Este alquiler de vacaciones es un condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños (unidad del tercer piso) con Internet WiFi gratuito y transmisión de video gratis desde su dispositivo inteligente. Está convenientemente ubicado al otro lado de una calle tranquila del océano; cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados. Mi condominio está muy bien decorado y mantenido por expertos. Un muelle de pesca y una piscina comunitaria están disponibles para nuestros huéspedes. El condominio es adecuado para una familia pequeña o de 2 a 3 parejas; La ropa de cama incluye 1 cama doble y 2 camas queen más un sofá cama doble. Had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Couch needs replaced. And I won’t book the 3rd floor anymore. We are senior gals and those steps were a killer. But that’s my fault for booking a 3rd floor room. Bathrooms very clean. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Isle of Palms. It was a lovely and quiet location. The Acme Country Diner was right around the corner and our go-to place for grits!

Gem of a Stay

Thea condo is situated in a great area on Isle of Palms. It’s close to everything! Directions to the property were easy. The steps up to the 3rd floor condo were not too bad. The condo itself was homey and quaint. We sat on the patio a couple of times to enjoy the morning air and some of the rain while drinking coffee. The patio overlooks the pool, but unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it. The condo had just about everything for comfort as well as beach chairs, a wagon, and more for the beach. All you needed was food, some personal toiletries, and your clothes. We appreciated how roomy the place was. We hope to be able to visit again and book this property in the future.

Perfect for our needs

Short weekend visit, property is short walk to the beach, stayed in location several times. This was first in this unit. Owner was responsive and accommodating.

Cozy, comfortable and big!

We loved our stay here! It was bigger and nicer than we thought it would be. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc. We enjoyed cooking a meal here. TV's were easy to use, and the air conditioner was cold. The location is great. A very short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. Check in was a breeze. The owner was very communicative and we felt safe staying here. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with ocean views

This was the last stop on a week long road trip with my mom and kids. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The layout was perfect to accommodate us, clean, tastefully decorated, and great views. The place was not filled with breakable knick-knacks, and traveling with children, we really appreciate that. We also appreciate the labels on all the cabinets so we didn't have to look for anything. The listing was accurate so there were no surprises. The check-in process was smooth, and I really loved the keyless entry. One less thing to keep up with. The property location itself was clean and quiet, no rowdy parties and such. Isle of Palms is easily the cleanest beach town we have ever been in. The views from the private pier were serene, we even saw a dolphin pod just after dawn. We walked to Harris Teeter and the IOP Laundromat, we also drove down to Fort Moultrie on Sullivan Island. A quick trip over the bridge took us into Charleston for the Aquarium and the City Market. We didn't want to leave it was all so nice, and we will definitely book this property again.

Condo not clean and very outdated

Kitchen and bath cabinets very old, stove unlevel with 1 burner not working all the time, area rugs need shampooed, windows need cleaned, bathrooms had hair on the walls and corners of floors, mold around top of woodwork, old wallpaper in 1 bath, couch was broken down, unpainted and painted paneling were the walls, theres a high threshold going out sliding glass door, screen door won't slide, and water stains on living room ceiling. The worst part was a very loud humming noise coming from inside the wall between 1st bedroom and bath. Bath, sink and light fixtures need upgraded. I let the owner know all our concerns and he said "WOW, things had been upgraded the past 2 years" He tried to justify some of it but wasn't at all apologetic. I've never complained about a condo I've stayed in till this week. We saw inside others and they had been upgraded, so no excuses for someone who is making good money with vacations rentals.

Quiet and convenient location for relaxing beach vacation for my family. Close enough to Charleston for daily excursion to visit historical sites. Great food at local restaurants.

A great condo at Isle of Palms

My wife and I rented this condo via VRBO for a week and invited our daughter and son-in-law to join us. The location is great! Cross the street and immediately get on a path to beach. We loved the balcony that faces the ocean and has a nice view of the water. The apartment has plenty of room and comfortable furniture. It has updated smart TVs that allowed us to access our Apple TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime accounts. Richard, who is the property manager, was easy to reach before we got to town, and on the day that we were checking in. He bent over backwards to make things flexible, easy, and convenient for us. Real southern hospitality! I would definitely rent this unit again!!

Fabulous place with a view of the ocean. The cleanest place we have ever stayed at on the IOP. Restaurants and shops within a short walk. We loved it!!! We will definitely stay here again in the future...... Can’t wait!!!

Great place but not new or fancy. If you want those things. we did not have the accurate info to open the beach gate or fishing pier. Also 5 people staying and only left 6 bath towels for a 5 days stay. Property manager phone me to tell Me about an issue with the living room vertical blinds from last tenants and I thought he would come or send someone to repair. NEVER did happen so closing the living room blinds was a delicate issue as I wanted privacy. The sofa was comfy but needs a really bad cleaning as it smelled. Location great, swimming pool great.

Beach stay

Overall not bad. But condo little outdated and definitely not great to be on an island and not be able to keep a golf cart with you for the price you pay to stay. Would recommend for an older couple but not necessarily for couple with small children going up and down 3 flights of stairs of course. And the people who actually live and stay there are older and retired and do not seem to care for people with young children.
