Located ground floor and on the ocean front in Kahana, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath fully equipped condo has all you will want and or need for the quiet Maui vacation. The living room contains a window/portable a/c . Walk right out to the ocean front pool, BBQ's and sea wall and enjoy the cool West Maui trade winds. Watch whales in the winter time and sunsets that will blow your mind. Located on the far North corner of the center building. Walk into Kahana for shopping and dining or 5 minutes in either direction to white sandy beaches.

Loved the location

I gave 4 stars because 5 was for excellent and I just didn't get excellent out of the condo. That being said I would stay again. It was a little outdated but very well stalked in the kitchen, very comfortable and even had lots of stuff to make you comfortable for spending the day on the beach which is about a 1 min walk out the back door.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on 1st floor, walk right out the patio to ocean, pool and barbecue. Great view! Short drive into Kaanapali and Lahaina. Condo is older and could benefit from a deep clean and updating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn’t have chosen a better location. 5 min drive to downtown Lahaina and a 5 min drive to Kapalua Bay and Napili. The views were amazing! We had morning walks on the beach right next to the condo every day. Our first day there was even a monk seal napping on the beach! Tons of turtles at the sea wall every day. The Unit is older and could use some remodeling but it had everything we needed at the price we were hoping for. It was also the only unit that I found with a small bath tub for the kids! Laundry facilities were great and the pool and BBQS were fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again, we had such a wonderful time! Chase N Rainbows was excellent to work with also. We were supposed to have a hair dryer in the unit and it wasn’t there. We called and they had one delivered to us same day so thank you for that!! I can’t wait to go back.

The view of the ocean from the glass wall of our condo was magnificent and calming. We saw several sea turtles that came right up to the ocean wall outside the condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks!

Good Kahana Reef Property

Whereas most units in this building do not have AC, this one had a portable unit and it made all the difference. Larger than most condo units locally as there is a separate bedroom. Super comfortable bed, nice towels, plenty of cookware. Room to visit with others! Great view. There is not direct beach access on property.

Enjoyable stay

I stayed for a week in August 2022. The pictures posted when I booked are a bit outdated, you can tell the owner is slowly upgrading and it’s so much nicer. Comfy bed, smart TVs in both living room and bedroom, newer microwave and refrigerator, some lighting was updated, and portable AC in living room was a nice benefit when it got too humid. Bedroom had several fans to help cool it down, I left the windows open only at night. Bathroom could use a bit of brightening refresh but is shower is roomy and overall set up was great. Positioning on property was great, my friends stayed at another condo on property and I had a lot more space in the bathroom and bedroom and I did not have the parking lot rooster waking me up each morning like they did. Nice quiet corner unit in the middle of property between beach/water access stairs and small but wonderful pool. Laundry room close by that only accepts digital payment through app. Property was well maintained and neighborhood was pretty quiet. Only a few minute drive down the road to shops and restaurants. Watched beautiful sunsets from the rock wall and watched the turtles feed there several times. I enjoyed my stay!

Reviewer Comments: The Kahana Reef is in a great location with a great view of the ocean.Condo 116 was well located on the ground floor but not clean and not in good repair. The floors and shower were dirty and several of the cabinets drawers/doors in the kitchen were broken and hard to open. The cabinet in the bathroom was crumbling in the corner.I would recommend the facility to others but not that unit until repairs and improvements are made.

Sunset Bliss!!!!

This room was able to accomodate the 3 girls in the Master Bedroom, very spacious and the pull out couch took care of the two young men. Sharing One large bathroom was not an issue. Love being able to walk out to the patio for our meals and watch the sunset every evening. I so appreciate all the fans in each room along with the portable air conditioner. Thank you for that. Best of all, its so peaceful and quiet. I think this is what I liked most of all. :)

16 days at Kahana Reef #116

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had an amazing time. Morning coffee on the deck...sunset dinners right on the water. Able to snorkel and view turtles right at the shoreline! Condo was a good size and kitchen was great to work in with everything we needed. Fridge had built in ice maker which was a bonus! Lots of fans and AC when needed. Also had a nice breeze when doors open. Bathroom had a large shower. Had beach chairs we were able to use and nice having a king size bed (took a bit to get use to harder mattress than we are use to). Unit was in good location to barbecue, parking and laundry facility. Overall we would recommend to anyone looking to book a condo.
