Esta unidad de nivel inferior de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños tiene todas las comodidades de ubicación y la ventaja de estar en el nivel inferior. A fantastic rental unit at a superb condominium complex. Very clean. Very comfortable. The unit had everything that our small group (3) needed for a late summer getaway. In fact, it was a pleasant surprise that the pool was still open (mid-September) and we were able to enjoy it, given the summer temperatures. I strongly recommend.

The perfect getaway!

A beautiful, well-cared-for condo in a quiet neighborhood directly on the lake with expansive views of the water. It is quiet and close to anything you want to do downtown. It’s a quick drive to Charlevoix & Petoskey. The owner was great with communication and provided all the details needed along with local recommendations. We loved our stay and really enjoyed the water view and sunsets. We would stay again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!

The Landings

Everything was outstanding, as usual (our fourth year). The Landings are simply amazing. Great location, perfect setting on beautiful Lake Charlevoix, and Boyne City is a great small town that offers more than you would want. Plus, it is close to many of the best sites in Northern Michigan such as an hour from Mackinaw City/Mackinac Island. Patty and Alan are terrific hosts and keep the unit spotless. As I said in prior review, We feel fortunate to be able to stay in such a lovely unit.

Beautiful condo with the best views

We really loved this property. Location and views were perfect. Enjoyed the pool, pier and water trampoline. Well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. Literally everything we needed. The one drawback was the noise from the upper unit. However, worth it staying here! Great week!

My Happy Place

We return to this property annually! The location is beautiful and convenient to all 'UpNorth' has to offer. The condo is immaculate and beautifully outfitted throughout. And the hosts are very responsive to any questions or needs. We highly recommend a stay here in any season!

Great Time

We spent 6 days at the condo and had a very relaxing time. Condo was clean and very nicely appointed. Host is very good to work with. We have booked a fall trip and also booked for next summer.

Great Location

Lovely property and location. Only complaint is that you can clearly hear the upstairs neighbors walking around (no carpet) and talking. Luckily we did not spend most of our time at the property.

Definitely Worth It

Couldn't ask for better lodging, very comfy, clean and homey. Patty makes sure her guests are well taken care of. Never had to ask for anything. Her and her husband go above & beyond to ensure their guests are happy. Will definitely be returning. Thanks, Patty!!!

Two Blissful Weeks at the Lake

This was our second stay at this property and we already have it booked for 2024. The location is perfect for hanging out and enjoying the lake views; and is minutes by foot or car to all Boyne City has to offer! We also enjoy easy day trips to Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Charlevoix; and have made day trips to Mackinac Island and even the Soo Locks in the Upper Peninsula. The Host is delightful and a wonderful communicator... quick to respond to any questions. The property is immaculately well kept, clean, and has a well stocked kitchen for any cooking. We highly recommend!

Another fabulous stay!

Enjoyed another vacation at this amazing property! Super clean condo and fantastic location! Lake front, pool, boat slip and short walk into town. Everything you could ask for. Al and Patty are great owners! Very attentive to any needs and respond quickly to communications. Can't wait till next year! 😊

This condo was originally owned by my Grandmother. She moved up when this development was just breaking ground in order to be near our family. She was one of the few year round residents and an integral part of our daily lives through our teen and early adult years. I am proud to be able to share this lovely spot with you.

This site was thoughtfully selected when the property was just being built for its unique setting and view. An additional window was added to the dining area to enhance the view down the lake towards Charlevoix. Newest upgrades-- 44 TV in living room/ and Flat screen in Master Bedroom, Wifi.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Single level. No stairs. Lovely view of the water, the bay and down the Lake. Lots of light and afternoon sun. This unit retains some of the original character built in this development as evident by the beams and fireplace surround.
