Disfrutar de sus vacaciones en el complejo de Sanibel relajante y tranquila Breakers West en una unidad que ha visto muchas mejoras en el último año. Esta es una unidad muy amplia, con 1.150 pies cuadrados para relajarse en. El complejo tiene un ambiente muy privado con sólo 18 unidades en el edificio. Se encuentra ubicado (frente al mar) en el lado del golfo de West Gulf Drive, en una zona tranquila de relax, de la isla ... todavía está muy cerca de todas las tiendas, restaurantes y actividades. Al estar en el lado oeste de la isla, usted tendrá acceso a la zona de playa privada para disfrutar de las impresionantes puestas de sol y divertirse en la playa.

This was a wonderful condo for our Sanibel vacation. The location was excellent, the condo itself was lovely- clean and very updated. Kitchen was great, we cooked meals at home, the grill was easy to use. The beach was beautiful, we enjoyed sunrise shelling! Dusk was the only time the no-see-ums were out so we just wore long shirts and pants and it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We rented bikes from Finnmores and biked all over the island - the refuge was the highlight! Doc Fords was our favorite meal. The Shell museum is not to be missed!!! Birding was excellent. Would highly recommend this condo for your adventure!

We loved the accommodation's. It was gorgeous! There was ample items for the beach (chairs, umbrella, toys, gadgets), the kitchen is well stocked with large pots and pans, I guess the only negative thing I can say is it was a little warm in the condo, but we are used to having a cooler home. They did have fans that you could use so we put those to use. A little tip- bring no seeum spray- the whole island has them.

Short walk to beach! Unit very clean with sweet touches from the host/cleaning staff. Only thing we didn’t like was unscheduled bug man trying to access our room without our knowledge. Notified host and was assured it wouldn’t happen again. Would definitely stay again!!!! Loved our place and our vacation !!!

Glad you enjoyed the condo April. Due to a scheduling mix-up, the annual bug prevention person showed up while you were there - we occasionally must have service people in to keep our unit in top shape for our guests. So glad you enjoyed the proximity to the beach and had a great vacation!

Condo was nicely decorated. Short walk to beach. Central location. Air conditioning struggled to cool condo. Box fans available and used. Beds are very high. If elderly or any hip issues you may struggle to get in and out.

We found your manners and communication to be severely lacking for the duration of your stay, so we are not surprised by your comments. The air conditioning works fine and our beds are a normal height. We would not rent our unit to you again.

Great beach getaway!

The property was great, it had everything that we needed and was so close to the beach. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and not have to drive. The pool water temperature and the pool noodles made for the perfect afternoon! The sea shells on the beach were unbelievable. It was a wonderful winter getaway, thank you!

Loved our time here with our 2 young kids. Very nice 2 bdrm’s and 2 bath’s, nice pool right outside and 100 yard walk down a nice sandy trail to the beach. Perfect family getaway and we will certainly be back.

We chose to buy this home because of the location, beach front on the west side of Sanibel where you can see the most beautiful sunsets in the world. We got married on this beach, and fell in love with Sanibel!

Unit B1 is an end unit with additional windows, allowing extra sunlight. Laundry facilities are available in-unit. Includes free wifi and long distance calls within North America. The unit is located on the Gulf side of West Gulf Drive, with private beach access. As it is located on beachfront property, it's a short walk to the beach where you can enjoy the wildlife, shelling, sunsets and waves.
