We enjoyed renting the chairs and staying on the beach. We went to the pool once. The drinks from the bar were delicious and strong! We had a blast!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo made our vacation a dream. We had 4 todlers, 1 pre-teen and 6 adults. The abundant space made gave us enough room to all spread out. The secluded master bedroom was a wonderful respite for the grandparents. Being able to park twenty feet away from our front door made unpacking and packing a breeze-No carts needed. Since we were on the East corner, we could really enjoy the sunrise. We are spoiled and only want to return to this condo. The only improvement that could be made is to have bigger sheets-and who really cares. It was wonderful.

When you walk in and turn right you immediately see nothing but ocean views and the furthur you walk in the better the views get! We opened all the blinds and they stayed that way the entire time we were there! Everything was clean and well maintained. Our party of 8 enjoyed the space inside and outside on the wrap around patio. And there are no words to describe the view from the living area and all 4 bedrooms. Everything was perfect, so I have no idea how well communication with management was. We had no issues and definitely no complaints! Check in was so easy and getting into the unit was just as easy. Parked right outside the entrance to our unit. Loading/unloading was awesome! I would definitely recommend this unit and we will definitely be returning. Beautiful place and unbelievable views!!!!

Family Spring Break Trip

Super nice condo! Plenty of space for everyone and easy to access from parking deck. This was a great location too. It was a quick drive to restaurants and shopping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this same complex for 10 years. Its a yearly family trip with our grown children and grandchildren. We have stayed on the 22nd floor all but one of these years in another 4 bedroom and loved it This year, we could not get that unit so we booked this one and we are not sorry. The 11th floor is great. We parked right outside the door and had to use the elevators very little. I admit at first, it didn't seem like home because we had always stayed in that other unit but after a couple of days, it felt more like home. We love the sectional couch so we can all gather at night to watch tv, love having all the bathrooms, LOVE the view. We wish we had a griddle in the unit but we had lots of other appliances we didn't use so thats just on us. We did have a wine fridge in the old unit and we did miss that, not for wine but just for drinks to take to beach. We have always loved the location of this condo, its close to restuarants and stores, you can't go wrong and we made use of the new restuarant on site, used that more than one night and my group really enjoyed the food. Easy to book, easy check in, easy check out and I hope to be back next year.

The Oasis

Beautiful condo with expensive view. Loved the “adult”pool with a separate pool for families. Having a bar and snack bar at the pool was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a four bedroom unit this year, and were so happy with this one! I think the balcony was our favorite part! It's huge, and it has a bit more privacy than the three bedroom units do, so we were out there every day and every evening enjoying it. The kitchen tools were left pretty unorganized, but once we sorted through dishes and pans, we had almost everything we needed. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows, which is always a plus! The only thing we noticed was the unit likely hadn't been deep cleaned since the start of the summer because there was a lot of dust on some of the pictures and around the baseboards. And one of the beds needed maintenance because the headboard was a little loose and the bedframe creaked.

While overall our stay was great. 1111 is one of the best condos we have stayed in at the Phoenix properties. We have came for many years. So, don’t mishear our review. Overall we had a great time. However, the cleanliness upon arrival was not as thorough as it had been in previous years. Food in couches, outside balcony chairs and table turned over, and bathroom sink drawers not cleaned out. Also the ice machine was not working. These things were overlooked and we enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to mention them because they were out of the ordinary for this unit.

Family Summer Vacay

Hello We had a great vacation. There were a few things in the condo that I feel should have been upgraded due to the cost of rental for 1 week. The dishwasher did not get the dishes clean. I feel the washer and dryer were old and didn’t work very well. The master bath needs to be remodeled, a nice tiled shower would be nice and the bathtub with jets seemed very old. There were 2 broken dining room chairs when we arrived and I did report that. We were there with our children and grandchildren, therefore did not use the adults only pool, but the furniture around it definitely was much nicer than what was around the lazy river and other pool. Summer Reunion

The property was very nice. The only thing that bugged us was the floor. The first day we got there without going to the beach, we are a bare foot family, our feet were black on the bottom. So a suggestion would be to mop as well as vaucuming.

There were plenty of seating options in the living/dining/kitchen areas for us all to be comfortable. And the corner balcony was perfect... loved the outdoor furniture!! We highly recommend this condo if you need to accommodate a large group!!!

Great Spring Break stay

We stayed at this property for a week during our spring break. It was a great size for us and two other families. The parking was convenient and a great location on the beach. The weather wasn't the best, so the indoor pool was a lifesaver! Loved it all and highly recommend!!

It's on the southeast corner and the views of the Gulf were spectacular. It is beautifully decorated. We had enough space and didn't feel like it was crowded at all. The management company was professional and friendly. We love the Phoenix West II building and are already planning our trip for next year.

Great location

Being able to park on the same floor as the unit is golden. The floors didn't seem to be moped and the towels are quite thin. Overall the unit is lovely with lots of space for our group of 12 from 8 years old to 71.

The beach access was so easy and parking on the same floor as the room was so convenient and so close to the door that you didn’t have to even find a cart to take your luggage to the room. We never waited on an elevator longer than 30 seconds. The condo is fully equipped with everything you would need to make the stay great. I would highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be back next year!!! Overall it is above a five start rating!!!!

Decorated very coastal in color and theme.Each bedroom had its own theme in color,home decor and views of the ocean. Kitchen well stocked with small appliances. Beach chairs umbrella and boggie boards. The balcony was large and relaxing. The 9 of us had plenty of space and opportunities to be along. The grandkids enjoyed all 3 pools. Easy to get to the beach. Elevators fast we were on 11 floor. We will be coming back to this condo.
