Pasos a la playa! Si te encanta Asbury Park, te encantará pasar los veranos en The Sea Breeze Cottage. ¡ESTACIONE SU COCHE Y CAMINE A TODO! Está perfectamente ubicado entre la playa, el paseo marítimo y el centro de la ciudad.
En la planta baja hay un plano de planta abierto con electrodomésticos nuevos y muebles cómodos y playeras.
Fuera de la puerta principal hay un porche que siempre parece tener una brisa marina, no importa cuán cálido sea. Es perfecto para disfrutar de un cóctel nocturno con amigos y observar a la gente mientras pasean desde y hacia el paseo marítimo y la avenida Cookman. El patio trasero tiene una terraza con una mesa, sillas, sombrilla, parrilla de gas para bar-b-ques e incluso una vista panorámica del océano. Camina hacia el icónico Stone Pony y ve un espectáculo o simplemente relájate en tu patio privado y escucha la música a lo lejos. Estás a solo unos pasos del centro de Cookman Avenue, galerías de arte, locales de música, bares y restaurantes increíbles. Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed the cottage. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the beach and downtown. The property was as advertised. We would definitely stay there again!

Great little house in the perfect location

Wonderful, clean house located by all the fun in Asbury. It’s very close to Cookman and a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. Judi is a wonderful host and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome location! We walked to everything. Be mindful of parking rules if you have more than one car. Place is very clean, not cluttered and charming.

Our haven during COVID

This was our first trip since March, and we could not have found a more perfect place. Judi is amazing. She maintains her home to a high standard which translates to a beautifully furnish, well maintained, and VERY clean oasis. Location is ideal. We walked everywhere, with very close proximity to the boardwalk and great restaurants. We are already planning our next vacation to Asbury Park, where we will absolutely stay at this home again.

Great house close to town

We had a great long weekend stay for a wedding. This house is adorable! Very close walk to town and to the boardwalk. We were able to enjoy all of Asbury Park very easily.

In The Middle of Everything!

We had an amazing stay. The cottage and wrap around porch were charming, the fenced in yard was convenient for our pups, Judi was a wonderful host. We were in the middle of it ALL. A short walk to restaurants and shopping on Cookman. A short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful Asbury Park experience!

My wife and I visited with our doggie for the second year in a row, and our only regret is that we couldn’t spend even more time here! Judi is a wonderful host (and it was great to meet her!), and this house provides everything we love about AP. House has fenced yard front and back, which is great for traveling with a dog, has a great kitchen, and is a convenient walk to the beach and restaurants on Cookman. Can’t wait to return!

Great Getaway

Great house and location. Short walk to downtown Asbury Park and the beach. The house was immaculate which is saying a lot considering it allows pets. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our 2 pups. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Seaside Cottage Home

Absolutely adored this vacation home. The home is exactly what I picture when I think of a seaside cottage home. Very comfortable inside and out. I enjoyed morning coffee on the deck in the private backyard. The owner has perfectly equipped the home to ensure you have everything you need during your stay Location cannot be beat. It is located within easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and Cookman Avenue. There is also a small public park (green areas) a block away. Thank you Judi for sharing this gem.

Awesome rental

Judi is a wonderful host and is extremely communicative. The house is perfectly decorated and comfortable. She has all the creature comforts covered. I would absolutely stay there again! Can’t wait.

Cozy and refreshing getaway

We were so happy to stay in this cottage while visiting our families for the holidays. We spent lots of time on the beautiful front porch and in backyard. Perfect walking distance to grab coffee and also walk on the boards. And a top priority- comfy beds!

Great location with all amenities.

This property was perfect for our small family. Had picked up our daughter in NYC for an extended weekend. Brought her dogs along for some Covid TLC for her. Judy was awesome to deal with and was accepting towards our two Golden Doodles. Property is located within very short walking distance to both boardwalk and downtown. So easy to get around. Home is decorated with some great Springsteen memorabilia which we were huge fans of. Beds were comfortable. My only critique would be the couch was a little uncomfortable. Not a big deal at all. Had some rainy weather and was inside a bit more than expected. The outdoor porches were certainly relaxing. Great job Judy. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic location and beautiful home

We loved our stay at Judi’s immaculate home. It’s minutes to the beach and minutes to the main drag, Cookman Ave. We barely minded the foul weather our first day because the house is so lovely. Judi is very nice and extremely receptive. Our doggies also had a great time.💜

Cute house with great location!

The house is a great little beach bungalow (not sure if I'm using that term correctly) and it's just a block or so from the beach and also downtown if you want coffee or food. Also, super easy to get to, we're from NYC so nice to not have a long drive to get to the beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Great beach house

Wonderful home! Beautiful layout, with large living room and full size kitchen. Furnishings provide a real beach house vibe, and decor salutes Asbury Park’s music scene. We loved the front porch, and back deck and yard. It was perfect for hanging out with our doggy, as both back and front yards are completely fenced. Location is great, too. Just a couple blocks from Cookman, and close to the beach. Judi was a perfect host; she was easy to reach, responded quickly, and provided good recommendations. We hope to return next year!

Fall beach weekend

The house was just as expected and Judi was an excellent host. We were looking to get out of the city for a weekend but didn't want to drive too far. This was perfect, the house is walkable to all the outdoor dining spots on Cookman Ave and has a great front and back porch for the nights we stayed in. We took our pup to the dog beach and soaked up the fall sun.

Adorable space, great location

Judi was responsive and helpful. The house is cute and it was easy to walk to the boardwalk and Cookman Ave shops and restaurants. Easy to walk my little dog and great for bike riding.

Great house and perfect location

We stayed for two weeks in August. The house was great and Judi was a pleasure to coordinate with and was very responsive. It’s a perfect location - short walk to both the beach and downtown restaurants. We’d definitely stay again.

Great house by the beach

House was great for my family, including my 2 daughters. Perfectly located within walking distance from the beach and downtown, both about 7 minutes. Very clean and everything we needed to enjoy a week vacation. Full kitchen with all cookware, etc. and washer/ dryer were used often. Happy with the fenced in backyard for our 2 dogs. Outdoor shower was great after each day at the beach. Really look forward to returning!

Checks all of the beach house needs

This is the perfect location for a stay in AP. Walking distance to the boardwalk, Cookman, restaurants, etc. The cottage is well maintained and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed both the yard space and porch at night. The outdoor shower was a nice bonus after a day at the beach! It checked all of the boxes for a quiet vacation week. Looking forward to returning for our next stay!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Cottage was perfectly laid out for our family of 3 and small dog. Beautifully decorated with casual beach influences and a nice office upstairs was a plus! As all of the reviews mention, it is perfectly located on edge of Asbury and Ocean Grove so walk to everything.. Judi was super helpful and very accommodating. Great follow up on any questions I had ahead of our trip. Definitely a step above most shore rentals.

An Perfectly Placed Oasis in Asbury Park

Phenomenal! We had a ball. Judi is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The house is up-dated and adorable plus, all of the mattresses are wonderful and the bedding is soft. The location is perfect. We were literally three blocks from the Stone Pony and just feet from Cookman Ave and some of the best restaurants I have ever frequented. We hated to leave and will definitely want to come back!

Awesome home, outdoor area and location

The property itself was lovely, it was well maintained, clean and very functional. The host Judy was also very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The outdoor areas (front porch and backyard both) are perfect for hanging out and enjoying the evening breeze with the dogs. It was perfectly located, an easy walk to both the beach and boardwalk as well as the restaurants on cookman. Definitely plan on coming back again.

Great home! Perfect for Dogs!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Very cute, clean home that's near all of the fun but not on the main roads. You can walk to everything and it's perfect for dogs thanks to the completely fenced-in yard and outdoor shower. The owner, Judi, was very helpful too. We would definitely stay there again!

For Judi, Asbury Park was always a favorite summer day trip destination as a teenager with it's music, beaches and funky buildings. Since then, Asbury has seen much positive change and has a whole new vibrant energy of it's own with a feeling of renaissance. After several years of looking for a shore house this boarded-up 1930's fisherman's cottage became available and she jumped on it. Over the next year this former shell of a house was transformed into the lovely cottage that it is today. Everything has been carefully rebuilt and restored to todays codes but retains the vibe of a classic, laid back beach house complete with an outdoor shower and slamming screen doors.
Judi is a NJ licensed real estate agent.
