¡La "CASA DE ARTE" es el sueño de los diseñadores y artistas para el viajero exclusivo que busca una experiencia! Artísticamente diseñado, diseñado y construido por el propietario, Cavan McMahon, con amor, cuidado y atención al detalle.

El recinto privado en forma de L cercado consta de un área principal de concepto abierto, una sala de "puerta de garaje" que se abre a una amplia terraza con sombrillas, el entorno perfecto de la piscina, una cocina al aire libre, jardines lujosos y a pocos pasos de Main ¡Calle, pero probablemente no quieras irte!

Área principal de concepto abierto con una cocina gourmet completamente equipada con electrodomésticos Viking, una isla expansiva, chimenea a gas y una sala de medios separada.

La suite principal tiene una cama King de metal hecha a mano con sábanas de bambú y ropa de cama de diseño, una bañera profunda, una ducha River-Rock, 2 lavabos hechos a mano de hormigón 'Plow Disk' y un tocador separado, productos de spa.

Las 2 habitaciones adicionales tienen camas King hechas a mano con sábanas de bambú y sábanas de diseñador, lavamanos / tocadores de hormigón hechos a mano en cada habitación para "prepararse" fácilmente en un grupo.

El baño compartido tiene productos de spa y ducha a ras de río con roca.

The house was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to restaurants/stores. We loved the modern, eclectic feel and the outdoor space with pool was very tranquil. We will definitely stay here again. Donna, the owner, was very helpful and responded quickly every time I reached out.

What an absolutely fabulous property!!! The photos are accurate on the listing, you have to see it to believe it. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful modern yet comfortable and cozy VBRO. The house is very conveniently located to some of the best restaurants in Fredericksburg. Everything was there for us and communications with the owner were fast, clear and concise. Instructions and access were a breeze. We will definitely be returning to this property for our Fredericksburg getaways. We could not have been happier with our decision to stay here!

The house is a work of art. From the impressive craftsmanship of the home to the spa-like aesthetic, it’s immediately evident that the owners pay great attention to detail. The neighborhood looks and feel very safe and the location is perfect. You are away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street, but still close. The host was very welcoming and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, even suggesting restaurants and shops she thought we might enjoy. And the pool! It’s the perfect size and was such a welcome respite. I can’t think of a better way to end the day. I’ve found the perfect stay and I’ll be back!

Beautiful House!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Art House and it won’t be our last. My 4 year old granddaughter actually said to me that we need to come to this house every summer for vacation. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and fun!!! Our family had a great time visiting Fredricksburg for the 4th of July holiday this year. Our host Donna was very helpful and always quick to respond. The beautiful Art House was our home base and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Perfect Paradise for Girls Getaway

This was one of the best times that we've had as a group of friends from SC who have been taking trips together for 20 years- and the Art House had everything to do with that!! So cool and unique as well as very comfortable! Everything you could need was provided and Donna even left us a very nice welcome gift of wine and a cheese tray upon our arrival! She was great with communication and also understanding and flexible when we had to change our stay dates. We absolutely loved the pool and outdoor gathering area, where we spent a whole afternoon after shopping on Main Street, just a 10 minute walk from the house. The well equipped kitchen and TV area provided the perfect gathering spots for conversation, food and fun. We all agreed upon leaving that this was the best house we've rented in all our travels and we enjoyed Fredericksburg so much we may just make it a regular getaway! Thanks, Donna!!

Trip to wine-country

The place was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and then some. It is close enough to Main Street where you can walk to it if you so desire. It is equipped and decorated in a way that makes you feel at home while you’re away. Everyone enjoyed their stay and is already talking about doing it again.

Thanksgiving in Freddy

Spent Thanksgiving in Freddy for the second year in a row. Hoping to make this a tradition since our adult children live within a couple of hours from there. The Art House did not disappoint! The house is modern yet cozy. The fireplace was the gathering point in the evenings when it was too cool to be outside. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with all of the amenities. Will definitely be back!

Originally from west Texas, graduates of Texas Tech & UT-Austin, after a sabbatical in the eastern Caribbean on our sailboat, Sea Gypsy, we decided to settle in Fredericksburg. The traditional values intermingled with the progressive nature of the town, offered the perfect setting for our family of 4. We have traveled extensively, from youth hostiles to the 5-star parisian hotels…and feel confident that you will enjoy our home!
