Ocean Forest 1006 --- Este condominio reformado de 1 dormitorio tiene vista directa frente al mar y está al otro lado de la calle de la playa! Ubicado en el piso 10 con vistas a la piscina al aire libre. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cómoda cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Relaje los pies en Myrtle la tortuga mientras disfruta de la vista al mar desde la sala de estar. Hay un espacio de lavabo / tocador en el dormitorio y el acceso directo al baño.
Esta unidad tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye un horno de convección para todas sus necesidades de cocina. Great Stay at Oceanfront View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was exactly as pictured and the view of the ocean is unmatched. Checking in and out was easy. Not many issues with the unit besides a broken towel rack and a very uncomfortable pull out bed which probably needs to be replaced. You can feel the multiple metal poles in the pull out bed, even as a light-weight person it was awful. I would consider booking this unit again if the pull out bed issue was fixed.

Cute place, AMAZING view

We loved this little ocean front condo. It was just as represented, and had everything we needed. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean was our favorite activity! Everything was clean and the rental company made our late check in easy as could be. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully come stay again!

Good but could have been better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some minor things: Light switch in living area did not work. Finally got lights on. Bulb burnt out above vanity in bedroom (no problem) Rack in bathroom behind door needs fixed. (we didn't need it) Would like to have contact with people at least when we checked out. Parking garage was very difficult to drive through. (Got ticket for parking on street)

Awesome View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palmetto needs to come up with a better way of checking in. The person who checked us in was rude and spoke to us in a sharp tone. After traveling for hours, who wants to be greeted like that? The owner of the condo needs to put a WiFi sign in the unit because the WiFi instructions we were given were incorrect and I had to contact maintenance to help me, which they did! Thank you! Palmetto needs to step up their game. Also update the photos of the unit as they do not do it justice. Having said all that, the unit was wonderful! A lot of time and money was spent on making the unit spectacular and it shows! Housekeeping was also great taking care of my needs! Thank you

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it's a good rental but it's not good for individuals with disabilities, especially the bathroom. There are no hand rails in the bath/shower and the toilet is too low. The staff responded quickly to our request for starter items. I can't stay here any more but overall it is a good rental for individuals who aren't handicapped.

Getting the key to the condo was very inconvenient. Returning the key was even more inconvenient.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Real disappointed. Have stayed in this room previously and was good. However firstly I contactedPalmetto in September to see if the pools were open or going to be open for my 6 month stay starting Nov. 1. Was told yes they were opened periodically. I have some health issues with back and needed the pool for excercise. So I get there and pools are jacuzzi are not open and have not been open since before I left in June. I asked for a reduced rate and was told no. Secondly the unit was not cleaned under the bed or under and behind the couch. Other than that the unit itself is very nice.

Quiet condo, cozy

Ceiling fans would be nice addition. Check in people were friendly, although our room was not ready until closer to 5 pm, (which I understand can happen, but we drove 10 hours to get there, so we were a little disappointed we could not get settled right away). Overall, pretty clean, cozy, and quiet condo.

June 2018 Stay

Terrible experience! Our entire stay we felt unwelcome and our car was towed from the parking lot! We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 1 king bed. Will not stay there again!!
