The modern two-room apartment, facing northeast, is located on the first floor of Villa Siegfried and offers up to 4 guests a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea—the beach is just about 50 meters away. The apartment is divided into a living area, a combined dining and kitchen area, a bedroom, and a naturally lit bathroom with a shower. On the balcony, you can enjoy relaxing moments with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.

The stylish living area of the vacation apartment invites you to enjoy cozy evenings with a comfortable sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) and a 65-inch Samsung 4K flat-screen TV. The dining area is integrated into the living area and offers space for shared meals.

The adjacent open and modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and an oven. The kitchen is rounded out with a toaster, a coffee maker, an espresso machine (Nespresso), and a kettle.

The bedroom of the vacation rental is furnished with a comfortable Schramm box-spring bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). The closet offers ample storage space for your clothes. You’ll also find a second 43-inch Samsung 4K flat-screen TV here. Opaque curtains are provided to block out light from the windows.
