En casos necesarios, el deposito se utiliza para gastos adicionales de limpieza, cambio de filtro del aire y tratamiento para sacar el olor penetrado a cigarro de los muebles y condominio como fue en el caso suyo. No hacemos excepciones para nadie, especialmente si usted quiebra la regla de fumar porque esto puede causarle al rentero proximo un problema de salud o' simplemente darle una mala experiencia durante su estancia a cause del mal olor. Se tomaron fotos de los cigarros que tirarron en el balcon y los que encontramos abajo de la cama y no se diga el fuerte olor que quedo impregnado en el condo. Tambien el detector de cigarro que esta puesto adentro confirmo la actividad que siguen negando.

Having personal hygiene products is your responsibility, it’s a vacation home not a hotel. It's unfortunate your rating is not based on the condo's comfort, proximity to the beach, thermal pools, firework view from the balcony... We supply complimentary toilet paper rolls, kitchen roll, dish and hand soap plus all the other stuff like towels and fully stocked kitchen. As stated in your renter's agreement, this complimentary start up is so it gives you time to buy more when staying more than 2 nights or have a large party. Next time read your renter’s agreement before rating your stay.

It's during these low season months that we repair and replace the condo. It's in these months that we lower the rental rate 75% from $449 down to $99-$149 because we understand that it is not fair for our guests. The dishwasher was ordered and will be replaced before Thanksgiving. The TVs input mode was changes to view the smart apps by the previous renter and the cable box power was off, as I explained to you over the phone these are things that can happen but I'm glad our maintenance crew was able to get them ruining for you in less than 15min. I apologize for the 3rd tv not running due to the original remote not being available for maintenance to change the input. When I called you to arrange me dropping by to provide the missing remote, you bluntly cut me off and said the front office had taken care of it already. About the paint retouches of scratches due to wear and tear of the high season, Oct-Nov are the months we do these repairs between renter's dates when the condo is available to enter. I would love for you to visit us again during high peak season so that you can enjoy the condo when it's completely repainted, repaired and fully updated for summer enjoyment. Again, we hope the $99 a night fee makes up for the touchups and replacements the property is in need after the high season.

The condo has 8 large towels (4 in each bathroom), 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths for all guests. The basic rental rate is for up to 8 people. Stating that you didn't have not enough towels only confirms that you had more than 8 guests stay in the condo. Your reservation listed 2 guests, you were reminded through VRBO to let me know if the number of guests changed before check-in but no changes were requested on your behalf. I would have provided you with additional towels if you would of been transparent about how many guests were staying with you. This is why there's an additional guest fee after 8 guests so that the proper amount of towels, blankets, sofa bed sheets etc. are available for your stay. About the toilet paper, you must bring your own if you plan on staying several days, each bathroom has a complimentary toilet roll so that you can go buy more. This is stated in the rental agreement in addition to all the other complimentary items we provide like hand paper towels, dish soap, hand soap etc. Those rolls would of been enough for the 2 guests in the reservation but you had more than 8 so of course it wasn't enough for your 1 night stay. You would not be leaving us this unjust review If you would of read your rental agreement, especially after having unauthorized guests so that you didn't have to pay the additional fee. So hard to find integrity now a days.

I called you at 4:07pm the day of your arrival because you had not checked-in & asked if you needed assistance due to a late arrival. You replied, "We arrived 7 are walking the beach." I then proceeded to inform you that the cleaning crew had discovered a plumbing issue, they had maintenance fix it & the were able to clean it before your arrival. You replied, "We are going to be in the beach for a while & won't return till later." I then informed you to not forget to pass by the office before they closed to get your pool bands, pool hrs, wifi code, beach gate code & parking permits before they closed at 6pm. The condo was ready at of the rental agreement, if you would of read it when you booked the stay then you would know the check-in and out times. It is also emailed to you & available through the VRBO App with all details of the stay. We are not a Hotel but a vacation home. The late check out was requested & I extended 30min because we had another guest checking-in that day & cleaning crew has to go in for a few hours. About the odor in the linen or furniture, this is due to the sea breeze humidity that enters when the balcony sliding doors are left opened for a period of time. I have provided a dehumidifier machine in the living room, the water collected has to be dumped out 1-2 x's a day so that the musky smell doesn't linger in the condo. As stated in the agreement, we only provide a complementary toilet roll in each bathroom, 1 Hand paper roll, liquid hand soap, liquid dish soap so that you can go purchase some for your stay if you didn't bring some so detergent is not provided. There are 8 large adult thick towels, 4 wash clothes & 2 smaller towels are for hand drying that are always provided. Your guests were 11! I would of gladly sent someone to take you extra towels earlier but you messaged me past 8:30pm, I informed you the cleaning crew were gone & it wouldn't be till the morning, the morning you were checking out. About the bed, it has an extra soft memory foam that embraces your body, a delight to many guests, but an uncomfortable experience to those like you that like it firm. This can be removed by request, yet you never complained about it with me till now. All mattresses are Temper-Pedic. There are 15 pillows is the condo, more than enough for your guests, they are all stuffed and fluffy. About the pool, we can not control the environment nor the actions of other guests but you can request a security to assist you if someone is out of order. The pools hours are from 9am-11pm. If you were removed 10-15min before they closed then that is expected. It seems to me you weren't happy with anyone involved in your 1 night stay. I can't fix your personal conflicts only make your stay as delightful as possible. I don't like people that lie because they are throwing a tantrum for not getting what they want. If you would of read the agreement, you would of known that you can check-in as early as 12pm and use the property amenities (pool, beach, grills) while your condo becomes available at 4pm. There are no excuses for making false claims. Just a reminder, guests also get reviewed.
