'Licencia 2 Chill' frente a la playa !! Unidad de esquina - La mejor vista en Pointe West!

Condominio frente al mar magnífico en el oeste de punta! 'LICENCIA para relajarse' cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos baños, esta residencia de vacaciones es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de sus vacaciones pointe oeste. Se encuentra en el segundo nivel, que le permite disfrutar fácilmente de la hermosa vista de la playa desde el salón o el comedor espacio en este condominio de planta abierta.
Una cocina completamente equipada hace que sea fácil de preparar una cena y entretener a los invitados al mismo tiempo. Las habitaciones para dormir incluyen un dormitorio con cama King, un segundo dormitorio con cama King y un tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales con literas completas, lo que hace que este condominio sea ideal para parejas o dos familias pequeñas que están de vacaciones juntas. No se permiten mascotas.

Nuestra villa se encuentra a pocos pasos del club de playa privado, donde puede aprovechar todas las comodidades que se ofrecen, entre ellas 20,000 pies cuadrados de solárium, piscina de borde infinito, bañera de hidromasaje, piscina para niños, cabañas, parrillas, gimnasio y restaurante. Marzo - Oct.)

La hora de registro es a las 4:00 pm y la hora de salida es a las 11:00 a. metro.

A partir del 1 enero de 2015, una cuota de acceso a la piscina será cargado por el Pointe West Beach Club durante la temporada alta. La tarifa es de $ 10 por persona (de más de 3 años) (del 1 de marzo al 9/15) y NO hay cargo durante la temporada alta NO (9/16 hasta el 1 de marzo).

Awesome view. Awesome facilities. Nice condo perfect for what we needed. The sheets though were made out of some blend like wrinkle free shirts so that part was annoying. Felt like plastic. That was the only weird thing. Otherwise it was great.

We have stayed here multiple times and it is always great. We love the location with the view of the private beach and within walking distance to the pool. Also enjoy that it is a corner unit with shaded afternoons on the balcony. It is always clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Getaway stay

All aspects were as advertised or better! We scoured location for future trip with Grandkids and found everything we hoped for. Quiet and secluded area. Great for being away from the Seawall bars and restraints. Can still get there when we want to. Plenty of amenities and the sunrise view was magic.

Great Family Beach Getaway

We had a great time staying at "License 2 Chill." Property is clean, well-appointed, and has amazing unobstructed views of water. Location is close to beach walkover and basketball court. We enjoyed the amenities that Pointe West has to offer, including both pools and gift shop. Would definitely return to this property again in the future.

Had a great stay at this condo, had everything we needed, nicely decorated and comfortable. Nice views of the beach and surrounding area. A little too windy to take advantage of the nice balcony but that's the chance you take in the spring.

Great Location and amenities, clean, responsive host!

Great location-Ocean Front. Many condos are described as Ocean Front but "License 2 Chill" had the BEST VIEW. Family enjoyed the amenities at Pointe West - POOL, HOT TUB and GYM. The condo was very CLEAN and the host was very RESPONSIVE to our questions. We will book again.

We love Pointe West!

This is such a great location to vacation. The beach is beautiful and clean. The condo is spacious and accommodating for our 2 families, 3 kiddos and one infant. It is the furthest walk to the pool which we didn’t like as much and the walkways to the beach didn’t have ramps for our beach carts and strollers but it was still doable and totally worth it anyway!

Great beach rental

I have stayed at this property several years ago. I love the new updates!!! Furniture is so nice and comfortable, new paint, new bedding, lots of extras in the kitchen. I stay at Pointe West every summer and have been in many of the rentals. This one is definitely at the top of the list 🥰

The decor is stylish and comfortable. There were some basic supplies that were lacking though - 4 wine glasses, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toliet paper and 6 towels for a 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 8 is just insufficient.

License to Chill offers amazing ocean views from the private and spacious balcony! The living room furnishings are updated and very comfortable and the home well-stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Well in advance of arrival we do provide a list of provided supplies and a suggested packing list for our guests. We encourage all guests to read through listing and sent materials. Being a private vacation rental and not a hotel that provides daily change out services your vacation experience is a bit different however the benefits of a vacation rentals are tenfolds! During your stay if reported something is missing please let us know and we will do our best to replenish asap during your stay. Phenomenal view and location

This was an absolute pleasure. We had a blast and truly were able to relax and enjoy our time on the beach. The hosts were great and very responsive. My only note is that the elevator was down for 2 days. I had elderly family members that were limited in what we could do. But otherwise, this was a fantastic stay!
