Beautifully renovated 1800's Cape with open 1st floor, large L-Shaped couch, 65” HD TV with YouTube TV and fast Xfinity Internet!

Full kitchen with dining area seating and additional high-top table for additional seating or computer work, Washer/dryer on 1st floor and convenient 1/2 bath. 1st floor bedroom with full pull-out couch. 2nd floor has 1800's charm with cathedral ceiling and 2 BR with Queen beds and bath w/shower on 2nd floor, Linens, towels and shower products provided.
Hair dryer and straightener provided.

Greco Pack-n-Play, High-chair, booster seat all onsite as well as kid friendly plates, bowls, cups and silverware.

Iron with Ironing board

Home has central AC/heat and super cozy.

Large private fenced in yard with a patio w/BBQ grill, comfortable outdoor furniture and dining furniture setup on the patio

The house was wonderful! Very spacious and clean. The house is a quick walk to downtown Mystic.The kitchen had everything we needed. Dan was quick to reply to any questions. We loved our stay and hope to come back in the warmer weather.

We loved our stay here!! Location was great and walking distance to many things. Loved all the amenities especially for traveling with our 3 and 2 year old. Fenced in backyard was great to hang out in, play corn hole and let the kids run around. Communication with the host was excellent! Would 100% stay here again!

A Great Stay

The house was perfect for my husband, myself, and our three teens. The location is steps away from everything in Mystic, although we also really enjoyed just hanging out at the house! Dan was very proactive when a minor issue arose, and he took care of the problem immediately. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely return.

Amazing Place

This property is really phenomenal. Perfectly located in the heart of Mystic, easy walking distance to everything, very clean, and extremely spacious for our family of 6. The backyard is awesome! Great communication from the owner. Highly recommend!

Great family getaway

My wife and I recently stayed here for our first family vacation of the year with our 15-month-old daughter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was absolutely perfect — spacious, beautifully laid out, and incredibly comfortable.One of our favorite parts was the yard, where our daughter could run around safely while we relaxed on the patio. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from downtown restaurants and the drawbridge. We loved being able to walk to all the excitement and energy of the main area, and then retreat just a couple minutes back to the quiet and comfort of the house.Communication with the owner was seamless, and everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. We truly loved the home and would come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect Experience

This property was perfect for our USCGA graduation family of 6. Great location. Easy walk to Mystic drawbridge. Loved the extras…hair supplies, playing cards, grocery bags, etc. Everything was clean and updated. Off street Parking for two cars appreciated. Thank you!

Wonderful House and Location

The property is exactly as described, if not even better! It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and roomy, and had everything we needed. We hit Mystic on a rainy long week-end but we didn't even mind because the house was so comfortable to just hang out there. The location is perfect so we could run to the great stores, restaurants, and Mystic Seaport in between rain showers. Also had great communication with the hosts. Would definitely recommend and would love to do many return visits.

Great Place and Location

The place is very comfortable and good size for hanging out with friends and family. The kitchen was stocked very thoughtfully for all types of cooking and needs. Plenty of dishes and glasses. I will stay there again!

Amazing Location

Easy to book, clean, spacious and comfortable. So happy with our choice to stay at this beautiful home. The home was cozy and fully stocked, worth every penny. Close to shops and restaurants, we will definitely be coming back.

A Perfect Stay! Immaculately Clean, Great Location, and Thoughtful Host!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The house was impeccably clean (spotless), which made for an incredibly comfortable and pleasant experience. The location was perfect, a 2 minute walk to downtown Mystic, yet still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, providing us with all the information we needed and even some lovely personal touches that made our stay extra special. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend this place enough and look forward to coming back!

Fabulous Mystic Property

My family and I had such a great stay! Walking distance to Main Street shops, restaurants + the Seaport! Just park and enjoy your weekend! The fenced in backyard was great for our kids to play in and the amenities in the house made our stay so enjoyable

Mystic Getaway

This is our second time staying at Dan’s and it continues to be a great go-to location for our summer trips to Mystic. The central location provides walking distance to all of Mystic’s great bakeries, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed the backyard for grilling and cornhole. We look forward tour next stay! What a gem!

This house was perfect. Location was excellent. Super clean. Tons of amenities. The house had plenty of dishes, cookware, coffee, tea, towels, blankets, etc. It was really wonderful, and we didn’t want to leave! Close to everything- walk to downtown, Seaport, the river’s edge. Dan was so easy to communicate with, answered all my questions, and fixed a snag with the door lock quickly and efficiently. 5 STARS!
