Surf Side Shores 1701 es una unidad de esquina piso séptimo de que cuenta con una cocina renovada a medida con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El dormitorio principal y el 2º tienen una cama king y el 3er dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un sof������������������ cama en el salón, lo que hace que la unidad pueda alojar cómodamente a 6 personas. La sala de estar y todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana.

La cocina tiene gabinetes nuevos, encimeras y accesorios.

Surf Side Shores tiene dos piscinas junto a la playa, uno de los cuales es una piscina larga temporada. También hay una zona de la parrilla a disposición de los huéspedes de Surf Side Shores.

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. La cancelación, los cambios en las fechas de la estadía o la propiedad dentro de los 30 días de la llegada causan la pérdida del depósito. Repairing

Faucet in tub front bathroom needs to be fixed. Had trouble trying to get it regulated. Knob was not working right. Condo was clean and everything was as the ad said. Very pleased with it and the location.

Surf Side 1701

The location is perfect and the access to the beach and pool could not be any more convenient. The view is spectacular! The condo could definitely use some trim paint - I know it is the end of the season but it was pretty beat up. The bathrooms are all pretty dated especially the front one. You have everything you need for the kitchen except a place to put your own items and supplies. They have to go on the counter which is limited or on the floor. Of course the weather was terrible but the view from the balcony is so beautiful and calming it turned out just fine. This is our 40th year to Gulf Shores and we will be back!

Poor cleaning

Room was not the same as in pictures. Throw up and poop all over the walls and balconies. TV broken and not working Room wasn't clean. Will not stay at this condo again. Lay out of rooms wasn't the same as online. Literally poop on the curtains leading to balcony. Property was over priced for quality

Would Never Return to this Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented in this condo for the last two years with wonderful experiences, and this one was absolutely awful. Would never stay back in this condo again. It was outdated and filthy and disgusting. There were multiple stains on all the bed covers and drapes, couches were awful and uncomfortable and feet were black if you took your shoes off for even a minute. The ice machine was broken and we contacted maintenance 3 times with no fix. Drains in two of the showers would not drain so you had to stand in water when you showered. The only good thing about this unit was the washer and dryer. Highly disappointed in this stay and would not recommend at all.

Thank you for the feedback. We are so sorry about all the issues this guest had. The owner is currently making upgrades and has replaced some of the items mentioned. The ice maker has been replaced. They are working on replacing all of the living room furniture. This guest has stayed in this building before, but not this particular condo. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was a decent, if somewhat, pricey, last minute find. There was a tropical storm, but that didn't, in and if itself, deter our cheerfulness. However, the first 2 calls to maintenance were satisfactory. The 3rd was totally unacceptable. With an inch or more of water standing in the master br, he left and did not return. We called again and security got in touch with a manager. We, my hubs, daughter and her family were moved to 2 seperate units on 2 separate floors b/c all the 3br units had the same problem. At 11:30pm. Request for a partial refund has yet to receive a response.

Gulf shores vacation

This condo is small but has all one would really need for a short stay for 8 people. I am not one to leave bad reviews and would normally just let this go but....we paid a lot to stay here from a Thursday to Monday and very excited to be visiting. My complaint is that it wasn't very clean at all. Dirty napkin and dirt by end table in living room, dust in floor in corners and base boards dirty and stined. Black around kitchen faucet and it was loose as to about to come out. Opened window in middle room and when raised blind, dust flew everywhere, dark dust on return air vent. Outlets in 3rd room wouldnt hold plugs nor would that room get very cool and bathtub would make noises like it would fall through floor. The patio furniture was very used, plastic. For the cost, it couldve at least had decent patio furniture since one of the selling factors is that it is gulf side with a balcony! The kitchen was updated with new and nice appliances but the entire unit needs a good cleaning and fresh paint. Would not stay here again.

Expected “older but clean”, got damaged and dirty.

Not only worn down, beat up, and stained. That would all be looked over. We don’t expect or look for perfection. A foul odor met us at the door. Toilets looked decent but had foul odor. Showers were dark and musty. Our feet, bare or sock-footed, turned black. Couches were just sticky feeling. Hard to overlook when you’re there with a toddler and baby. Couldn’t wait to shower when we got home. That isn’t right for 3 nights and over $1800. On top of all of this, the front door lock and dead bolt had to be replaced as we were locked in and out several times. All 3 balcony doors were difficult, cumbersome, and finicky. Took too many pics to post all stains, gouges and defects.

This unit though needs some serious updates. Drapes are visibly stained, remotes and couches need replacement and the floors need deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay and the property management company is fabulous. We had 2 minor maintenance issues and they were there immediately.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst condo experience we have ever had. The location was nice right on the beach, pools nice. Inside condo was filthy. We have rented condos on the beach 2-3 a year for many years. We understand that these are rental properties and things happen but this place needs a DEEP clean and some routine maintenance. There was a huge spill on the rug where whatever had been spilled was all crusty, a panel in the ceiling above the master bath shower falling down, husband rigged so that it would not fall on us while in shower. Was told a when called in about issues that a work order would be put in since that was a safety issue a was there a week no show to fix. Red stains only hoped not blood on curtains. Chunks of drywall missing off wall. Living room furniture very worn and dirty. Like I said we realize that there will be wear and tear on a rental but for the price we paid for this condo it needs an overhaul before it continues to be rented.

The walls and base boards were very in need of paint. Remotes needed batteries. Curtains were very wore out. I called about the couch and rug being so nasty that they did send a cleaning service to shampoo. But then we couldn’t set on couch for three days. Ceiling tile in bathroom #2 was falling down.. 1701 needs to completely redone up to date furnishing. I booked severalOther condos for the ball team and when you saw there rooms I was glad I got the worst one. I would have been embarrassed.But I will try another unit due to the convenience of this property.

Cushions were flat.We had to clean before we felt comfortable in staying there.

Wise-cation 2021

The location of this condo was great. We were on the beach so access was a breeze. Just an elevator ride down. We were not far from The Hangout, but it is a couple minute drive, not a walk. There were 2 balconies which was surprising! The master bedroom was nice but the bathroom was connected to the living room and was super small. It had 2 doors to the toilet/shower with barely enough room to turn around. And getting the light switch was weird so we just left it on. The condo was clean and served its purpose but could use some paint and decorating updates.

Enjoyed the beach.

Everything was as listed. Had to contact the rental property management about TV and they were very helpful, and stayed with me until we figured out the problem. Quick access to all restaurants.
