Tres dormitorios, baño y medio, comedor, sala Florida, Arriba, sala de estar, balcón grande área con una vista del Golfo, muebles y electrodomésticos. 2 50" Televisores de plasma (por cable) 2 43" Roku Smart TV, el complejo Hi Internet de alta velocidad y los teléfonos, contraventanas de plantación en todas partes. Recientemente remodelada. Barrio tranquilo y exclusivo, a una cuadra del Golfo de México, a cinco minutos del parque Pier. Disfruta de la excelente ubicación de esta casa en Laguna Beach. Tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento están a poca distancia en coche.

La casa está en el extremo bastante al oeste de Panamá City Beach, pero a poca distancia del parque de muelle y otras tiendas y entretenimiento. Si está volando, la casa está a solo 15 minutos del nuevo Aeropuerto INTL de Northwest Florida Beaches. ¡Ven y disfruta!

Love the house / so close to the beach!!

We had a fantastic stay. The house is very cute and had enough room to sleep 5 of us comfortably. It's got a washer and dryer which we loved; and 2 huge TVS too. Also, rhe AC in this house works really well too. Most importantly, we were a 3 minute walk to the beach!! And that beach is great and uncrowded. Mr. Ivey is a great host and was always available when we called him. 5 Stars!!!

The owner is very nice and helpful, had the worst experience at another place and needed a place to stay asap as we were 14 hrs away from home. The owner was generous and held the property for me until the next morning whenever my banked opened up so I could call to confirm our payments so we could book. The place was very nice and roomy minute walk away from the beach and thomas donuts loved everything about our stay here and would recommend or return!!

A nice, cozy stay

The house worked well for our family! We especially liked the short walk to the beach (which was not crowded when we were there in June), the outside shower, and the peaceful neighborhood feel distanced from the busier tourist areas. The lay-out is unique with a small kitchen/dining area and no bathroom upstairs in the largest bedroom. Our kids (ages 9, 7, and 2) enjoyed televisions in each room and plenty of seating/lounging area. The host responded promptly to our questions. Our ideal vacation rental would be a bit more spacious with pool access, but this met our hopes for a cozy, relaxing stay.

Enjoyed our stay when it wasn't raining

We loved staying at Laguna Beach rather than the busy Panama City beaches. The Snowbird rental was nice and just a short distance from the beach. It was fun having Thomas' Donut shop within walking distance. We walked there almost every evening for an ice cream. The house is older, which is fine, but the only downfall was the night it rained. The ceiling in the back bedroom is stained and has obviously had leaks before as it is stapled in some areas. The rain started dripping on my feet and woke me up. We had to put a bowl to catch the rainwater. We slid the bed out and moved to another bedroom. Before staying, I would inquire to ensure the leak is fixed as it rains almost everyday in Florida.

nice location

it is a nice place but is in need of a new air conditioner. Had a issue with the air handler leaking and coming through the ceiling between the kitchen and dining area

Love the private beach

Easy walk to the not crowded beach. Odd layout without a bathroom in the biggest room of the house/ 2nd floor but that didn’t bother us.

Perfect spot for enjoying Laguna beach! Great upstairs space to chill with balcony.

Swam 3 to 4 hours every day & enjoyed the quick walk to beautiful Laguna Beach.

Convenient and great view

We love the space and the balcony has a great view. Wilson was very nice and responsive. A few minor things need fixed but overall I definitely recommend it for families..

Softball Stay

Communication with Mr. Ivey was fantastic, with quick responses. Property was close to the beach, Thomas donut shop, and the Carousel grocery store. If you did not have a vehicle all easily within walking distance. Home itself is older, but severed its purpose for us very well. Neighborhood is quiet and lit well. The large room upstairs was more than comfortable and the deck caught the sun well. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 1 teenage girl, and a younger boy (6). All sleeping areas and furniture were comfortable. Wifi worked well. AC could use some work. We spent alot of time out of the house, and the weather was beautiful the entire time. For us the property worked very well to meet our needs, about 4 miles to the softball fields. Only about the same to Pier Park. Traffic was minimal on our end. The pictures accurately depict the propery. I would recommend the property to those who need a quiet, convenient home base.

Leaving the Kansas January, February weather behind

We enjoyed the warmer weather this past January and February within a short walk to the beach, and five to ten minute driving distance to really pleasant restaurants. The property itself was adequate, with three bedroom, and a Florida room with a twin bed (draw back being the rest of the beds were only standard size, no queen or king). The upstairs was the nicest but with no bathroom up there my husband and I were unable to use as our bedroom. For a short week or two stay, this property would be perfect, however for a couple months stay we're opting for a property which better suits our needs. The one really great thing was being able to bring our Great Pyrenees who, due to her size many property owners do not allow. Not withstanding she is better behaved then most children! There were a couple of issues, with the water heater and the owner immediately addressed. Also, a leak in the utility room which precluded us from putting anything in that area which might be wet (this happened only during very heavy rain). Over all this property would be perfect for a young family or a short stay.

Great Vacation Getaway

This home was very comfortable and afforded a great space for the entire family. The younger ones loved having the large room upstairs with large TV and deck. Very convenient location for beach, donuts and groceries. Quiet neighborhood. Wilson provided very good information about the home and was always available for any questions. Two thumbs up!!

Absolutely Phenomenal Vacation Home!!!

This house was better than we could have ever expected! Plenty of room for two full families, not even a full block from the beach, and unbelievablely quiet location. This was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel and this experience has changed us forever! We had everything we could have ever needed! This house includes full Wi-fi (Netflix.. Which makes me really happy since we live somewhere internet does not work correctly), in home laundry, children spaces, and very comfortable sleeping areas. We could not ask for more on a vacation. Wilson was on top of everything and was available for any questions we had. He even had a great list of restaurants on the fridge for us to try! I cannot thank Wilson Ivey enough for allowing us to rent this magnificent house for the week. Absolutely wonderful! Will be returning next year!!

We had a great time here. It is the best house we have stayed in to date and we have been coming here for years. It was very clean and the way the house is set up allows for individuals to have their own space. I love the upstairs entertainment room and claimed it for myself. Evenings on the balcony were great also. We will definately come back here. Carousel grocery is only a block and of course, the donut shop is near.

Cool spot with great location!

I just returned from a week stay at this location. It is a cool house with an awesome upstairs and deck area that was great for hanging out. About a 5 min walk to the beach, made everything easily accessible and a grocery store a block down was super convenient. The overall location was far enough away from the crowed to really enjoy the beach, but close enough to the strip that you can still go out and have a good time. Thank you!
