Ubicado en el extremo sur de la Zona Romántica, este 1250 Sq. pie Hermoso condominio de una habitación ha sido remodelado ampliamente con pisos de baldosas de 20 pulgadas, cocina nueva totalmente equipada, dormitorio nuevo, baño nuevo, TV HD de 32 'con reproductor de DVD LG con actualización HDMI, estación de conexión para iPod, puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a un Hermoso patio con una vista panorámica completa de la Bahía de Banderas.

Ideal Location

This condo was perfect for a couple to call home for a week! Fantastic access to everything we could need: restaurants, convenience stores, beaches and the Saturday market. Most appreciated was the view of each evening sunset. Room was perfectly appointed with all the conveniences of home!

Great place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta

The condo lived up to our expectations. Owner was very responsive to our communications and helpful with instructions and recommendations. Absolutely beautiful view of the ocean especially the gorgeous sunsets. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Great condo, great place at a great price

The condo is in a great location with a breathtaking view of the bay. The bedroom is in back of the condo for added privacy and peace and quiet. The condo building has a nice rooftop pool and sunning area. The only issue we had was with a gate that is right outside the condo entrance. The lock is broken and twice someone locked the gate and we had a hard time getting in and out of the unit. Otherwise the condo is great!!

Easy check and great property within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

We will stay here again in the future. Owner sent a nice welcome email prior to our arrival with details about the property.

Scenic View

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Alicia the property manager was brilliant since we were late arriving due to being held up at the airport. The view from the patio was amazing watching whales crossing the bay every day. Only downside for long stay renters is not having onsite laundry facilities like some of the other condos in the building. The pool needs TLC and the pool area needs more sun beds. Saying that we really had a great stay.

Nice spot in a pinch

Booked only a few weeks before we got to PV so there was slim pickings close to the water at this price. Close to the beach (5-7 minutes door to sand with a mini mart along the way to load up your cooler) Same distance to a vibrant night life, bars, restaurants. The condo is a galley style. The balcony overlooks a couple other buildings with a decent view of the water. Living room/kitchen have the same view and are decently equipped…couch is old and uncomfortable but that’s not why we came to Mexico. TV could be bigger and upgraded to Smart tv to accommodate lack of English channels. The bedroom is at the back of the condo overlooking the garbage/bottle sorting area so that was pretty disappointing…it’s very dark and has poor lighting but there is a heat pump to keep you cool. Bathroom was ok, you’re expected to put used toilet paper in the garbage bin beside toilet. All in all this place did the trick for a last minute booking but I personally find it a bit overpriced with bedroom view like that. Communication got better after exchanging phone numbers but prior to that a couple messages went unanswered when trying to communicate through VRBO messaging which led to confusion on checkin in day as the owner isn’t local. The building manager was lovely and let us hang out around the pool for an extra couple hours as our flight was later in the day.

Great stay!

Would definitely stay here again, Andrew made the whole check in experience easy even when our flight was extremely delayed! Location is perfect with beach, bars and restaurants at your doorstep. Thank you Andrew, Ricardo and Alicia for a wonderful stay!

Great for space, privacy and access - and killer views!

My partner and I stayed with Andrew & Sam for four nights and five days. We wanted a condo near (but not necessarily in the heart of) Zona Romantica to access restaurants/bars and also the blue chairs beach. This condo accomplished all goals, plus views of ocean and sunset from the balcony are unbeatable. Would highly recommend for a couple looking for space, privacy and access to Zona Romantica.

This place is a gem!

Absolutely would stay here again in a heartbeat! It has the perfect location; very close to the beach, dining, shopping. The view is incredible and can be even be enjoyed from the gourmet kitchen that is extremely well appointed. We didn't even mind the stairs and ramps coming up from the street! We felt like we could get by with eating and drinking more having to make the climb. The bed was very comfortable and has a nice bathroom. The internet service was a bit spotty due to the thick walls, but sufficient for our needs. Pool area needs updating, but not a concern for us since we are beach people.

View to die for...

Condo unit has lovely kitchen, and fabulous balcony with view out to Banderas Bay; we spent the cool of the mornings out here, and watched sunset from the balcony almost every night. Pool cold, but the deck has same great views. Easy access to Malecon and beachfront Vallarta (down a few flights of stairs/ramps), as well as great restaurants in the Romantic Zone (we didn't have a bad meal!). We spent a lot of time near the Cathedral (great local restaurants there as well), did the Botanic Gardens (a must with great drinks and terrific food). We had a few issues in the condo unit, but Andrew (owner) was responsive and worked to get things resolved. The unit is not large, but there was plenty of room for us with frontroom, balcony, bedroom (in the back), and bathroom. Have been before, but loved PV and will be back.

Beautiful Condo and Perfect Location

My stay was perfect. The owners offered contacts for Car Service from the airport and a hostess to greet me and go through the condo and answer questions. Once there, the propoert was private with amazing ocean and beach views from the private patio. The unit is exactly as pictured and the kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfasts and dinners. I have stayed in PV 4 times before but this is the best location and condo---so I will stay again and always look to see if their place is available.

The Best Of Everything!!

This is a beautiful condo looking over Banderas Bay. The location is close to the beach and to many wonderful restaurants. We walked everywhere. Alicia made check in easy and is very accommodating. The views from the balcony are spectacular. If there is a draw back, it's that the access to the lower street level is very steep. It's easy to get down but would not be easy for anyone with limitations to get up. Andrew and Sam where great to work with. We had to leave 9 days early because of Covid-19 virus concerns in the USA and Andrew reimbursed us for the days we couldn't stay! This was our 2nd stay at this condo, a beautiful place to enjoy beautiful Puerto Vallarta!!

Unit itself is great. Place is great for sunsets, cooking and location.The patio is awesome If you are looking to sit at the pool and hang out you will be disappointed. Chairs and cushions are almost non- existent and the ones that are there are very uncomfortable There were 3 tables with chairs and they were full most of the time. The pool area has so much potential as it is large and has beautiful view.

Amapas condo

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo. Here is a few things that I would suggest for improvement. 1) in the evening the light directly out the door of the unit would sometimes be off. This made it very difficult to open a locked door. Thankfully my cel phone cud be used as a flashlight. 2) the wifi at times was extremely slow. I would suggest upgrading the internet. 3). When I checked in the house keeper wanted me to put used toilet paper in a bucket beside the toilet. When I advised I would not be doing that due to the smell she then told me I cud empty the garbage everyday directly out side the door. I than spoke to Andrew who I could tell was annoyed and said OK fine do what u want. I used the toilet everyday, discarded the toilet paper down the toilet and no problems. 4). I could hear that this condo has laundry facilities in a locked room. I would suggest allowing guest to use this facility and charging more to the guest. I would definitely stay at this condo again. The view is breathtaking!!

Excellent Accommodations and would stay here again!

Spent 12 days here and loved every minute of it. The view of the bay every morning and evening was magnificent. The location to the beach, restaurants, and the down town zone romantica could not be beat. Everything was with walking distance for the things we wanted to do and see. Andrew and Sam were very responsive and helpful with everything in the rental of their place. Would stay here again.

Super Place to Stay

I would definitely stay at Condo Puesta del Sol again. The location is perfect. The view from the verandah is breathtaking. The kitchen is beautiful and fully-equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Perfect Location

Loved the location close to restaurants and beach. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. From it we were able to see whales in the bay. It was a big plus having filtered water and ice directly from the refrigerator. Property manager (Alicia) was very accommodating. All ready booked for next year.

Great condo

Great condo. I enjoyed the fact that the fridge had an ice maker and filtered water so I didn't have to lug water from the store. The arrival instructions were very clear. The property manager (Alicia) who greeted me was great and helpful. The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay there again.
