Located in the pristine, peaceful north between San Lorenzo and Sant Joan, this sanctuary blends the magic of days gone by with modern luxury and absolute privacy. A magical hillside retreat, nestled in nature, with spectacular panoramic views across the Mediterranean landscape. A place to feel at home and enjoy quality time with friends or the whole family in full.

The cottage accommodates up to 7 guests and is divided into a main house and a separate guest house – ideal for families or groups who appreciate both shared moments and private retreats.

Main House (for up to 5 guests):
Bedroom 1: Comfortable double bed with air conditioning
Bedroom 2: Cozy single bed with fan
These two rooms share a large, luxurious master bathroom with panoramic views of the countryside.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds with air conditioning and direct access to an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower & light-filled skylights).

Separate Guest House (for 2 guests):A private sanctuary with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request.

A private pool offers the perfect refreshment on hot days. Sun loungers, a cozy lounge area and an inviting terrace with various seating options invite you to unwind under the Ibiza sun.

The property is secured by an electric gate system and offers ample parking space for several cars directly at the house.

The traditional Ibizan kitchen with an open fireplace and built-in side sofas is fully equipped. For coffee lovers, there is an ECM portafilter espresso machine and a milk frother in the main house and a Nespresso coffee machine awaits you in the guest house.

Appliances: Gas stove, Airfryer, Siemens dishwasher, Siemens fridge/freezer combination, toaster & kettle.

Highlight: Thanks to a modern osmosis system, the kitchen features a tap with filtered drinking water quality.

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, letting the Mediterranean breeze in while keeping the mosquitoes out.

Integrated radiators and open fireplaces turn the finca into a cozy oasis even during the beautiful, milder months.

Reliable Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the entire property.

In the north of Ibiza, you live away from the crowds yet remain perfectly connected:
Beaches (approx. 10 mins): The well-known beaches of Benirrás (famous for its drummers and sunsets), Aguas Blancas and Cala San Vicente are practically on your doorstep. There are also hidden little coves nearby that remain pleasantly quiet even in high summer.
Ibiza Town (approx. 20 mins): For shopping, culture and the world-famous nightlife, the center of the island is just a short drive away.
