. Vistas espectaculares y mucho que hacer en esta maravillosa propiedad frente al mar. La casa tiene un gran plan de piso abierto y espectaculares vistas del agua. La casa tiene aire acondicionado central para el máximo confort durante el verano. La casa tiene todas las sábanas, ropa de cama, edredones y accesorios de cocina totalmente incluidos! Disfrute de las vistas desde la terraza y su propia playa. Playas más grandes están a 2 minutos a pie. La casa tiene tres dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños. La cocina está abierta al salón principal y totalmente equipada. Cerca de las playas Waterford públicos, Harkness Parque y casinos. Muy cerca se encuentra pintoresco centro Niantic con un montón de restaurantes y un cine.

Beautiful Location, Courteous Host

We had an excellent vacation at this quiet beach getaway. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with great access to the beach! Our host Jill paid special attention to baby proofing to make the home safer for our one year old and even provided a bed rail for our 4 year old who wasn’t used to sleeping in a queen. We used the beach that was right outside the back door (with a fire pit!) as well as the beach just a short wagon ride down the street, both of which we had almost completely to ourselves! The sand bar was a really great adventure for the kids. Thanks for an amazing family vacation!

Tranquil views from lovely cottage

Hi Jill, Our time here has been fabulous and it just flew by! The house was perfect and we can not imagine a nicer place. You anticipated every need. Our favorite moments were sitting on the deck observing the birds, following the small boats on the cove and watching the tide coming in and out. The house was a great home base for the area...we made day trips to Essex, Niantic, Mystic, Block, Stonington, Watch Hill and Narragansett returning to many favorite spots but taking in some new ones. It is our hope to return next year. Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage.

Waterfront View

The property was very nice with a beautiful water view from The back deck. The home is in a great location and was very clean. One minor issue was that the living room couches were Not that comfortable and worn from frequent use. The appliances were a bit worn also. Everything else was great.

Great place!

Jill was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is well stocked with all the essentials. Great location and very quite/private area, yet close to stores and attractions.

What a wonderful peaceful vacation! It is exactly as pictured. So bright and cheerful and very homey. The house is decorated so adorable.Very nice quiet neighborhood and a lovely beach at the end of the street. But I have to say that we stayed on the deck most of the time watching the birds. Jill has everything you could possibly need at the house. Do not overpack dishes, etc. if you are coming from out of state you are all set too. Jill is also wonderful to deal with and gets back to you right away. There are so many great restaurants in the area too if you don’t feel like cooking. Lillian’s cafe and the Main Street grill were very good as well as black point pizza in niantic . We can’t wait to go back next year and actually leave the house!!! Thanks Jill for sharing your beautiful little piece of heaven. We will be back 😀 Lisa and Robert Z

What a wonderful week!!

All six of us (2 families: 4 adults, 2 fifteen year old boys) enjoyed every minute of our week (6/29-7/7)! The home is spotlessly clean, amazingly equipped, has a great view within a fantastic (quiet yet friendly) neighborhood & is located conveniently to various other towns & activities. All beds & furniture were very comfortable. Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, beach chairs, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, pots, pans, knives, bowls, the perfect glass for every drink, spices, oil, vinegar....EVERY detail is included and the home is ready for you to just enjoy. Honestly all you need is whatever clothing you want to wear. Just show up ready to vacation. If you are lucky enough to be in this house over the 4th of July, you can enjoy AT LEAST 5 different fireworks shows from the deck!!!!!! (For. Real.) Also, we thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood parade the Saturday after the 4th! Such a fun way to celebrate summer/vacation/family/life. The beach at the house is clean, quiet and private. Beautiful view, lots of wild life, lots to explore at low tide. Neighborhood beach is a few minute (easy) walk and also very clean & nice. And the owner?? Well. Jill is DELIGHTFUL! She responds to all communications in a very timely manner and made excellent recommendations for things to do, things to eat, and places to visit. The pictures with the listing show exactly what you get, yet don't do this place justice. Highly recommend this property!!!

Sisters reunion weekend

We were all pleasedan with our choice. The view was amazing and watching all the wild life on the water was entertaining as we sat out on the deck. We even got the opportunity to sit by the fire pit and reminisce our childhood memories.

Great vacation home experience

We were very happy with the Waterford beach house. Enjoying the bird life, tide changes, views across the water and peaceful feeling as we sat out on the back deck. It was a great time. We were fortunate to have good weather for the most part. The home is decorated very well and the personal touches were perfect. We wish that we could have enjoyed the local beach a little more - it was just too cool for that. A welcoming note and a bottle of wine was a very nice touch. The proximity to local attractions such as Harkness Memorial State Park, The Cross Sound Ferry System, Niantic Book Barn, Coast Guard Academy were a plus. We even saw a U.S. Navy Submarine underway with crew on deck in the Thames River - special! A good time was had by all. Thanks Jill!!!

Loved the tide

We loved watching the tide go up and down. The place was clean and very well stocked for all our needs. It's also about a 20min drive to Mystic, where we spent a day at the aquarium and seaport.

The only thing that we were disappointed in, was that the canoe was not usable. But the house was great, very clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. Jill the owner was so nice and returned my text right away. Loved it and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience

Everything was better that we ever anticipated. Cozy home, neat and clean,beautiful water access and views right outside your door, perfect location with plenty to do. Our host was the best and the welcome bottle of wine was a perfect welcome. Definitely want to return for a repeat visit.

Wonderful place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean and the kitchen is well supplied. There are plenty of towels, including beach towels, and linens. The deck is wonderful and there were plenty of little tables and chairs we could put out when family visited. We would certainly return!

Fantastic Family Getaway!

This beach house had it all...there was absolutely nothing we needed, everything was provided...from the beds, linens and comfy blankets in every room, this was the most comfortable vacation house we have rented!! The location was perfect for our 2 year old who referred to the house as "her beach house" she loved her first canoe ride in the bay w/daddy and played on the sandy beach every day!! Loved shopping in Niantic (Indigo), walking the boardwalk, Ice Cream at Gumdrops and Lollipops, and all the yummy seafood restaurants! and of course trips to the Casino (once the baby went to bed; we would leave the grandparents home and we would go play),we couldn't have asked for a better week...Jill the owner was such a delight to deal with and also very sweet leaving us a bottle of wine to kick off our vacation!! Thanks again for everything...

Truly a unique opportunity

We searched far and wide for the right place to spend a week at the shore and we clearly found it in this property. From the delight of driving into a beautiful, quiet seaside neighborhood and staying in a wonderfully kept house on a clean sandy point, to the serenity of watching elegant Great Egrets stroll through the incoming tide and the awe of seeing a blood moon reflected on the cove at night, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We are sure you will too!

Fabulous house in wonderful location

The property and location were excellent. The photos do not do it justice! Wonderfully peaceful sitting having breakfast on the deck watching the wildlife and boats pass by. Everyone was very friendly and we enjoyed walks around the nearby residential areas and to the Pleasure Beach in Waterford. Dinner at Captain Scotts in New London was an experience, long queue but worth the wait. The house is a good size for four adults, with a shower room and separate toilet upstairs and downstairs another shower room. The latter was very useful after a swim in the sea. Fully equipped kitchen and BBQ meant that we did not need to eat out unless we chose to do so. Sitting next to the fire pit at night watching the moon come up rounded the day off. Would recommend to families young and old.

What a wonderful week we just spent at this beautiful beach house!

This was the perfect home for our vacation! Everything was top notch from the beautiful location to the nicely decorated , immaculate and fully equipped ( you really only need to bring food) home. What we loved was how it was perfect for all ages. My 90 year old mother could enjoy watching her family play from the beach, deck or inside the air conditioned home. The children at low tide could walk way out on the sand bars which they loved. Hide tide was perfect for kayaking , paddle boarding and our small dingy. Jill, the owner, leaves many helpful tips on activities to do in the area and places to eat. This is really a very special "home away" !

Trip to the CT shore!

This property was wonderful. Jill, the owner was extremely easy and flexible to work with. The beach house was immaculate, everything was is good working order and completely true to what was advertised. Absolutely no surprises with the exception of how nice it all was! We will certainly put this on our list of places to return to!!!

Loved it!

We stayed here when we came out for my sons graduation from the USCGA. First of let me say this cabin is perfect for anyone staying or visiting the academy. It's easy to get to the academy and everything you need is nearby! Secondlly, the house is adorable and very clean. The views are beautiful and relaxing. The amenities they offer at the house are plentiful and we only needed our groceries. Lastly, the communication from the owners is wonderful. They answered all my questions quickly and the entire process went smoothly. I definitely reccommend this place to anyone interested. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Charming, super clean, comfy, sweet spot on the water!

Jill made the process very easy and provided everything we needed at her charming New England cottage. We were six adults with plenty of room for all. The house is cheerful, clean and very well appointed. The location is peaceful and quiet. Being on the water was wonderful, watching tides, sun and moon rise and plenty of fauna made our stay extra special.

Had a great week at this lovely spot!

This is the second year we have rented this house. We find it very relaxing and peaceful. I really love sitting on the deck and looking at the water and all the birds that frequent the inlet. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possible need, and well maintained and clean. The owners are always available if you have a question. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone that wants a relaxing stay on the water. I would recommend dining at Filomena's we had a lovely dinner there while we were in the area.

Amazing view, clean and everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay!

This was such a wonderful family vacation and staying in this home had a lot to do with it. The thing we enjoyed the absolute most was the stunning view. We loved seeing the changing tides, taking the canoe out and watching the moon shine on the water. The house was so clean and provided every necessity. We had so much fun playing the games that are at the house during down time. It managed to be a relaxing vacation despite two days spent at the beach in Rhode Island, a wedding and seeing lots of old friends. The house made us feel like we had a home away from home.
