Casa de playa fresca y soleada con 4 habitaciones: Master w King, 2- Queen, 1 Bunk, 2 Twin. Cocina comedor totalmente equipada y comedor formal para un amplio espacio para toda la familia. La soleada sala de estar con televisor de pantalla plana de 50 ", sótano terminado con pantalla plana de 42" permite que todos tengan el espacio que necesitan incluso en un día lluvioso. ¡El amplio patio con columpios y espacio de vida al aire libre son perfectos para jugar kickball y saborear su margarita después del día en la playa! Enjuague la arena de la playa en la ducha al aire libre. ¡Disfrute caminando a cenar en uno de los muchos restaurantes locales excelentes o cocine a la parrilla y encienda la hoguera por s'mores por la noche! ¡A tu familia le encantará esta casa bien equipada! 4 pases de playa y piscina para adultos con casillero de playa en el South Pavilion en Spring Lake. Great property in a nice little beach community

Great house and location. Plenty of space for our whole family and it was well laid out. The house was well stocked and furnished with everything we needed including beach supplies. Sea Girt is a great little beach town with everything you need close by. The host was extremely responsive and very pleasant. This location is at the top of my list when we return.

We had a fabulous time on our vacation in Manasquan. We were born and raised there, but moved away decades ago. This house felt like home from the minute we arrived. It was lovely, comfortable and conveniently close to everything. I highly recommend this home.

Family Reunion

This vrbo was perfect spot for our small family reunion. Plenty of space in a nice neighborhood with easy access to groceries and parks. Melinda was easy to get in contact with when we had any questions. It was a wonderful stay!

Great Family Wedding Weekend.

We had a family wedding and needed a place for our three children, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. This house was well laid out, has a great fenced in backyard and was clean. The location was perfect for all our events. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent getaway spot!

This was the perfect getaway spot for us with our pups! Big fenced in back yard and the location was great. We were minutes away from so many different restaurants and only about 20 minutes from Asbury Park dog beach and the boardwalk. Our host, Melinda, was nothing short of helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Marvelous stay in Manasquan

My family had a beautiful week in this lovely home. Clean, comfortable and roomy with a great backyard our resident dog loved. The home is a walk into Sea Girt town and a five minute ride to the beautiful Sea Girt beach. Melinda was a wonderful host! The four beach passes were a really nice plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorable house in great neighborhood

We loved this house and all the amenities! We were only here for two nights, but we were very comfortable and happy we found this little gem in Manasquan! Some of the toilet seats could be replaced but overall a very nice and comfortable house! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Beautiful Home

We truly enjoyed our stay at Melinda's beautiful Manasquan home. The backyard is really a standout; deep, private and picturesque. The kitchen has everything you might need there. The gorgeous, finished basement with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, 2nd living room and a laundry allows for privacy if you need it. We just loved the comfort of it all. The home is in a very nice residential neighborhood with a short ride to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. Melinda has great communication skills & was attentive to what we needed. She is delightful to deal with as the owner. Thanks for a great stay!

See, Hear, Now

We rented the house for a group of friends going to Sea, Hear, Now Music Festival. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, fully stocked. It was close to the house, and the town itself was adorable. Manasquan had great shopping. It was only 7 miles to Asbury, which made it perfect for the festival.

Jersey shore reunion

We came down to spend a week at the shore with our cousins from Sea Girt and Manasquan. Had a wonderful week! The house was lovely- clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The yard is large and great for kids. Melinda was wonderful and came right away when we needed something. Will definitely stay again:)

Great time at the Shore!

Melinda and Dan were great hosts! They answered all my many many questions prior to check in to ensure we had an easy and comfortable stay. The house was very clean and exactly as it was described. The street is very quiet and a quick drive to get to the beach and all major supermarkets and restaurants. Will definitely be back again!

Great house for a large family!

Our family needed a place to stay for my brother's wedding. The house and location were perfect. It was clean, well-stocked and had plenty of room for our extended family. Melinda was kind and communicated well. She generously dropped off an item we needed on the wedding day. Highly recommend!

Daughter's wedding get-a-way

We loved the location close to our daughter's wedding venue. The large yard was wonderful for the pets and to just unwind with a cocktail. The decorations were beach themed the same as my daughter's wedding plans. Melinda was helpful with the back and forth communications during our stay. We highly recommend this property.

Beach Vacay 2024

The property was in a very nice area. It met all of our expectations. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. Fenced in back yard was amazing. We have a special needs child and she absolutely loved it!! Even my 17 yr old zaid it was a great house. Very spacious. Definitely staying again!

Beautiful and Welcoming House

Our stay was great - the property was as described in the listing, clean, well-maintained, and had a great kitchen. The owner was attentive and friendly. The beach was close to the property and it was everything we needed for a good mix of business and pleasure. The only reason I didn't give a fifth star was because part of the basement was under construction, but it was still a usable area.

I have been enjoying the Spring Lake, Sea Girt & Manasquan beaches for over 20 years. I understand that as a renter you want to be in a clean & fresh home with the space and amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. I work hard to ensure everything you require is available in the house so that you feel at home and don't have to over pack. Each year I invest in an upgrade to the home. I have an excellent cleaning staff that takes pride in ensuring the home is spotless for each arriving guest. The house is equipped with linens & towels, but if you prefer to bring your own, that is perfectly fine!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The location of this property is outstanding for a family that wants to be close to the beach, have a fenced yard for the kids and enough space for the extended family - all at an affordable price. 4 adult beach passes included, bikes in the shed, swing set and a closet full of games make for fun times, rain or shine. I prefer to bike to the beach but there is ample parking if you prefer to drive the 1.2 miles to Spring Lake South pavilion or 1 mile to Sea Girt Beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Although the address of the home is Manasquan, the closest access to the beach is the Sea Girt beach which is within walking distance. The home is on a quiet street centrally located within walking distance to the shops, restaurants & bars of Sea Girt and Manasquan.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

All utilities in the price: INCLUDING Internet and cable. If you choose to order movies from Verizon I will bill you for any special purchase, but we keep many DVDs in the home so finding a 'free' movie is easy! We also provide all linens, towels, variety of spices, foil, plastic wrap, etc.. I try to keep the kitchen fully stocked with quality products.

If you require Baby items: I have a full size crib which I can have brought in and setup ($30 Setup fee), there is a high chair and if you need other items we can provide the name/number of a rental company in the area that will deliver and pick up.

The house is lovely and has a "Fresh & Comfortable Beach" feel.
