Enjoy a relaxing stay in this charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with convenient waterfront access—perfect for a weekend getaway. The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a full bathroom, while a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations for guests.

The open-concept living space includes a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals during your stay. Dining is available for up to four guests with a combination of kitchen table and bar seating. The living room offers comfortable seating for up to six guests, creating a welcoming space to relax.

Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy scenic views as boats sail in and out of Round Lake—the perfect spot to unwind and take in the waterfront atmosphere.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and is just a short walk from downtown Charlevoix’s dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering a different experience with every stay. With 48 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, guests can enjoy a comfortable home-away-from-home in the heart of downtown Charlevoix.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, a guest laundry facility, and a pool with an indoor section open year-round. The outdoor pool is available seasonally from May through October.

Great location, beautiful town and location, so much to do, stay at least 3 nights to absorb the vibe, food, views and the incredible beauty of Charlevoix and nearby area. Pool and facilities were more than adequate, perfect pool temperature. Extremely satisfactory, only wish was a larger refrigerator.

Weekend Get Away

Charlevoix is a beautiful lake town. The downtown was cute with lots of boutique shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time. The view from our condo was great. The staff was very accommodating, especially “Grace.” She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Just wish the hot tub was working.
