Ubicado en el East End de Louisville, en un tranquilo y muy agradable desarrollo de condominios con estacionamiento cubierto, justo en el medio de una tonelada de restaurantes, centros comerciales, actividades deportivas. El centro de la ciudad de Louisville y el centro de exposiciones y exposiciones de Kentucky están a solo unos minutos de distancia en la autopista y las autopistas interestatales. La capacidad para dos Condo cómodamente en la cama grande, y con dos baños completos Preparándose hay problemas de ningún tipo. La cocina está totalmente equipada y hay una muy buena zona de comedor para cuatro personas cómodamente. Te encantará este condominio y la conveniencia de todo. Por favor déme una llamada antes Alguien Beats Usted a la misma. Totalmente reformado y al igual que a estrenar !!!! Tiene Wi-Fi y por cable canal 200 !!

The location and the property were perfect for our two month stay. The owner made everything from check in to check out easy. It felt like home.

Would stay again

The condo is great, looks just like the pictures. Loved having the 2 bathrooms. Very quiet location, but easy to get around Louisville. Steve was very easy to work with, and always got back to me right away. We enjoyed the Brick House Tavern on the corner, very good food. We really enjoyed our stay in Louisville, and hope to return again.

Bourbon Fest 2023

The apartment was lovely, Great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, Aldi, Barnes and noble book store. About 10-15 minute ride to expo center. We didn't drive but parking available. The walls are thin could here the upstairs tenants (kid) running around and everytime they use water or flushed you could here it down stairs. Steve was awesome letting us check in a little early. Only a couple cons, maybe due to the fact that I've been spoiled with other super host. There were no extra perks, no greeting card, no coffee pods, no shampoo, lotion, umbrellas, chairs etc..... We met Steves neighbor Denise who provided us with information about the neighborhood and actually walked with us to a very nice Mexican restaurant. The only other con was the mattress, definitely needs to be REPLACED we did not sleep well. I can do without the other stuff I mentioned. It was a good time.

Perfect for a getaway!

My husband and I spent a few days in Louisville for our anniversary and this was a perfect place to stay! The owners were great to communicate with and gave great suggestions of things to do in the area. It was just a perfect size for my husband and I. And located in a great location to easily get downtown. Also perfectly priced to not feel like I was spending a fortune! Would definitely recommend to others and we would stay again!

Nice place and space

This was a good location for us and the area is nice. It was spacious and nice to have the office and 2 bathrooms. The home was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all you need to cook but had no spices or staples. You do hear foot noise from unit above and if you have heavy footed neighbors, it might be annoying. The host was very communicative and responsive and helpful.

Quiet area, but just blocks from major roads.

Nice townhouse property. Had all the amenities as advertised, and more reasonable than a hotel. If we ever come back to Louisville, we will certainly try to book here again!

Great place to stay

Great location only about 10-15 mins from downtown Louisville, Zoo and Mega Cavern, close to everything you would need, great options for dining close by also Go to Momma's BBQ just up the road. Only down side and not a biggie is you can hear the people upstairs at times.

Absolutely Incredible

This was the first vacation for us in a long time and everything so completely PERFECT! The condo is in a wonderful quiet location that is super convenient to everything you can need. Totally recommend and will hopefully book it again next year for the same event. Thank you also Steve for being so helpful and accommodating

Condo is beautiful. Angela was very helpful and available by phone.

Condo is very nice, covered parking right outside. The only thing some might find annoying is the noise during the day from the unit above. No one doing anything wrong just no sound attenuation between floors. at night never heard anything.

Great location

We did the bourbon trail and this condo was located perfect for driving to locations outside Louisville. Restaurants and grocery store close to the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Great Place!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in this lovely condo. This very well maintained condo was perfect for the two of us! It is conveniently located to several restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Steve was also very pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay again!! Ginger B.

Perfect for my stay

Very cute and cozy. I would definitely stay here again. I came to the area for a visit with my grandson. The only thing is there was not shower soap or shampoo so when I got there and was ready to stay in, I had to make a run to the store. Not a big deal, I will know for next time and so will you. I felt very safe here which is a important since I traveled alone.

Top rate one bedroom and office ground level condo for a couple visiting or long term in a safe neighborhood . Great for walks and access to most anything you may need on the east end or mall area. Easy interstate access or back streets around town. Carport parking , fenced in private patio, good internet and tv service. No issues with owners . Try a drive to eat at Captains Quarters or the walking bridge!

A Lovely Find

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo; it was perfect for our family visit to Louisville. It was extremely clean comfortable and well equipped. The owner Steve was delightful to work with and our stay could not have been better. The location was perfect for our attending the graduation at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and we will surely return in the future. My only regret is not writing our review sooner. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

perfect location

This condo is exactly as the pictures show. Very clean, modern, cozy and comfortable. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in away from home. Stayed her for 3 nights for a music festival. The location is about as good as you can hope for - about a minute or 2 from the Interstate but yet tucked into a nice quiet neighborhood. I saw maybe 3 people the whole time. It was an easy 10 minute drive into downtown. The owner was easy to work with and we experienced no problems whatsoever. I would stay here again if I come back to Louisville.
