Esta unidad alquila de sábado a sábado de junio a agosto.

Situado directamente en el Golfo de México en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa, Summer Place se ha convertido rápidamente en un destino favorito de la familia. Best Condo Ever!

When you go on vacation, you can guarantee that you’re aren’t going to be fully satisfied with where you’re staying. There’s always a catch. I’m telling you, this was the best condo I’ve ever stayed in. It’s up to date, great location, and even the beds were comfortable! Overall, I was truly impressed and will definitely be back! 10/10, would recommend!

Perfect location and place to stay!

We were staying in the area for the first time and this place was perfect! We actually were able to get it a day early and so grateful for that! We got to watch the dolphins, enjoy the spectacular view from the 5 floor and workout and pool area. Fantastic and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great family vacation!

Great property. Very clean, good air conditioning, has everything a family needs. Good balcony furniture as well. Comfortable king beds! Better shower water pressure in the master bathroom.

Several restaurants within walking distance and the boardwalk is a few minutes walk down the beach. Pool was great, the beach was easy to get to and wasn't as busy as the beach in Destin. The traffic is a nightmare trying to go over the bridge to the grocery store so keep that in mind. AJ's across the street has live music and great margaritas. Super fun. Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, full size washer and dryer. Zero complaints. Would stay here again.

Great condo and location!

We loved location of property! Saw dolphins on numerous occasions! Condo extremely clean. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Communication with owner was excellent. Would definately come back to stay again.

This property was just as described. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Easy access to the beach. Pool cleaned and kept up daily. It was sad to leave!!

The condo was the best we've ever stayed in for a vacation. It was equipped with every single thing you could possibly need in the kitchen. The hot tub outside wasn't working for the first few days which was disappointing, but they got it fixed and it was really nice to relax in the hot tub since we had cold weather during our stay. All around a beautiful place to stay and we will definitely be going back!

Even better in person but could use some upgrades to bedding and locks on doors.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Decorated so cute and has an amazing view from the 5th floor. The bedding kept coming off of the beds as well as the mattress protector, maybe invest in deeper sheets/straps to keep everything on - it was a fight every time we laid in the beds. The locks on the doors were such an issue especially with kids.

Great location

This condo was in a great location. Lots to do nearby and lots of good restaurants! Proximity to the beach was wonderful! However this particular condo was not the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. The beds were not not the most comfortable, there was a layer of mold all around the washer seal, the jets in the tub were moldy, the porch light had a short in it leaving it flashing all night…the attention to detail was lacking in this particular unit. Location was wonderful so that made up for it, but we would likely not choose this condo again.

Excellent oceanveiw

OMG....THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! We had the best time just sitting on the balcony watching the waves! The chair and umbrella service was great! This is the most perfect place, 5th floor close to the elevators, great people running Summer Place, the pool guy was super nice and Lincoln the one that put all the chairs and umbrellas out is a beast! Watching him from the balcony every morning put all those out and how fast he did it was amazing! He was awesome too! Everyone was so nice and im totally in love with this condo! I didn't want to leave. Hopefully be back soon! There is no way you can pick a better place. Super clean, so much room! If there is anything i could suggest is maybe a better mattress in the master bedroom, but i don't want to say anything negative! Love love love our time there, so many memories were made! Thank you for letting us stay there and texting us so we could get in early! Thank you!!!!

Great Condo

I was very happy with my stay in this condo. It is just like it is described. I arrived very early and as I was pulling in I got a call from Ron and said the air conditioning had gone out. I explained I had just pulled in and had planned on going to the beach since check in was not until 3pm. He informed me that he is in the unit and had pulled all the drapes to keep it cool and would comp me our first night's stay since we would have no air conditioning. It was fixed as promised early the next day. The unit has great views of the beach, all the staff were great. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.

Ok unit but lacking.

This is my review as a member of a well known travel review site: Our particular unit needed some deep cleaning and items replaced. The kitchen had NO ice maker and NO garbage disposal. Only one small ice tray was provided for a unit with NO ice maker. Condo association also sprayed for bugs while we were there yet we were still expected to keep food garbage in an open garbage container all week which seems counterproductive. Installing a garbage disposal when this unit is obviously wired and ready for one would certainly help with bug issues. The TV has limited channels and would not turn off. We had to leave it on all week and it was on when we checked in.The toilet seats had areas where the finish was missing and there was visible black mold in the caulking around the master tub. There is no inside deadbolt on the door for added safety as in other units. Its been YEARS since the 2 public BBQ grills broke-2 years ago we found leftover charcoal so we could grill out and now the property is down to one grill for everyone after they removed the remaining grill. Seems the HOA fees should easily be able to address repairs and replacements.The unit cleaning could have been better. For a location as great as Summer Place, one would expect the amenities and condition to be in better order. Summer Place is not the only oceanfront property-this beach is lined with competing properties so it would seem attention could be given to keeping the property competitive by comparison.

Owner sent a text our second day and I mentioned the two issues and they sent someone right away to fix the drain. The ice maker didn’t ever make enough ice and we had to buy ice every day for our cooler since there wasn’t an ice machine on property..
