This was an excellent condo, great location. Will definitely stay here again. Room had a great view of pool & Gulf. Shower in master bedroom way too small, there is a tub, but that should hVe a shower too. You literally have to turn off shower to to soap yourself. Maybe add a handheld because shower head is not adjustable.

This condo was a great place for my family of 6 and our 2 dogs. We had an issue with our TV on arrival and maintenance was there shortly to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation

We loved our stay at 1-709. The property was clean and met our needs perfectly. The size of the balcony is not as large as it appears in the picture but is still bigger than most. The beds were comfortable. The pool is nice. The hot tub was broken but not a big deal for us. Not a long wait for the elevators. We loved the boardwalk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The condo was nice. We enjoyed ourselves. The couch was not comfortable. It sits way down. The beds were comfortable. Maintenance showed us how to work the TVs. They were very prompt and helpful. Everything was in close proximity to us. We were pleased.

Needs better mattress

The only complaint I have is the beds are NOT comfortable and the living room sofa needs to be updated due to lack of cushion. There also needs to be other blankets for the bed instead of a sheet and thin comforter. Other wise the condo was great.

Kitchen supplies

We only had 5 small coffee cups we had to wash them every time we used them in order for another person to use them. We needed more garbage bags as well two was not adequate so we had to buy more. We had good weather the whole time and we appreciate the fans you supplied. Other than that we had a relaxing time.

Nice and Clean

The Condo was nice and clean. The overall experience was good staying here. I'm not sure we will stay here again though. The beds were terrible. My parents went with us and they are older and the master bed was like sleeping on springs. The Internet was very slow and I was unable to connect my chromecast so my 3 year old could watch movies. The resort was nice however it was very difficult to find anyone who works there. Thanks.

The views and sunsets cinched it for me. I love looking at the gulf

I’m sorry but I did find a few issues during my stay that needed attention and I did not know how to address these to anyone. ( leaky fridge ruined our Christmas dinner leaking water over our food, the master had a dripping faucet and the clothes dryer took all day to dry a towel that I couldn’t hang outside per rental agreement. But we did love the place and enjoyed it despite the cold weather .

Would come back.

Check in was easy. Great location. The sofa needs replaced it was broke down. Someone directly above us was doing what sounded like busting up tile. Which was very loud and we had some family members who had gotten sick with the flu and couldn't sleep for the irratating noise. Oh and it was bike week which was also loud. A pizza pan and pizza cutter would also been nice.

Perfect location, but staff were not so much.

Front desk personnel with property and with Panhandle Getaways were both rude. Only other complaint was with our room. We were on 7th floor, and our window had no safety features on them. If an adult was to get distracted, a small child/kid could unlock windows and fall out. This is very dangerous and shouldn't be allowed.

Ok

The parking was atrocious, they give you a parking pass yet there were over 20 vehicles parked in the main deck without a pass so we had to park in the overflow. We were on the 7th floor, seemed like only 2 elevators were working. We waited over 45 mins one day to go from 7-1. We ended up taking the stairs. I would not recommend.

Overpriced, unclean and did not receive “special discounts”

I communicated that we would be arriving late and was told no problem, just check with security. Security stated I should have received an email with my room number and code and after much digging in my email I found it. The property management company did not mention an email. When we got into the room, the comforter in the master bedroom had makeup on it. The floor was sticky and sandy. The carpet on the balcony was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in months. We were never told about how to get our “special discounts” on local attractions and when we finally asked on the last day, the property manager looked clueless and stated we had to ask the owners - we rented from the property management company. We could have all gone to Mexico with all inclusive benefits at least twice for the price. I will not be using this place again.

It could have been very nice but the place really needed a good cleaning. Floors were dirty socks and feet were dirty from walking. Refrigerator took 24 hours to cool so don’t buy in advance. Took maintenance 2 days to show up. One of the bedroom windows does not have a good seal- the noise at night was terrible. We used paper plates because there were not very many plates. But the location is great and the beach was wonderful. Like Panama City Beach but will stay somewhere different next time.

Grand Panama Beach Resort 2021

Overall we had a great experience staying at grand Panama beach resorts. There was only only one thing that was an absolute nightmare the entire time we were there. The parking situation is horrible. The spaces in the parking garage are for the most part extremely tight and very difficult to even obtain a spot. The garage was normally full and you’re lucky to find a spot in the overflow areas also. There were a couple minir problems we encountered with the condo itself but nothing major. The door leading to the patio from the living room was messed up when we arrived and was hard to open if it got locked. One of the chairs in the living room was peeling apart at the seam on the armrest. Neither were a big deal at all. Overall it was an excellent vacation and would certainly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Panama City.

we showed up at 4:30. the cleaning crew was still cleaning the room. We had brought all our things up and didn't want to reload it. The cleaning crew said it would take them about 45min to finish. We waited for them and it was after 6 before they were done. The master shower wasn't cleaned at all, there were coffee grounds in the coffee maker and a sucker stuck in the trash bin in a bedroom.

Week in review

Unit needs some attention. Hot water in guest sink bath did not work. knobs on dressers falling off. small appliances all had to be replaced. disposal & dishwasher didn't work properly. No broom or dust pan provided. Trundle bed falling apart. pictures on line represented enough seating.. in fact not enough seating.

Nice location

Nice property but locks didn’t work on master bedroom or bath. Inconvenient parking. Had to park across the street and was hard to find parking at times. Plus you had to pay to park.

Great view and well furnished.
