Una reliquia familiar - Histórico 1839 Downtown Mystic Home

Esta histórica casa unifamiliar ha estado en nuestra familia por más de 100 años. Estarás a pasos del río místico, del centro de compras y restaurantes. Ha sido rejuvenecido y se le ha dado pintura fresca, muebles nuevos y una decoración encantadora.

La casa está ubicada en una calle lateral tranquila a un minuto a pie de los mejores restaurantes y atracciones de la ciudad. Viene con una nueva cama queen, sofá cama queen size, lavadora, secadora, vestidor, baño completo, cocina completa, área de comedor y terraza trasera con patio y jardín. Los huéspedes con niños pequeños encontrarán un pack-n-play, juguetes, tazas, platos y utensilios, todos adecuados para manos pequeñas.

Nuestra casa está ubicada a la vuelta de la esquina del restaurante recientemente establecido Engine Room, Anthony J's y el puente levadizo Mystic River. La famosa Mystic Pizza está a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la casa con maravillosas tiendas de baratijas, tiendas de ropa, un parque infantil y otros cafés / restaurantes que bordean el camino.

Los invitados serán invitados a quedarse en el primer piso. El segundo piso está desocupado pero fuera del alcance de los huéspedes.

The location is close perfect for walking to town, with all its restaurants and shops and is less than a block from the water. It the best of 4 places we have rented in Mystic by far. When we return, we will definitely want to stay here.

The location of the house is excellent. It is in easy walking distance to downtown Mystic. The house has character in it that one would expect from a home of this age but has the modern convivences one needs. There is plenty of space in the house and having a washer and dryer is a real plus. The host was very responsive.

The property was clean with all types of ammenities. It was close to everything in Mystic with street parking and its own little private driveway. It even had a washer and dryer and a beautiful deck to enjoy outside. Lynsey was very quick to answer my questions and I would definitely stay at her beautiful home again!!

Mystic Getaway

The historic property was as advertised and we'll equipped with a brand new deck and nice yard. The unit was updated and cozy which came in handy when some spotty showers swept through the area. The host was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay her again.

This property is in a perfect location to explore Mystic. Having a parking space, and being able to walk to most everything (shops, restaurants, the seaport museum), made the visit easy and enjoyable. The property was super clean and the host was very responsive. Good stay!

Host was responsive and the location was great. We really appreciated the attention paid to the details. Having kids Tupperware available and toys made the stay enjoyable for us and our 1.5 year old toddler. Would recommend the place to any couples with a young kiddo in tow. Furniture placement was great with no sharp corners that a kid can fall on. Would stay again.

Loved this place! The location is amazing. It was so nice being able to walk downtown and to restaurants without the hassle of trying to find parking in Mystic. The place was very clean. Our 1 year old was very comfortable here and so were we. Host was great. Good communication and very understanding when we were a little delayed with our check out. Would defintiely stay again!

Girls Getaway

Mystic was a great meeting spot for a small group of friends. We decided to go with VRBO vs. a local hotel to give us a more comfortable space to sit and talk, and catch up. We spent two nights in this home and it was perfect! The location is superb. Coffee and restaurants are steps from the front door. We spent lunchtime in the backyard on the brand new deck. The kitchen is a perfect size, the bedroom is very comfortable, and we also set up an air mattress in the living room. The home has lots of character and is very charming. Our host Lynsey could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this location for a getaway in Mystic.

Amazing House

This home has been passed down through several generations of our family. We grew up in the house and have many fond memories of riding our bikes around the neighborhood, visiting the Seaport and Aquarium, making forts in the dining room and spending family time together. It's our goal to provide you with a wonderful place to make your own memories!
