Mi hermoso condominio está profesionalmente decorado y lleno de muchos pequeños extras. Cafetera Kurig con café, té; Sábanas de algodón egipcio de 650 hilos, juguetes de playa, toallas de playa de tamaño completo y más. La mejor parte es la vista ... ¡He visto todo tipo de vida marina desde mi balcón en el agua cristalina! Las puestas de sol ... bueno, ¿qué puedo decir? ¡El mejor momento del día! La vista de los fuegos artificiales del 4 de julio es algo que no debe perderse ... ¡una vista espectacular de arriba abajo en la playa! Celadon Beach Resort es ubicación, ubicación, ubicación: Gulf Beach y Laguna Beach Area ... ¡el tranquilo extremo oeste de la playa es perfecto para familias, parejas o novias para una escapada increíble!

Las tiendas y los restaurantes están tan cerca que puedes decidir si quieres comer, aprovechando una cocina totalmente equipada o seleccionando entre los muchos restaurantes a tan solo 10 minutos en coche. Amazing. The property was well kept and cared for! I wish more host took this level of pride in cleanliness. I always bring my own sheets because they’re never actually clean BUT THESE WERE! I mean not a single hair! The floor was clean! If I wiped it, it wasn’t black! Coffee pods were provided, all spices, beach towels, even a few kid floats. Very satisfied with our stay.

My husband and I had the best time! This condo was perfect for us and the parking was easy and views were great! The umbrella/chair service was the cherry on top, it was easy and a great plus! We will be coming back!

I had an absolutely great time staying at Sandra’s condo, the property is equipped with all the appliances you need, very clean and cozy place. Sandra responded to my emails quickly and clarified all of my questions since this was my very first time using VRBO. I absolutely loved the view from the balcony. The building is very well structured and easy to move around, both pools are very clean and beach service very convenient. Definitely excited to visit next summer!

The owner did not state she needed anything from me or inform me of a 45 parking fee until the evening before we arrived at the condo. She wanted my license, names and ages of my family and had me sign a contract AFTER I had already paid the full amount and I did not feel that was professional nor safe. We arrived at the condo and found the elevators broken and was fully reliant upon human operation,manually by hired contractors....mind you, we were on 21st floor and they informed us all the host knew. We were never informed or discounted our cost and this impacted every single day,mutiple hours of our trip daily. The room was decently cleaned. The sink had some spots of toothpaste in it and the cover on the pullout has either blood or hopefully an old rust stain. There were only 5 wash cloths for a family of 3 staying 4 nights along with only 6 towels. There was a note that we found in a folder on check out day asking the renter to keep towels washed. There were notes all through the condo with instructions. It felt obsessive. The notes asked us to move bed pillows and directed where to put them, along with notes telling us she has provided quality furniture and we need to cover the couches with sheets,notes asking us to not use washcloths to wash make yp off. She also provide a roll of toilet paper for the baths and 1 washer pod. She intructed us to start laundry before leaving. The TV only allowed us to view Direct TV.

Unfortunately, Amy had a completely different experience than my guests usually enjoy. I was unaware of these issues, as Amy didn't make me aware of any dissatisfaction while she was there. I request that my guest put laundry in the washer before they leave, and am uncertain how that was construed by her to mean "keep towels washed". Elevators malfunction, and I was not aware of the issue, regardless of Amy being told I was. I would have been happy to offer a financial concession, had I been made aware by the guest. I do not charge the parking fee - that is charged by building management to provide a secure parking facility and is disclosed in the rental agreement. My condo isn't a hotel room, it's my second home and I take a lot of pride in providing the same experience to my guests that I enjoy when staying there. I'm sorry Amy had a less than great experience.

Wonderful stay!

Property was just as listed. Location was great. Easy check in. Great view of the ocean. We saw a stingray and dolphins from the balcony. Would definitely stay again. Very close to Thomas' donuts!

The condo was super clean and the view was amazing! The master bed was very comfortable. We had no issues whatsoever. We will definitely want to be coming back!

Can’t beat the view

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We found everything as it was described/pictured. The owner has definitely paid attention to details to ensure her guests feel welcome and comfortable in this condo. However, the view from the balcony was our favorite part!

Sandra’s property is even more than described! Immaculately clean, clear defined rules, easy beach service setup(Included) and quick responses for all communications prior to and including our stay. For years we have stayed on Thomas Dr as we’ve found that location to be more quiet and laid back but I booked late this year so had to return to Front Beach. This Resort is the last one on Front Beach Rd and just as, if not moreso, quiet and laid back than Thomas Dr. Sandra was great to work with in securing the condo and her unit is absolutely beautiful. 5 Stars all the way with ZERO negatives! We’ll be back!!!

Everything thing was great except for we were supposed to be able to check in at 3pm but unfortunately had to wait over hour to get into room. Then we had to fold previous occupants towels in the dryer.

Clean and cozy!

Very nice and clean condo. Pools are nice and view is amazing. I would say the location isn’t too great thou. About 30 minutes away from all the fun stuff. I would also mention that more bedding to use would be nice. It is mentioned to not use the decorative comforters in the room or bunks but only two extra blankets were available. Only sheets for the pullout sofa no comforter. There was 5 of us so we had to get more.

Property is exactly as shown. I was very satisfied with everything about this condo. Hesitant at first about the 21st floor, but the views were amazing, and the elevators very efficient.

The property is beautiful and everyone was very nice. When you walk in the condo you can smell clean, very quiet at night. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Beautiful Condo!!!

This condo is absolutely one of the nicest condos we have rented and we rent one every year at a different beach in Florida. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more and was beautifully decorated. The property was clean and the pools and hot tubs were very clean. I love that we even had beach chairs to use so we didn’t have to drag any to the beach. The view from the 21st floor was very relaxing and we could see dolphins playing. The condo is very close to shopping and eating but far enough away that we weren’t stuck in traffic getting there. I would definitely rent this condo again.

I decided to make Celadon and Panama City Beach my home away from home primarily because of the view! I love the water, the sound of the surf and the sugar sand beach. Add in the awesome sunsets, all the activities to choose from and convenient access to all attractions in the PCB area. Travel by air or by car....it's an easy destination to get to.

Ambiance is very important - I'm certain you'll find my condo to be very relaxed, a place you can feel at home in. Comfortable and well suited for families as well as adults only. It can be bright and airy or warm and romantic; making it suitable for your individual enjoyment.
