Sofá de cuero en la sala de estar se convierte en una cómoda cama de matrimonio con un 42 "LED TV de pantalla plana con cable y WI-FI en su lugar. Este complejo de apartamentos residencial cuenta con 2 grandes piscinas, bañeras de 2 spas en caliente, parrillas de gas para barbacoa, 3 pistas de tenis, camino, marina y muelles disponibles (con cargo adicional mínimo) para caminar y una casa club. Disfrute de los espectáculos de delfines diarias desde la comodidad de su privado proyectado en balcón o ver la moto de agua de todos los tamaños y formas que pasan por al ralentí. Great view!

The unit was totally updated, very clean, and perfect for the two of us. View out the lanai was great and relaxing watching the boats and looking out over the water. Great condo building with great amenities and location.

Olde Marco, comfortable accommodations

We enjoyed our 5th floor view in the unique Old Marco surroundings. It’s a hidden gem with lively evening entertainment, seafood as fresh as it comes, and easy access to alternative transportation options for exploring.We’re bicyclists, and we opted for e-Bikes from a nearby vendor, and cross-crossed from beaches to historic parks, grab-and-go casual dining, beaches, and a fabulous Christmas brunch at a major restaurant.This was a great place for a great holiday adventure. Our itinerary was supported by our excellent host who laid-out the details in advance.

Beautiful condo in a great location

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo at the Riverside Club. The condo was immaculately clean and nicely updated. The view is amazing and the location is very convenient. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Bill was easy to contact and helpful with the check in process. We would certainly stay here again!

Peaceful Retreat

Wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated condo. Location & view are perfect. Spend day watching all kinds of yachts, boats, birds and dolphins from balcony. Very private; great kitchen, bath and master bed is quite comfy...large new TV in living area...perfect for movies & sports! I will definitely stay here. Bill was always available to assist. Cleanliness was KEY, everything was perfect. My dad & I enjoyed our stay.

Christmas 2023

We had an excellent stay! My husband enjoyed fishing out by the pier each day and passing the time. The condo was just prefect and comfortable for the two of us. It was great waking up each morning and enjoying the perfect view of the bay, Jolly bridge and boats while sipping on our coffee from the balcony. It was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Perfect condo!

We had another fabulous stay here. The condo is very clean and homey. The location is great too! Able to walk or bike to tons of places. The owner is so friendly and always responds in a timely matter. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again!

Perfect couples getaway!

We consider this condo a gem of a find! It was very clean, bright, and comfortably cool! The location was perfect with great water views. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend.

Did have enough cooking things. No pot holders,serving dishes, no broom,no mop,no bath clothes, no dish rags. Garage disposal was not working, they fixed it but broke again. Was not pleased that it was rented for next year before we were asked.

Lovely condo with stunning views

Clean & well maintained modern condo, in the gated Riverside Club. Great facilities, super pool. Good communication with property manager. The views from the balcony are magical. 100% recommend the property.

Perfect Getaway!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was very comfortable and clean. The views are amazing and so fun being right on the water! Also, walking distance from so many great places. Highly recommend booking a stay here!

Must weigh the pros vs. cons

My husband and I (semi-retired and active) enjoyed the modern decor, harbor view and quiet pool that this unit offers. It is located within a condominium complex amongst an older population of people, in a quiet section of Old Marco. We rented bikes as our primary form of transportation, however if this is not your thing, be prepared to drive where you need to go, deal with traffic and pay for parking. It is approximately 1+ mile from shops and further to most restaurants and the gulf side beaches. We did enjoy “The Snook” for drinks and food, which is within walking distance. The unit itself is very comfortable, though much smaller than the photos represent. Do bring all your essentials: shampoo, soap, garbage bags and even a couple extra rolls of TP depending on the length of your stay, as the bare minimum is provided. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond when asking for recommendations. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, feel it was a good value for the price and would return.

Beautiful place to stay!!!!

The place was beautiful and close to restaurants and literally down the road from the rose marina. Beautiful view all day. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Lots of boats to watch all day on the water along with good places to walk to. We come to Marco every year and this place was amazing.

Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! It looked great online, but it was even better than we had expected. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and taking in the perfect view, watching boats pass, the bridge, overlooking the pool, marina and docks. My family said the pool was great and the temperature of the water was fabulous. The condo was modern, bright and cheery! Everyone we ran into was super friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Life was good!

Life was good at the Riverside Club in unit F508. It is beautiful condo which has been completely updated. The views from the condo of the Marco River were magnificent. If you like to fish it is the best place to fish on the Island. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent. The on-site PM(Carol) was very responsive to all our needs and questions. Checking in and out was a very easy process. We would definitely like to book this unit again. Thanks Bill , we had a great time.

Needed Vacation

Overall the property and the condo itself were beautiful. The pools and hot tub were fantastic. Restaurants were all very good not a bad meal the whole week we were there . The condo itself was fantastic . The only complaints were there was no tv in the bedroom and the porch wasn't screened in like it had said in the listing. But overall i would recommend

Property was nicely updated and clean. Only issue was the thermostat for the a/c when sleeping at night. We would wake up in the middle of the night warm as it appeared that the temperature setting was being changed some how remotely. Overall had a great experience and would stay here again

WE LOVE OLD MARCO

This was our first time at Riverside and we loved it. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, including the bed, which is not always the case in a rental. We love sitting on the lania and watching the boats and the birds. We come from Maine, where by late March and early April we really appreciate a break from the weather. It was absolutely gorgeous while we were there. We also really like the neighborhood and find that we can walk to restaurants easily. Publix is just down the road, and we enjoyed cooking at home often. We hope to come back next year. Thank you, Patricia
