Las comodidades del Splash Resort son bastante únicas entre los resorts de la Costa del Golfo con algo para todos. Don't recommend this unit

The showers were not clean. And the same broken patio furniture is still there. And the balcony door in second room is still broken. We didn't get our code to the doors until after arrival and then they didn't work. Everyone was tired and standing outside waiting to get in after hours of traveling. Communication with management was slow and at times no response.

Stay was ok

The room was ok. It was cleanish but could use a deep clean for sure. It looked like there was blood stains on the curtains to the balcony. The whole sink head fixture moved. There were knobs and cabinets coming off in the kitchen. The master shower door will not close and leaks all over the floor. And the master bathroom door doesn’t lock. And with a almost two year old you have no privacy because the door wouldn’t lock. I would say it was mediocre at best. Pool is great and the beach was great. Pro is that beach service is included in your stay. Could use some improvements though.

other than ice maker not working , toilets keep refilling on their own, hair dryer would not stay in its holder, dvd players outdated ,under furniture filthy, slippery rug causing many trips, just folded it out of the way, paint chips on some corners,, folks are very pleasant and parking indoors is great lots of place's to eat, will be back next year different unit.

Nice place to stay right on the beach

This was a nice place, however, there were a few things we noticed could be updated or maintained better. Upon arrival we noticed a loud noise from the water heater closet, and also the master bathroom toilet ran all the time. The dining room chairs although looked nice, were flimsy and almost broken when leaning back. The floors were not cleaned very well, with dirt & debris under the bed & nightstands. The pillows were average; would have liked bigger. No blankets to use in place of comforter (which should be because you’re not sure if they wash the comforter after each guest), and not even a throw blanket for the living room. The kitchen had several mismatched items like that was the place to dump anything you no longer needed in your own home. Could have been better stocked (we had to go buy salt). Other than those few things, we had a relaxing time & would return to this place.

Nice condo, great beach

This was my first trip to Panama City in years. I had been scared off by stories of Spring Break in PCB. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. The new laws have really made a difference. The beaches were clean and family friendly. I enjoyed our condo at Splash. It was clean and nicely decorated. We had trouble getting in when we got there. We arrived late and there were no staff around. We had a corridor code and a door code and did not realize our condo had two doors. We finally found a very nice security guard who helped us. After that, everything was great.

We will not be back

This is a typical condo with basic furnishings. Upon our arrival there was a broken dining chair with pieces of it on the table. You would think the cleaning crew would have noticed this and reported it, guess not. The pool, lazy river and small water park are great as well as the small arcade and fitness area. My kids really enjoyed the lazy river and splash pad. Beach access is very convenient too. So there are good things about this property. However, we will not return to Splash because it is way too difficult to get around the resort. There are only 2 elevators for the entire place. By the time an elevator gets to your floor, it's already full of people. This leads you to just take the stairs. We have 2 toddlers so imagine how fun that was. We were only on the 6th floor so that's not that bad, until you try to check in or out. I waited 35 minutes for an elevator to get to my floor that I could fit a luggage cart on. Because it takes so long to get your luggage back to your vehicle, it takes way longer than it should to get checked out. So long, in fact, that our door locks locked us out at 10 because that is check out time. We had to call security to get us back in but the cleaning man showed up before security did. So now we had people trying to move around us and clean the condo while we are still trying to get our luggage out of the room! Later, security showed up and spoke very rudely to us because I did not go back down 6 flights of stairs and walk over the road to the security desk to let him know that housekeeping let us in the room. So, to sum it up, the pools and beach are great. Just be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for an elevator or take the stairs every time you want to go to the pools, etc. Not worth the money we paid for us at all.

Great Property!

My mom and I came in early March, and our unit was Great! We actually thought it was nicer than the pictures, which is very rare to happen. Parking was easy, check-in and out was easy as well. Lobby is very welcoming & everything was clean! Very spacious unit and the balconies were great as well! Can't wait to go back.

Ok condo

The condo wasn't very clean. My sons socks had pet hair all over. There was a stain the couch a if someone had gone to the bathroom on it. Only positive was it was on 6th floor. Only 2 elevators per building.

Great view; condo needs attention

The Splash Condominium Resort was very nice with friendly and helpful staff. The pools and beach provided us with 2 weeks worth of enjoyment. The condo we rented was managed by Panhandle Getaways. PanHandle responded quickly to us resolve a small problem we had within the condo, but the cleanliness of the condo itself was disappointing. It needed a thorough cleaning- from top to bottom. The carpet just needs replaced; cleaning will no longer do. I spent the first evening cleaning the kitchen walls and cupboards so we could cook breakfast the next day. When I reserved the condo I paid Panhandle Getaways a hefty cleaning fee so I assumed it would be clean. I would certainly stay at Splash Resort again but choose another condo.

Love this property!

My friends, family and I came down to enjoy the panhandle during the most beautiful time of the year! We love this resort and we love the panhandle! We cannot wait to come back during summer. We love the heated pool and the beautiful view.
