Bienvenido a Molino de Agua, la propiedad número uno de Puerto Vallarta en el corazón de la Zona Romántica. Situado directamente en el océano, la playa de Los Muertos, el famoso Malecón y el río Cuale hacen de esta la mejor ubicación en Puerto Vallarta. Camine por el Malecón y sus alrededores hasta restaurantes de clase mundial, increíbles tiendas, galerías de arte y los mejores establecimientos de vida nocturna de Puerto Vallarta. Todo está a poca distancia, incluido el nuevo muelle de Los Muertos para paseos en bote, pesca y visitas turísticas.

Este condominio tiene más de 3000 pies cuadrados de lujo y ha sido decorado profesionalmente como el segundo hogar del propietario. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, balcón privado, amplio vestidor, dos lavabos, ducha separada y bañera de hidromasaje. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king size, balcón privado, armario y baño con ducha. El 3er dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, closet y baño privado con ducha.

La cocina gourmet está totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina, utensilios y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que incluyen un lavaplatos, cocina a gas, horno, microondas, refrigerador, cafetera, tostadora y licuadora. La terraza cuenta con una cocina exterior personalizada con parrilla, barra para tragos y refrigerador para bebidas. La sala de estar se completa con televisores Apple en cada habitación y en la sala de estar. La casa también cuenta con internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y un teléfono para llamadas locales.

El condominio tiene dos terrazas grandes que dan al océano y al centro de Puerto Vallarta. ¡Escucha los sonidos del océano mientras te relajas en la veranda y contemplas impresionantes puestas de sol sobre la Bahía de Banderas cada noche! También cuenta con lavandería en la unidad con lavadora y secadora grandes, aire acondicionado central, sistema de agua purificada y seguridad las 24 horas en una comunidad cerrada.

En el exterior, Molino de Agua cuenta con una gran piscina infinita climatizada con bar en la piscina, un hermoso jardín tropical con hamacas y mirador, así como un área privada en la playa con tumbonas y sombrillas.

The condo was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. We had issues getting the TV in the living room to work but honestly not a big deal as we just ended up reading or on our phones. We loved the pool and the location was perfect.

Property was exactly as described! Location is awesome. Beds very comfortable. Large and roomy outdoor patio and view were awesome. We couldn’t figure out hot water (our fault) but the responded immediately and were very helpful. Highly recommend and this is where we will stay for our next PV trip!!!

Wonderful property and location, would stay there again in a heartbeat, only complaint was that we were not provided with enough key cards for our group. Also the hot water in the shower was unpredictable.

Beautiful property and views

Lovely spacious condo with gorgeous views with ocean breezes and beautiful manicured grounds/pool. We will return! It would have been helpful if the nice gentleman that checked us in had given us some instructions on locking the door, using the fan and tv remotes (we were not able to get the living room tv to work), also more bath towels would be nice, etc. otherwise very friendly staff.everywhere! Enjoyable stay!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Upon our arrival we were met by a gentleman who checked us in and gave us access cards. The condo was decorated with beautiful furniture and accessories. The beds were comfortable. We loved the location of the condo and that it was within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants. The grounds were immaculate. The staff was courteous and professional. We loved the pool and had it to ourselves many of the days that we were there. One of our favorite things to do was sit on the awesome patio every morning with our coffee and tea, watching the ocean and viewing the beautiful landscaping. The kitchen and outdoor kitchen were fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals. We chose to eat all our meals at our favorite restaurants. It was economical and convenient. Our host, Rob, was very helpful and professional. We hope to stay at Molina de Agua again.

The BEST!!

The location is PERFECT. The gate releases you on the malecon/beach. Very close to many diner and breakfast options, within walking distance. There’s also an amazing pool with a swim up bar serving great drinks and food. It is a more quiet resort and we kept having to remind our kids to be quiet but was totally worth the experience. You will not be disappointed staying here. I can wait to return!

Excellent Property and Location

The condo was big and beautiful. It was a very comfortable stay with a gorgeous view. The building is well maintained and well staffed. The pool is big and relaxing. My boys enjoyed eating something from the swim up bar everyday. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of everything happening in the Romantica Zone, right on the ocean, and at the beginning of the Melecon which we walked quite often. We definitely would want to stay here again.

Beautiful Unit

This unit is amazing. We have stayed in a few different units at Molino de Agua and this maybe our favorite. It was super comfortable for our family. The unit is decorated amazingly we especially enjoyed the mosaic's on the pillars. My son loved the fact that they have children's books to read and a few little toys. We love staying at Molino de Agua because it is in walking distance of anything you may need. We will definitely be back to this unit again in the future.

Love Molina!

We always stay at Moline when we come to Puerto Vallarta. This is the first time in this unit and a different perspective because it’s on the first floor. The higher units give you a better view of the water but this unit is the prettiest that I’ve stayed in. Love the art the spacious furniture on the deck and outdoor table. I loved the convenience of being close to the pool. The property manager, Alicia, Was the best and went over and above to get us Covid test in our condo and a late Saturday afternoon. The owner, Rob, got back to us promptly. Highly recommend this unit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach condo, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the breathtaking ocean views that greeted me. The condo is beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel, making it the perfect retreat.The living area is spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to the large windows that offer panoramic views of the beach. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a constant, soothing backdrop throughout my stay. The balcony was my favorite spot, where I enjoyed my morning coffee while watching the sunrise and my evening wine as the sun set over the horizon.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying them with a view. The bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, with plush bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are clean and modern, with all the amenities you could need.The location is unbeatable, with the beach just steps away. I loved taking long walks along the shore and exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. The condo also offers convenient amenities like a pool, fitness center, and parking, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway.Overall, this beach condo exceeded all my expectations. It's a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with stunning views and a prime location. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking

Truly fantastic!

This truly was a fantastic property and unit in the best area of Puerto Vallarta! We stayed with our family of four - two parents and two teenagers - and it was perfect. The unit itself (105) was huge and so much brighter and nicer than we expected. There is ample space in each room, kitchen, living, dining areas and the main outdoor decks are huge. We spent most of our time outside and the view was amazing. Great view of the beach, bridge over the river, and pool area. Being on a lower floor was great for quick access and the view was still wonderful. The condo itself is great with beautiful grounds and an incredible pool. Pool was nicely heated - easy to stay in for an extended time without getting cold. There is a swim up (or walk up) bar with in-pool stools, drinks, and food. Servers will also come around and take your orders. You can also BYOB to the pool area, which is nice. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pools and some people had floaties in the pool so apparently those are okay as well. And there are even hammocks to enjoy in the garden. Easy to walk to just about anything in the area. A few steps away from the best pastry shop (oh the croissants!), coffee shops, restaurants, beach, boardwalk, and more. We walked everywhere and never needed a car, but taxis and ubers are right there at a moment's notice if you need one. Overall, a truly fantastic stay - would come back again in a heartbeat!

Absolute best place in PV

Unit 105 is one of the best. We have stayed in different one a few years ago. This unit is lower so only one flight of stairs to go to the pool. The patio with the very huge couch was a hit by all of us. We will be back.
