Villa con una ubicación privilegiada, tranquila, con vistas panorámicas al mar de 180º, situada en el Puerto de Soller. 2 hermosos dormitorios con baño privado y terraza con vistas al mar y un tercer dormitorio en el lado del jardín, para una capacidad de dormir de 6 personas. Amplia sala de estar, gran terraza, verdadera sala de estar, tranquila y confortable. Gran cocina equipada, lavavajillas, lavadora. Hermosos espacios, televisión por satélite, wifi / internet de fibra óptica.

Por razones de seguridad y tranquilidad de los inquilinos, la casa no es adecuada para niños pequeños que hayan adquirido la capacidad de caminar.
Se recomienda supervisar a los niños en las terrazas.
La casa tiene muchos escalones y no es adecuada para personas con movilidad reducida.
Coche recomendado para compras y visitas.

Splendid house with amazing view

We stayed two teenagers and four adults - great location - very nice town - good stay for both sunny days at the beach for the teenagers and hiking for the adult - easy to reach all the beautiful hikes at GR 221. We will for sure be back one day. Thanks alot for sharing your very beautiful house with us.

Picked a great home base in Mallorca

When deciding in where to stay in Mallorca I researched on the beautiful places to use AS our base. Port de Soller was always on the list and I was fortunate enough to come across this beautifully located home with the best view of the port of soller. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked many a meal in this kitchen and enjoyed the view and the ambience of the Port of Soller.

We had a great stay

Very nice house, beautiful view. Only downside is the steepness of road/stairs from waterfront to the house which is not optimal when travelling with people 50+ years of age.

Amazing view

The villa was fabulous with an amazing view. We took several dinners at the terrace and thanks for the well equipped kitchen. The villa is perfect for two couples when the villa have several bathrooms. We really recommend this villa!

Beautiful property

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was very nice and on a quiet street with a beautiful view. Maria and her husband were very helpful and great to work with. Highly recommend.

A spectacular view!

We had a lovely stay at this property overall. We especially enjoyed the spectacular and breathtaking view and spaciousness of the house. Balconies and view from the bedrooms we really enjoyed. There are a lot of stairs which mostly didn't worry us as we benefited from the beautiful view but the heat made it a bit tricky during the day heading in and out of the town with the kids. The kitchen and it's appliances were quite dated but I think that was fairly represented in the photos so can't complain. Overall it was a great rental for the week. Thank you for having us!

House with an amazing view

We spent 12 days in this house. The outside spaces are amazing, especially the outside terrace. The location is very central to Port de Soller. The house is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The photographs are accurate Perhaps would not be suitable for elderly or very young children as there are a lot of steps. We didn’t mind. We were much fitter by the end of the holiday

Perfect vacation.

We stayed for nine days. Entire stay was at the Villa. It was a great location and beautiful views. Easy to navigate to some excursions. Other reviews said that they spent most of the time there on the balcony. I agree. It’s breathtaking. It was perfect for our family of five.

Beautiful location

Port de Soller is a beautiful and perfect spot for hiking, eating out, relaxing on the beach and traveling to Soller, Palma and other places on Mallorca. We were two couples and there was plenty of room at the house for all of us. The terrace has a great view over the harbour. The kitchen is well equipped and ate every breakfast on the terrace with a great view over the harbour. We are already planning to go back.

A very well equipped house with stunning views over the bay.

We had a superb week in this lovely traditional Mallorcan house in Port de Soller. It is positioned just above the bay so has a steep incline like most of the properties in the Port but is only 5 minutes down to the beach with all the shops and restaurants. The house is cool and traditionally furnished and the kitchen very large and very well equipped, which was particularly important as the views from the terrace were so spectacular we ate in most evenings watching the boats moving in and out of the harbour. Our contact with the owners and the caretaker were friendly and relaxed and helpful. And if you've never been to Port de Soller then you haven't yet discovered one of the nicest parts of Mallorca!

The good and the bad

Lovely home with amazing views and beautiful grounds. We arrived to a nice gift basket on the patio! The only drawback was the day before we arrived we got an email from the owner that said we could do a thorough cleaning upon departure or hire their contact to clean for us. This was not mentioned in the VRBO description and at the price we paid we assumed cleaning was included. If this is their standard way of getting the unit cleaned that needs to be addressed. VRBO did tell us that if the cleaning fee is not in the description the renter is not responsible. It did weigh on our mind the week we were there but there was no further mention of it from the owners.

Heel goed vakantiehuis

Het huis is zeer ruim en heel goed uitgerust. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Binnen is de inrichting al wat ouder maar het was heel proper en de bedden waren goed. Het uitzicht vanop het terras is fantastisch. Je moet wel wat trappen naar boven klimmen maar voor ons was dat geen probleem. Wij vonden de ligging super. We hadden een heel goed contact met de huiseigenaar.

Sehr schönes Haus oberhalb der Bucht von Port de Soller

Maria und Ihre Familie sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt etwa 50 Meter oberhalb der Bucht und dem Hafen von Port de Soller. Von hier aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick, den wir jeden Abend genossen haben. Da wir selber gerne kochen, war für uns auch wichtig, das die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Hier haben wir alles gefunden, was wir benötigt haben. Das Haus ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für kurze oder auch längere Wanderungen in der herrlichen Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Lage!!!

Das Haus liegt am Hügel und die Terrasse bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf die ganze Bucht. Das Dorf/Stand ist zu Fuß innerhalb von paar Minuten erreichbar, nur ist der Rückweg sehr steil. Daher ist das Haus für die Leute mit eingeschränktem Mobilität oder für die Familien mit Kleinkinder nicht zu empfehlen. Das Haus bzw. die Einrichtung ist rustikal und praktisch. In der Küche sind alle Geräte vorhanden . Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen flexibel, die spätere Abreise war für ihn kein Problem. Wir hatten auch zahlreiche Tipps für Essen/ Freizeitaktivitäten bekommen. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Fantastic holidays!!

This property exceeded our expectations!! It is so much more beautiful than the pictures, the gallery and balcony views are just breathtaking. The kitchen is well equipped, we used the two ovens and the dishwasher came super handy in having a big group for a week. Maria is kind and was available for us at any request. The beds are comfortable cannot recommend this property enough.

Room with a view.

Although the property is a steep walk up from the beach the reward is a stunning view of the port of Soller from the large terrace. This also provided a cooling breeze in the 35C temperature that we had during our stay. Whilst at the villa we spent all our time out on the terrace from first thing in the morning, to last thing at night. There is always something to watch going on in the bay. Inside the villa the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a car so getting to and from the villa was no problem, although you do need to walk to and from the beach as you can't park down on the seafront. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
