you want to. One of my best stays. Zero complaints

WOW! THE VIEW!!!!

Awesome condo. I describe how incredible the view is! It's like a postcard. The condo was VERY roomy with tons of room for the family to hangout in the kitchen, dining area, and living area. Great security and underground parking if you choose to rent a golf cart. You almost don't need one as Uber is readily available and I don't think we paid more than $5 for most trips. Everyone in the Tamarindo is so friendly and service oriented. Everything was perfect.

The location was within walk of town and we nearly had our own private beach! Truly a perfect place to stay.

Beautiful house and fantastic location

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and has so much room. We loved spending time on the deck and watching the ocean views. We also appreciated the 30 second walk from the pool area to the beach. At high tide we enjoyed the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach and at low tide we snorkeled directly in front of the property which was an unexpected surprise. We also enjoyed walking into Tamarindo, both along the road and also along the beach. The pool area is very clean and refreshing, especially in the afternoon as it is fully shaded by mid afternoon. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking in Tamarindo whenever we decided to drive into town. If we didn't have a rental car we would have rented a golf cart.

Great vacation spot

We had a great time at Crystal Sands #304. Property management was helpful and communicative. Jose and Daniel at the front gate were very helpful and pleasant. Even had a little cat, Crystal that greeted us daily. The facility was clean and well appointed with a beautiful view. Loved the beach access and plenty of towels for us to use. We also loved that the location was a little distance from all the hustle of Tamarindo. A golf cart made it easy to go in and out of town--a must have! Alberth from Rent Me! Tamarindo Golf Carts made picking up and dropping off the golf cart easy--they come to us after we dropped our rental car! All in all, great trip. Highly recommend Crystal Sands #304.

A gem of a place!

This place is more beautiful in person, than what the pictures show! Very spacious and clean and the view from the balcony is amazing! We had all we needed. Plenty of pillows, blankets & beach towels. The beach directly at the place has a lot of rocks but if you walk down a bit towards Witches Rock it is much nicer. I suggest to rent surfboards & surf or get lessons at Witches Rock. So fun! This place is great for multiple families with enough space for privacy. Loved the private bathrooms. We walked into town one day, it’s a 10 to 15 minute walk depending on where you go. Other times we rented scooters or used Uber. Next time we will plan ahead and rent a golf cart, they were all rented out when we wanted one. We attended a wedding at Sueno Del Mar and we were steps away from them. Also, very nice and helpful security at the gate. Absolutely perfect!

Condo with spectacular view

This condo met all our requirements Including THE spectacular view of ocean All the amenities we needed / wifi / etc The 3 large bedrooms are comfortable The main open space is really great for our family of 4 this was more than we needed but truly enjoyed Near all the convenience as well as private beach access via which you can walk to all the beaches / beach club, surf etc. We rented a golf cart which was truly enjoyable to move around Langosta/Tamarindo The kitchen is basically furnished so that was plenty for us to cook breakfast and lunches so we did not cook extensive dinner as the are so many good restaurants within 5 min golf cart drive. Instead we enjoyed drink and apéro on the wonderful private terrasse for sunset then head out for dinner out! Thanks to the property management team ! Their service and attention was perfect, including the repair of one of our AC which was done within the day and very professional. We will certainly stay at Crystal Sand #304 again if we come to Tamarindo

Spacious, Gorgeous View, Great Location

Pictures don’t convey how spacious this place is! The view is incredible. The beach is steps away. Another large beach is a short walk away. The busier part of town is 5 min drive. There is security and underground parking. We always felt safe. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The only thing that our group felt needed improvement was the cleanliness/upkeep. The floors all throughout were dirty upon arrival. One of the showers does not properly drain, and there was a standing pool of water at all times. The washing machine desperately needs to be cleaned, and the coffee maker needs to be replaced. We were graciously given a late checkout, but the cleaner was not informed. Aside from that, communication was good! Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided, but can be rented from a place down the street. The AC was wonderful and worked very effectively. The hot tub wasn’t exactly “hot” (maxed out at 99 degrees), but still a nice extra. It was quiet on most sides of the condo, but one room definitely hears the kids in the pool right below. It was convenient to have an elevator, an onsite pool, a parking garage, and reliable wifi. We loved waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean. Incredible! Overall we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend this condo!
