Perfect property

Paula, the owner is a fantastic host. This fabulous apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach, the square, the bus station and Pine Walk. It was immaculately clean & extremely well equipped & what a joy to find everyday essentials in the fridge, cupboards & laundry when we arrived. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. You'd be very very lucky to stay here. Thank you so much for having us Paula.

Well appointed and clean apartment located near to all the town has to offer. We have stayed in several properties in Puerto de Pollensa over the years and would have to say this is the best to date.

Apartment very clean, nicely decorated and lovely kitchen and bathrooms.Beds comfortable and plenty of wardrobe and chest of drawers for clothes.Perfect location for the beach and pine walk beach just a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and only a short stroll to the square where there are lots of restaurants and a very large market which is held every Wednesday. Paula the owner was a pleasure to deal with always replied to emails and was happy to help with anything we asked about.

Excellent Holiday Rental - highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It ticked all the boxes for us, location, home from home, very well equipped and very clean. Great location - close to shops, restaurants, pine walk and beach. We have been going to Puerto Pollenca for many years and this is the nicest apartment we have stayed in! The owner was very friendly and approachable and went out of her way to ensure that our stay was good. We will certainly book this apartment again.

WOW! Outstanding appartment in excellent location.

Outstanding apartment with an excellent location extremely close (4 mins walk) to Pine Walk. Attention to detail is faultless in every way, from the furnishings and comfy mattresses to being spotlessly clean & comfortable. A supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are less than 3 minutes walking distance. Would definetely recommend this apartment and the owner to everybody! Paula makes sure every detail of your stay is of the highest standard. Her attention to detail both within the apartment and dealing with the booking and any queries is exemplary. We have stayed 3 times already and will definitely be returning to this home from home destination!

Great Location, Spacious with Excellent Facilities

A great spacious apartment, beds good, and all in all excellent value. All exactly as described. Excellent facilities including wifi and UK TV along with Netflix which was a bonus, and first class location. As others have mentioned, the welcome pack was wonderful too. Perfect location , fantastic apartment

Superb apartment with everything and more !! Just got home and want to go back - perfect location , apartment beautifully furnished , spotlessly clean and lots of extras , beach chairs , sun shades , inflatables and a very welcome "Welcome" pack ( best one I've ever had ) ! 4 of us stayed here - plenty of space and was great having 2 bathrooms a balcony and roof terrace . What more could you ask for !!! Paula is the perfect owner and on hand if needed (which we didn't as she had everything thoroughly thought out already ) We travelled around the area , drove to Port de Soller , Sa Colobra , Cala San Vicente , Alcudia , ferry boat to Formentor (then drove there the following day as so beautiful , although road to Cap de Formentor a bit hair raising !!) Scenery is breath taking and well worth doing .Beaches are second to none and lovely evenings just watching the world go by , spoilt for choice on where to eat as restaurants are plentiful and all good . Would definitely book again when we return to beautiful Majorca .

Lovely apartment it is as it looks in the photo

Spacious clean apartment it has all the facilities to enjoy a lovely holiday. Close to all restaurants, beach and supermarkets with a good parking area on the doorstep. Fab view of the mountains from the living area and open plan kitchen also the balcony (as you can see from the photo displayed on the website) Description perfect. Would have no problem living there. Owner is approachable and helpful. Definitely recommend the property to those who love the location.

Fabulous

First of all, a huge thank you to Paula who answered any query straight away. As we were arriving late, she provided us with a much appreciated welcome pack.The apartment was perfect, spotlessly clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location was excellent , close to the beach and restaurants. We had our baby granddaughter with us on her first trip abroad, she was well provided with a cot and high chair. We are already planning our next trip to continue adding to the memories of this wonderful trip.

Lovely, modern apartment, ideally located

My daughter, son-in-law, 2 grand-children and I spent a week in this lovely apartment. The apartment has been nicely renovated, provides everything needed for a comfortable stay and is ideally situated within a short walking distance for everything you want: seafront with its lovely restaurants, café terraces and shops; pine walk; church square with restaurants, weekly market and local bus service for visiting others parts of this idyllic island. We particularly appreciated having ensuite bathroom in master bedroom and large shower room - important when different generations are sharing a property. We also liked having extra space on roof terrace. Paula, the owner, is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. She answered all our questions promptly and even recommended a local, reliable taxi firm for airport transfers as we didn't want to hire a car. This is an apartment which should top the list of where to stay in Puerto Pollensa.

Just Perfect! ...Excellent Family Holiday Appt.

We have been lucky to have visited plenty of holiday destinations in the past 30years. This last holiday is at the top of the list! We were six altogether - two children, parents and grandparents. So much space and everything was there that we needed and of a high standard ( cot, high chair, etc.) The description online of Paula's holiday home is accurate and is a definite home from home experience. Very clean on arrival and furnishings of a very high quality... bedding from Zara! Paula was fantastic to deal with and answered any e mail/query VERY quickly. Literally a few minutes to the beautiful beachfront and amazing Pine Walk. Also yummy restaurants within a stones throw... ran out of time to try enough!!! So..... we are going back very soon (November) and hope to go again next year. The above therefore speaks for itself... don't miss out on a highly recommended holiday apartment at an amazing location.

fantastic apartement great location

The apartement was extremely clean and well equipped Rooms are very generously sized. The location is great for the beach and for the bars and restaurants in the evening. Highly recommend accommodation. The welcome pack on arrival is great so you don't have to rush to shop. There is however a spar very nearby. The larger supermarkets are on the edge of town never a problem to get supplies. We have been to Pollensa and the surrounding area many times this was the first time with my own child and it was fantastic.

Superb flat, beautifully furnished, great location

We have stayed in Puerto Pollensa for the last six years. This is by far the best apartment that we have stayed in. It is beautifully furnished, like home form home, spacious with plenty of room for 5 people. It was lovely to have breakfast on the balcony, looking out on the mountains. We could relax on the furnished roof terrace in the evening, with a view of the sea. It is in a fantastic location, we were 100 yards from the lovely Pine Walk with all the restaurants, marina and town square close by. The property is clean and well maintained. Cleaners came in during the stay to change linen and clean. The owner Paula has been very helpful at all stages since we first looked at booking, and gone out of her way to make sure our stay has been great. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and family. This has been the first time we have booked a private apartment, and Paula has made this process very easy. Puerto Pollensa is a great family resort, we loved all of the local restaurants, especially Can Pescador. Its lovely to have a meal next to the beach, with the sun setting behind you. We also enjoyed the annual Moors v Christians festival in Pollensa town, which is a site to behold! Palma can be easily reached using the local buses and has great shops, and historic sites, such as the cathedral and Arab quarter. All in all this has been a great holiday, made all the better by staying in this property. Five stars all round!

Lovely apartment

We have just returned from spending 9 days in this lovely apartment, situated just behind Pine Walk and 2 minutes from the beach. The apartment has recently been refurbished and it has been done to a very high standard. The balcony is fantastic for people watching, and the roof terrace is a great spot if you are a sun worshipper. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is very well equipped and the en suite bathroom is huge!!!! The location of the apartment means that restaurants and shops are literally on your doorstep. Owner is a pleasure to deal with and is so very helpful. Welcome pack was very much appreciated as we arrived late at night. It meant we could get to bed knowing we had some basics to get us through breakfast the next morning. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Gorgeous apartment in superb location

From the first correspondence to the end of stay I cannot fault the owner, so helpful! The apartment is pristine, very spacious and comfortable with modern fittings. Had everything and more than we required for our holiday. The location was perfect for us, we were told apartment only 2 minutes from beach and Pine Walk and it was, also only 2 minutes to square. Have already booked to return next year. .

Fabulous!

We were lucky enough to stay at this lovely apartment for a week in May/June. This was the first time we had booked a privately rented apartment abroad and Paula made the process very easy and provided us with all the information we needed and much more. The apartment had recently been refurbished and had been done so to a very high standard. It was very spacious with two very generous double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and a smaller single room with bunk beds. We travelled as a party of eight, five adults and three children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Paula also kindly provided a travel cot and high chair. There is also a utility room which was very useful especially with us having three children aged five and under! Not only is the apartment very spacious and comfortable, it is in a fab location only 2 minutes walk from the beach, the pine walk, the many fabulous restaurants and the market square . We spent the late evenings on the balcony overlooking the mountains, watching the world go by. We have stayed in Puerto Pollensa many times but this is the first time we have stayed in a private apartment and we weren’t disappointed. Paula really has thought of everything you might need for a self catering holiday and there were plenty of utensils, glasses, cups, plates etc for the occasions we ate in. We would have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous apartment. Paula was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location.

We've just returned from a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment. We travelled as a party of six - two children, parents and grandparents and the apartment had more than enough space to accommodate us. The apartment has recently been refurbished and has been done so to a very high standard. We found the separate utility room and drying area particularly handy especially when holidaying with 2 small children. The balcony to the front of the apartment is lovely especially as it gets the evening sun - we loved sitting there watching the world go by. The location of the apartment is perfect - 2 minutes from Pine Walk and the beach and on the doorstep of so many wonderful restaurants. We would highly recommend Al Fresco deli round the corner and Tango which is just outside the apartment (their Menu Del Dia is an absolute bargain!) The owner, Paula, has been an absolute dream to deal with. She's been so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We've stayed in other apartments in Puerto Pollensa but found that this one ticked all the boxes - we can't wait to come back next year.

Fantastic Apartment

Probably the best apartment I have stayed in abroad. Brilliant location at literally a few steps from the pine walk. Apartment was modern, clean and spacious. Fantastic roof terrace. WiFi was super quick even with many of us connected (fibre optic). Very nice restaurants closeby. Highly recommended!!

We fell in love with Majorca 20 years ago, spending our holidays with family and friends in Puerto Pollenca. It was always a dream to have our own place and we talked about it every year until we were lucky enough for our dream to become a reality. Although we live by the sea in Lancashire in a lovely place, for us nothing will come close to magical Puerto Pollensa. Our dream is now that one day it will be our permanent home.

We chose this property for its location and also it is very spacious and allows plenty of space for family and friends to stay with us. It also has wonderful views, the convenience of being central but not on a busy road.
