La Familia Beach House último en zona tranquila finca de Hither Hills. Esta casa de cinco dormitorios está situado en 2 hectáreas aisladas, muy bien amueblado, piscina cubierta climatizada habitaciones bañera de hidromasaje y dos habitaciones familiares separados.

Situado en la zona conocida como Hither Hills / Hither Woods, entre la carretera de Montauk Antiguo y la Ruta 27 (la nueva carretera). Convenientemente cerca de la ciudad, restaurantes, tiendas y Gurney. A poca distancia de la playa del océano.

Nuestra comunidad pertenece a una asociación de propietarios que mantiene y tiene derecho exclusivo a utilizar 4 zonas de aparcamiento en la playa. Se puede ir andando a la playa, no hay problema, está muy cerca. Pero también es agradable ser capaz de conducir si usted está trayendo un montón de cosas de playa para los niños. Se le proporcionará con una etiqueta y la clave para este propósito. Hay un depósito separado adicional para la clave y la etiqueta, ya que no son reemplazables.

Planta baja tiene dos dormitorios, cada uno con una cama king size, amplio baño con doble lavabo w / ducha y baño adicional w / ducha. También hay una gran sala adicional de estar con TV de pantalla grande, bar con nevera llena y jacuzzi interior.

Puertas correderas en el nivel inferior abierta a más cubiertas, asientos al aire libre y climatizada 20 X 40 piscina, rodeada de árboles y la paz y tranquilidad.

La casa dispone de aire acondicionado, con lavadora y secadora. Ofrecemos ropa de cama y toallas y todo lo necesario en la cocina. Ideal casa, cómodo para las familias para hacer hermosos recuerdos de Montauk.

No mascotas y NO fumar. Esta es una casa de familia - NO ACCIONES POR FAVOR.

Fantastic in Every Way!

This property is WONDERFUL! There was plenty of room for our family of 10 ranging in age from 1 1/2 to mid 70s. The two separate living room areas were definitely a plus as were the huge pool and the hot tub. The beautiful kitchen made it a pleasure to cook there. The access to the private beaches was also a hit in that they were far less crowded than the public beaches. We took advantage of everything that Montauk has to offer. No review would be complete without mentioning our fantastic host, Linda Silverstein, aided by her nephew, Joe. We cannot imagine anyone more responsive. Any questions we had leading up to our vacation were answered within an hour or less, as were questions while we were there. If we ever decide to vacation in Montauk again, Linda will be our first call!

Clean & Luxurious Getaway

If you're looking for all the comforts you are use to at home, you need to chose this place as it will meet and exceed your expectations. A close walk to the beach which is quite private and away from the crowds. Short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Linda is very attentive to our needs. This is our 3rd consecutive year we have rented here and our family always enjoys it. Also a very well maintained/heated swimming pool and hot tub.

This is our 3rd stay at the house. It’s great for our large family group. Lots of room for everyone, great kitchen for our big family meals, ocean beach is close and pool was great for before or after beach visits. Already looking forward to next summer.

The Best Getaway in Montauk !

If you're looking for a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, Linda's property is the best one to chose. It has all the luxury you would enjoy at home, and then some more.... It's big, clean, great amenities, wonderful hot tub and pool, large decks (2) and just a superior property compared to others. Linda was very attentive to our needs, and handled any request we had. I fully recommend this property for your vacation.

Great home for family vacation - plenty of space for everyone, big, well-appointed kitchen, (and grill outside). We enjoyed hanging around the pool, meals sitting outside on the deck and lots of beach time. Can't wait to go back next summer.

Amazing Property!

I want to thank Linda for listing this house on VRBO. I found this house in November 2020. I was able to visit to see before it before we booked. We have had horror stories in the past with some properties. Spacious, Cleaniness, pool a definite plus for the Grandchildren. Location of the house was an added plus. Private parking to private beach access,. Quick drive into town, 7-11 and the market !!! Wish I was still there! Thank You again Linda we had a great week! Until Next time☀️

This home was the perfect Montauk base for a family vacation. The pool was beautiful and the home as advertised had plenty of space for the kids and the adults. The owner was immediately responsive when we had any questions, which helped us feel very comfortable.

The best Home away from Home

If you're looking for a superior place, a true home away from home in every sense of the word, this is it. Great location, but more importantly, a beautiful spacious house, with all the bells and whistles you would dream of at your own place. Well maintained, and a very attentive owner. Linda was available immediately for any clarifications, and either guided us or acted upon almost stat. The backyard deck with the Pool was heavenly, and the A/C's worked great cooling the entire house. The walk to the beach was about 10-12 minutes and we would recommend Linda's house to anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable stay. We certainly look forward to coming back next year!

Wonderful stay in Montauk

Recently stayed for a week at the house with family. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and large and was plenty spacious for our large group. The large heated pool and hot tub were great to relax in when not at the beach and kids very much enjoyed in the pool. For checking in, the process was easy and the host Linda was there to personally check us in and give a tour of the house. Linda was also very responsive and helpful on any questions that came up during the week. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect stay

We had an incredible week in Montauk at this property! The house was perfect for our extended family (ages 16 months to 71 years old!), from the pool to the hot tub, the deck, open living space and incredible kitchen. Proximity to the beach was great! Linda was incredibly responsive and made our stay so comfortable. We already want to plan our next trip back!

Dream House

We had an amazing time celebrating our 30 th anniversary with our 4 grown children at this beautiful home. The house is large , sparkling clean and well equipped we had plenty of room for all 10 of us. We especially loved the private beach access, beautiful pool and amazing hot tub. The owner Linda is lovely and very accommodating. We all had such an enjoyable time and can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful Vacation

This property was amazing and maintained beautifully . The layout was perfect for our family- Plenty of bedrooms and living space for everyone. Linda the owner was a pleasure to work with and very responsive ! The house also came fully stocked with everything we needed and more ! Having the pool and hot tub was also an added bonus . Beautiful Montauk house

We had a group of 12 people (adults & children) and this house was perfect for a group of our size. The main room upstairs (which includes the kitchen) is beautiful and a great place for the group to all be together. The outside deck and pool area were also very nice and the kids had a blast. The block is quiet and very close to the beach, which was very convenient. Linda (the owner) met us at check in, stayed to answer any questions and was very responsive if we needed to text her with any questions during the week. It was a great week and we would highly recommend this house.

great location and house right near the beach

House is perfect for a family particularly as it has two sections so you can have your kids in the one and the adults in the other. The house is great for entertaining and really close to the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Montauk Hither HIlls House

We had a great week in Hither Hills. The house is large and easily accommodated our group. It is comfortably furnished with large seating and eating areas and a well-stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed grilling dinners and eating at the table on the deck. We liked the private beach access which is a short drive away. The house pool is also great - it has a heater, but the weather was so warm we never needed to turn it on. Overall a great family week in Montauk.

Perfect House for 2 families

We had a wonderful week staying in Linda's home. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids, and everyone especially loved the pool. Location was a short drive from town, but set in a quiet neighborhood..really the perfect location. Linda was lovely to deal with and very responsive. We would highly recommend this property.

This is the real deal. New, clean and tons of fun in Montauk.

Spent a week out in Montauk at this beautiful home. We shared the house with another family and had a great time by the pool, at the beach and at happy hour in the hot tub every night. With a second living room, the kids could play video games all night without disturbing the adults....win, win! The house is everything we hoped it would be, very clean and Linda was fantastic to work with.

We are a family that has loved Montauk for decades and owned here for close to 30 years. My husband and sons are avid fishermen and Montauk is the Fishing Capital of the World. Nothing is better than bringing your catch home to cook up fresh or barbecue poolside and just soak up the Montauk sun.

The house is in a perfect wooded area that is quiet and seems like the middle of nowhere. Yet, the beach is so close you can hear it. The private beach parking comes in handy, especially with small children and everything you need to bring for a day at the beach.

Private, yet so convenient. With two levels, there are two family rooms with large screen TVs, so parents and children can choose their own entertainment. Upper and lower decks allow for relaxing near or away from the pool.
