Esta casa de playa por excelencia durante todo el año está a solo unos pasos de Plaice Cove y se beneficia de un lote en la esquina con un amplio patio. Después de un día perfecto en la playa, disfrutará del concepto abierto de sala y comedor que se abre a una espaciosa terraza. Los sonidos del oleaje llenan la habitación, mientras que la luz natural ilumina el techo catódico y la hermosa chimenea. Respire el aire del océano desde la cubierta envolvente o recuéstese en el porche de cuatro estaciones. Contemple las brillantes vistas al mar desde las habitaciones principal y del primer piso. Impresionantes pisos de madera y una cocina recientemente renovada que ofrece todas las comodidades modernas. Arriba hay dos dormitorios, uno con un rey y otro con dos camas matrimoniales. Hay dos baños uno en cada piso, junto con una ducha al aire libre. El nivel inferior tiene una cama extra, futón y una mesa de ping pong, por lo que es el espacio perfecto para los niños.

Con tres salas de estar separadas, más de 3 habitaciones y un patio privado, hay mucho espacio para todos. Es difícil encontrar un hogar que ofrezca una vida interior y exterior sin problemas.

Friends getaway

As a group of 6 friends age range of 50-70 from 4 different states we were looking for a nice beach location to relax and catch up on our lives. This house was a perfect setting for what we were looking for.

Great location!

The beaches around the property are beautiful, and during the weekdays they are uncrowded. There is one casual food joint, "The Secret Spot," within walking distance, as well as The Beach Plum close by. The house is pretty roomy with three levels (one small set of stairs up to living room/dining room from kitchen, then another staircase up to 2 bedrooms/bath). There is no A/C and it was blazing hot even with fans 1-2 nights. There are no locks on the upstairs doors, and the Keurig could use an update. Overall though it's a great, shabby-chic spot.

Beautiful, spacious home!

I feel so fortunate we were able to stay at this home and host my Mom's 70th Birthday. The pictures don't do it justice, it is absolutely beautiful, walking distance to the beach and roomy enough for 20! I hope to stay there again next summer! The owner was a pleasure to deal with and made everything very easy!

We were extremly happy with the place!

The place was very clean and spacious. Everyone liked the costal décor. The location was very close to two different beaches as described and we had a blast at the beach each of the days we went. They had a fireworks show 10 minutes south at Hampton Beach on the Wednesday night, which was nice. We hit the Pirate's Cove mini-golf place up on Rte1 about 15 mins away on one of the days, which was decent. Went to the Old Salt restaurant (Corner of Rte27 & Rte1)twice during the week which was excellent! We hit Little Jacks' seafood place on Rte1A headed towards Hampton Beach and that was decent too! Dealing with Erica was a breeze, she checked in with us when we arrived and was available anytime we had questions (Thank you Erica!). This was the first time we rented a home for the week and the experience exceeded our expectations.... Thanks again, Mike & Amy

Perfect home away from home at the beach!

My family of 5 absolutely loved this beach house! It feels like home that second you walk in. It is incredibly maintained and decorated. It's a very short walk to a beautiful beach to spend the day on. We liked that it's on a quite little street away from the busy town center. The kids loved waking up and playing ping pong before heading to the beach. I would highly recommend for families with kids of all ages. This house is just adorable!

Perfect beach house

I still can't decide if I like the gorgeous texture of the rock beach or Plaice Cove Beach best. Both are just a skip away from the house. That is, if you want to leave the house! Between the inspiring décor and all the comforts of home it's hard to leave. The family room is the hub of the house and we all (2 kids 7 and 10 and hubby) found it to be perfect for relaxing, napping, playing, eating and talking. It opens up to a deck overlooking a perfect climbing tree and hammock. The family friendly neighborhood was welcoming and safe. The sleeping arrangements were terrific and the ping pong table in the nice cool basement was a treat. Even the shower is awesome! Just a short bike ride away are other beaches, restaurants and a convenience store. Other restaurants and shopping is within 10 minutes and the outlets are less than a half hour. So much to do and such a complete joy to stay in this house. Highly recommended! A complete blast of a week. Just wish it had been a longer stay! Thank you, Erica. You were a pleasure to deal with and we hope to see you again.

There's no place like home...unless it's this beach house!

I thought this review would be easy to write, but I am struggling with finding the right words to express how happy we were to have stayed here. We stayed for a month, as we were between houses, and what could have been an extremely uncomfortable month for my family, turned out to be not only comfortable, but even relaxing. While being between houses does not seem to be any way to "vacation", this house certainly made us feel as though we were on one! My kids walked in and announced that they were never leaving. We made great memories with not only each other but with friends who visited us there as well. In the evening we sat by the fire pit on the deck and during the day, at low tide, we looked for crabs and sea glass. On the rainy days inside, we made fires in the amazing stone fireplace and had epic Nerf gun wars! The beach house had PLENTY of space and all the comforts of home. The house was extremely clean and we LOVED how the house was decorated! Erica was a true pleasure to work with. My only regret was that I was not able to meet her in person. To say I highly recommend this rental, would be an understatement. Thank you, Erica!

If you like the beach, then this house is for you!

I have been up and down the east coast surfing for the last twenty years and this is one of the best beach houses out there. Great location in a quiet neighborhood ,steps away from the beach and a few minute walk to the best surf shop on the east coast. This house does not look like much from the outside but when you go inside you would think you are in a Martha Stewart decorated beach house. We had some guest over for a small wedding party and people could not believe how nice it was inside and also wanted to rent it. Dealing with Erica was a pleasure and we will most likely rent this one again.If you like history, introduce yourself to the lady living next store, she is a wealth of knowledge.

Great Location for Beach Lovers

his house suited our needs very well as we were arriving from around the country for a wedding. The beach is right there as well as places to eat. The bed situation, especially in the basement, was misleading in the ad but we worked it out. The house was clean, the kitchen well furnished with everything we needed to entertain 20 people for dinner. The outdoor shower came in handy when we were all getting dressed for the wedding. The location was perfect and we would recommend this house and would go there again. If you need all the beds just make sure of the details.

My dream get-away!

Perfect beach house. Everything we needed was there. We had friends and family fun times. Our dog was right at home there. My favorite things were having our grandchildren and Zak visit from Ma. And walking a few steps to the beach and watching the ocean anytime I wanted! I loved the small town atmosphere. Thank-you Erica and we hope to come back soon. Really nice neighbors!💓💓💓 🐶🌝🍷🍪😘

Wonderful place for a beach vacation with family! !

This is a great place to spend time with family members. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood with a 5 min walk down to the beach. The house has everything one needs and has spacious living areas. After spending 2 weeks here we didn't want to leave. Thank you Erica for sharing your home with my family!

Fantastic home in a great location

A beautiful home. So much space and everything you need! Located just the right distance from the busiest parts of Hampton Beach, but close enough that you can enjoy all of the fun stuff! Our family with 2 adults, 4 teens, and Grandma had a wonderful time. Personally, I just loved the decorating... right out of a Pottery Barn catalog! I oooh'ed and aaah'ed over the chandelier and all of the nice touches. The outdoor shower was handy to have for teens returning from the beach. Two bathrooms with tub/shower was great. The multitude of places to hang out together or alone was nice. Just a terrific vacation.

Great Family Vacation

My wife and I came out from California and rented the house for a week so the family could all get together. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. My brother, his wife, my neice and nephew, my cousing and her husband, my mom, my aunt .... all were able to stop by and enjoy the house and the beach. We BBQ'd a couple times on the wonderful deck and cooked for up to ten in the kitchen a few times too. Everything you need is there at the house and the location was perfect too. Restaurants, surfing, beach everything right there. If you are looking for a family vacation place to rent this is the spot.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time at this place. The house had plenty of space to accommodate all of us. We even hosted a rehearsal dinner and there was plenty of space for all of the guests. It's a very short walk to the beach. The house is neatly decorated. The neighbors were very nice, talkative and helpful. The owners were very laid back and easy to work with. The price was terrific. A major selling point for us was the ability to book it from Sunday-Sunday. We were there for a wedding(which was Saturday night) so it would have been a pain to have to move out Saturday morning, check into a hotel, then go to the wedding and reception(not to mention the extra cost). All in all its a great place to stay!

Great Beach House!

We rented 4 Shaw Street for a few days for an annual golf and beach weekend with friends. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming. All appliances and utilities worked well and the beds and couches were very comfortable. A short walk to a spectacular beach with lovely sand and rolling waves. The owners were gracious and clear and seemed genuinely to want us to feel like we were at home. i would definitely rent from them again!

Best Hampton Beach Rental by far!!

We were blown away by how beautiful the home and the beach were. Complete privacy and great neighborhood, we couldn't have spent our mini vacation in a better location. House was equipped with everything we needed (beach chairs, wine opener, games) as well as recommendations where to eat. Amazing sunrises and sunsets, walking the beach was so peaceful...our dog enjoyed herself just as much as we did. Sitting on the deck, reading and relaxing in the hammock were a favorite after dinner. Sleeping was great with the ocean breeze and the smell of ocean coming through the windows. Can't wait to spend time here again. Erica was a pleasure to deal with....thanks again!!

A great beach home, wonderful time.

Our family had a wonderful time renting this home. As my chidren put it, the home has a lot of character. It makes you feel like you are at the beach. We cooked several nights and the kitchen was complete. We sat around reading a few days and the furniture was perfect for relaxing. The kids also relaxed on the deck a few times as well. The location is perfect as it is relatively quiet but you are a short drive to 'everywhere'. And the nightly trips for ice cream 3/4 mile away at the Beach Plum was way 'too convenient'! Even the beach is easy. If you want to swim, it is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to a swimming beach. But if you like to explore the rocks for shells and sea glass, it is a mere 30 second walk. Can't thank Erica enough for a great vacation.

Fun in the Sun!

We rented this property in August and had a wonderful time. Erica could not be more helpful and nice. The house is beautiful and had ample space for a family of 6, my mom and our dog. We felt like we each had our own space. A quiet beach is in walking distance and a more crowded beach with tons of places to eat is a short bike ride away. We visited Kittery, Maine for outlet shopping, Portsmouth for little shops and great seafood and several other beautiful towns in Mass. The neighbors were also so friendly. We unfortunately had to leave a day early due to a sudden death in the family and in our haste I left a drawer of my clothes not even realizing it. Erica contacted me and had them sent. We have rented on VRBO many times and have had a variety of experiences. This house is exactly what you see and the area is beautiful. I could not recommend it more and if you have boys like us who are 22, 20 and 18 and a 12 year old girl, with a widowed mom; everyone of you will find happiness here.
