Super lindo condominio ubicada en el Tiki. Justo en frente del Centro de Recuperación de Tortugas (entrada libre!) y Centro de Convenciones. tranquilo complejo con jardines tropicales. Dos camas de tamaño completo en el dormitorio con un sofá-cama completa perfecta para los niños! Capacidad de hasta 6. Nueva mesa y muebles de sala de estar - remodelación de baño y cocina en 2017. planta baja lindo estupendo con patio privado. De no fumadores. Cocina completa con keurig! acceso a la playa privada a sólo unos pasos de distancia! ** Para su información - por lo general soy muy rápido en responder a las consultas y reservas, para la asistencia inmediata sólo dame una llamada!**

Great Location

The property was cleaned well. Located near a pool. It had towels, utensils, toilet paper, etc. I was a little weary because of my 1 year old; the couch was beige and table top was glass. Would be perfect for older kids.

Quick getaway

Had a quick getaway with some friends and my 10yr old daughter. We had stayed here years ago and loved it then just as much. This trip was just as great! My only complaint was someone’s dog barked all night/morning so we didn’t sleep well the last 2 days but I know that’s not the host fault! So overall fantastic!

Love staying at the tiki !!!!! Cute small condo. Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately I have to mention, furniture in the condo was not the same as the online pictures. Immediate disappointment walking in to condo. Never sat in the living room because furniture needed deep cleaning. Take your own towels.. condo towels smelled a bit musty. Bathroom needs some updating. Lastly first time a condo at the tiki did not have hand soup in the bathroom. I still had a relaxing weekend. I hope the next stay these issues will be improved.

Me and my family have come to SPI for 23 yrs on Memorial Day!! This place was so sweet. Beds were comfortable. A/C was excellent. Walk to the beach perfect. Thank you for another successful family tradition!! A must stay.

It was everything that was advertised

The property was perfect for what we needed, and the stay was fun. Make sure you come after June 1, if you plan on going to the water park on the island, because it was closed the last week of May. The private beach is awesome.

Nice little place, kind of tight

It was a good place to just rest after spending the day at the beach, which is only a 5 minute walk away. We didn’t quite think through having to all share one bathroom, but it worked out with some planning. The complex is not in the busy part of the island so it’s quiet, but you won’t be able to walk around for food or groceries. I’d definitely come back, just maybe a little more prepared (buying groceries and supplies before making it to the island).

Perfect little family getaway!

This was the perfect stay for my family of 5. I loved everything about our stay. The beach was a few min walk, very safe area and loved the room with a little backyard feel for the kids. The host was fast with responses and overall was a very easy check in and out process. We will definitely be booking here next year, very much enjoyed it!

Worst Vrbo Experience and Host

My friends and I booked this property weeks in advance for a mini weekend getaway. We arrived at the property and checked-in with the security officers who told us someone by the name of K Slayton was already checked into that property. They told us the property was apparently double booked for the same amount of days we booked it. We were then forced to find a hotel and paid more than what we had paid for this property. I contacted the host who was nothing short of unsympathetic and overall rude. I explained the situation and she showed no indication of caring. Vrbo then contacted me only offering partial refund, with her on the other line. To who ever plans to book this property, please know this property is listed on several leasing/booking agencies and the host is very much capable of overlooking a double booking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Good enough!

It was super close to the ocean and pool which was pretty much all I cared about, however if I knew how south Padre was set up, I probably would have preferred to not be as far down on the island. All the shops and food are a little ways away. The unit itself definitely looks a little more run down than the photos portray, but it’s not bad. The beds were okay. I think the unit would be a little tight with more than 2 people. Overall it was worth a short stay for a cheap price!

Sweetest beach spot ever!

The condo was perfectly tucked in, and we felt like we had a little “back yard” of our own. The grounds were beautiful, pool temp was perfect, and access to ocean was excellent. We loved getting to walk to numerous beach restaurants and also to head the other way past the preserve for a more natural beach walk. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Perfect for my family

This was perfect for what we wanted which was something close to the beach so that we could walk back and forth. We had two adults and two kids (14 and 11) and it was just fine for us. We only need a place to sleep and cook our meals. There are two things that really made this convenient. The first being electronic access to the condo, so that anyone could get in without having to keep up with our pass along a key. (BIG PLUS) Also, having the patio and water hose just outside allowed us to wash off/dry our toys or clothes. We had one minor issue and the owner was extremely quick to respond and resolve. Only one tiny disappointment... there are two buildings and this condo is in the second one, so a little farther to walk than originally expected, but I am getting nick picky with this one. Overall, I would certainly recommend for a small family like ours who just wants access to beach, and a clean place to sleep, shower, and cook meals. It worked just fine for us.

Wasn’t a beach view but walking distance to beach was an awesome 2 minute walk .I honestly overpacked.Host had everything and much more than what I expected.a choice of 2pools . I’m impressed with the host..Loved it!!!

First time visit

The property was clean and beautiful. My grandkids loved that we were close to the pool area. We had a great stay. We were happy there were extra beach towels on hand since my grandson forgot his. The only issue we had was the bedroom ceiling fan wasn't working. But all in all we will be returning next year.

SPI close to beach

The stay was great overall. The complex is on the beach. This condo is not right in the beach but it’s close to 1 of 2 pools. Giving it a 4 stars for location since it did not have a beach view, but overall we enjoyed it.

Lovely

Our condo was great! Had plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. The Place was affordable, clean and inviting. The grounds were beautiful, all cleaned up and well taken care of. It was Perfect for this family of 4. It was Our kids’ first time seeing the ocean and it was wonderful. We loved being right on the beach And relaxing the warm pool afterwards. Definitely recommend.

A relaxing weekend

The condo was perfect for my stay! It was just me. It was comfortable and close to where I needed to be for the weekend. Easy check in. Beach and pool were fantastic. And I totally forgot about the fireworks… so that was a plus. It had everything I needed and great for the price. Probably will stay again.

Great find, comfortable stay

Very comfortable beds. All the basic things needed for kitchen are there. Owner very responsive with questions. Very friendly staff at check-in at Tiki. Washers and dryers worked super well. Washed a big load and completely dried in one cycle. Peaceful atmosphere. Short walk to beach from unit, nice beach accsess. Right across the street from SeaTurtle Inc and Birding center. The hotel next door plays music 24/7 that can be heard on the patio, but it was not too bothersome. I would stay again, Thanks!

Husband and wife with twin daughters. We bought the condo to 'get away' from our hectic lives and enjoy time with our girls. My husband's a police officer in Corpus Christi, if we are home, he is always willing to work, so we can never relax as a family! This was a way for the four of us to enjoy each other and have fun away from our daily commitments!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It was important to us to find a small complex that is quiet and has the beach right there! The landscaping has the feel of the tropics and the complex is very quiet. The office is very pro-active on keeping the visitors limited to only the Tiki. Maintenance and office staff are extremely friendly and willing to help any way they can.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This bottom floor unit was a blank slate! We are working on remodeling to bring the unit up-to-date. We put in brand new beds/bed linens ect. Brought in more color, fresh paint and special touches to make it feel 'beachy'! New stainless fridge and keurig were just put in on 7/14/14- new kitchen cabinets and Kenmore Elite stainless appliances - bathroom remodel Sept 2017! The private patio faces lush landscaping and a grassy area - very rarely does anyone pass by - giving you the sense of seclusion! SPI STR #2024-0173
