Venga a visitar las playas de Manasquan NJ y disfrute de esta hermosa casa de playa de dos pisos. Solo aceptamos alquileres de familias y personas mayores de 35 años. Estamos ubicados a solo una casa de la playa. Ven y ve a la playa como quieras. Con vecinos cercanos en un solo lado de la casa hay una sensación de espacio abierto. Estamos ubicados en la zona tranquila de la playa de Riddle Way. Esta propiedad cuenta con un plan de piso abierto. Las habitaciones están ubicadas en el segundo piso, separadas de la sala de estar. Duerme hasta 7. Patio trasero con parrilla de gas. Ofrecemos televisión por cable, wifi, teléfono. Unidades de ventana AC, estacionamiento reservado para un auto. Patio trasero de arena. No ofrecemos insignias de playa. Las insignias diarias se pueden comprar directamente en la entrada a la playa o dar un paseo por el stand de la insignia y comprar insignias semanales, de temporada o para personas mayores. Los inquilinos son responsables de traer sus propias sábanas, toallas, toallas de playa y sillas de playa. Esta es una casa libre de mascotas / libre de humo Sin excepciones.

Great stay!

Our family of 4 (two small kids) stayed here the last week of July and it was perfect for what we wanted. The location is ideal as we went back and forth from the beach throughout the day. I highly recommend. Thank you Erica!

The location was amazing. The sandy property is great and relaxing but leaves you sweeping A LOT. Loved Manasquan and plan on returning.

House was clean, cool and convertible, backyard was ideal, and with only steps to the ocean.... perfect. Erica did a great job with the weather as well.

Nice place and even better location

Only issue we had was the bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs but it is a great home and location for the value. We would definitely rent it again

Hidden Gem!

This house really is a hidden gem among the monsters along the boardwalk area! Very comfortable and cozy. Very close to the beach, but far enough away for a little peace and quiet! Looking forward to my next visit.

Great, economical place to stay

We had a good time staying here. The location is nice and close to the beach and much less expensive than beachfront. The house had everything we needed such as kitchen utensils. Do note: The house is old and quirky. (The walls in the bedrooms do not go all the way to the ceiling so everyone can hear each other.)

Thank you for staying with us! I am glad to hear that you and your family had an enjoyable vacation!!! This house has been in my family for 3 generations. It was built in the very early 1930's. The concept of the bungalow design of the walls not completely reaching to the ceiling/ roof was to promote circulation and ventilation of the ocean breezes to help keep the house cool on the hot summer days. This was a common architectural design during that time as there was no such thing as central air or window a/c units. It was important to me to maintain the original design features of the house because that is part of the charm and what makes it unique, it is what sets it apart from the more contemporary counterparts. Again, thank you for staying and for taking such good care of the house while you were there!

Great location, modest house

Pros: Location can’t be beat. 1/2 block from beautiful, clean, family-oriented beach with pretty good fast-food style places on boardwalk. Water was beautiful and not too rough. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Listing is 100% accurate. Cons: no washer/drier, which was more of a problem than we anticipated; little privacy because bedroom walls do not go up to the ceiling; single bathroom on ground floor but all bedrooms upstairs, which presents a problem for seniors like us; livingroom a/c extremely noisy; door knobs tend to fall off. Overall an outstanding value.

The squeeky doorknob has been corrected and the doorknob inspector has given his approval ;) The AC however continues to play out it's "music this side of Heaven" while producing that super cool cool relief during the present heat wave.

Awesome location, bedroom walls not optimal

The location is amazing, you couldn't ask for anything more. The space behind the house is also pretty awesome if you have kids, our 2 year olds played in this space everyday. The only thing I didn't like is that the bedroom walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling which is pretty tough with babies/toddlers that are affected by noise/light coming from the other rooms. If the walls went all the way up the house would be perfect.

Great Visit

My wife and I purchased a week at this property as a gift for our parents. Everyone had a great time and will remember the trip for years. We lucked out with the weather but the house itself fit us well. The location is amazing with the beach only steps away, along with a large gazebo on the main walkway where we spent some time. There are really good places to eat and the people are friendly. The landlord was helpful and the overall transaction was very smooth. Thank you!

Best Rental in Squan

My family has been renting houses in Squan for over 30 years and this was by far the best vacation and rental we've experienced. The location is not only perfect but it's so much fun watching everyone come and leave the beach. It feels like it's beachfront because of the great front sand area and seeing/hearing the ocean. Our kids LOVED the house and how close it is to the beach, boardwalk and Gee Gee's. When the kids went to bed, grandma's babysat so the moms could enjoy a quick walk to Legget's! There's AC in every room which wasn't even needed because of the great ocean breeze. We will be renting EVERY summer! Thank you so much!

Great Summer Rental

From sunrise to sunset every minute of our stay was a pleasure in this charming beach cottage. Updated, it is comfortable, clean,& equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach or walkway to the Inlet. We rode our bikes there every morning for breakfast at Carlson's Corner. The little patio at the back of the house is perfect for a simple lunch in the shade. I especially like the second floor front porch. It is a delightfully breezy and cool spot to watch a brilliant fireworks display or a colorful sunset on another perfect vacation at the beach. We're going back. I forgot to mention that fishermen like this location for their early morning surf fishing, especially in the fall.

Charming, practically ocean-front with one-block-off pricing!

Every once in a while we have lots of overflow and need another cottage, and this has become our go-to favorite. Right on Riddle Way by the gazebo, you can see the waves from some upstairs windows. We like how they have improved it (more window AC units) and lots of fresh paint and sprucing up. It has a cute covered 2nd floor porch on the back for sunsets. One of the nicest perks of this cottage is that the owners have lots of plantings & that adds so much to the outdoor area. There is a grill right off the back door too. And that dedicated off-street parking spot is a BIG plus. Manasquan is the greatest little beach town!

Cute little beach house!

The owner thought of everything and the house was organized very well. We loved the easy beach access and the comfy living room/dining room combo area. Definitely felt like a traditional beach house and not a modern condo on the beach. The one bathroom was just okay but the small back patio area and air conditioned bedrooms worked out great for a family of four with two young kids. Does the town allow for seasonal beach tags? They would be an excellent addition.
