Alojarse en mi segundo piso condominio, es seguro que será uno de sus "mejores vacaciones jamás!". Podrá alojarse en un interior recientemente renovado, disfrutar de una cocina completa, una lavadora / secadora, 2 patios orientados al oeste para disfrutar de las más increíbles puestas de sol de Scottsdale, Amazon Fire + Netflix + Sling TV, WIFI gratuito, una piscina climatizada y un spa La parrilla de la comunidad. El condominio se encuentra en la mejor ubicación, 15/20 minutos del aeropuerto Sky Harbor ya pocos minutos de los mejores que Scottsdale tiene para ofrecer.

Great place for a golf weekend

This is a great condo to headquarter a golf trip. There are plenty of courses in the area, as well as dining and nightlife options. The condo itself has a good layout and is in a quiet area. Thanks!

Perfect stay

My family stayed at this beautiful condo during the Christmas holiday. The condo was very spacious and clean with large bedrooms and comfortable living space. Very centrally located with a beautiful walking path right outside the complex. Communication with the owner was easy. We will be back !

Great condo and location!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and spacious with lots of supplies. Everything you could need for cooking (spices, cookware, etc). Host responds immediately to any questions. Don't hesitate to book this!

Peaceful oasis near Scottsdale

We loved Emily's place - it was even nicer than the pictures showed! The place is comfortable and well-stocked with essentials (toiletries, kitchen basics, etc.). She was extremely responsive when we had questions and when we needed a small repair....We highly recommend her place!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was as advertised; updated and clean. Emily was responsive and very check in was easy. If there is any room for improvement, the hot tub and pool area are a bit dated...beyond the owners immediate control. Would stay there again.

Great location and communication

Emily is very helpful and quick to respond. The location, the pool and hot tub are awesome. There are pool towels and so many extras in the condo. Also close to the pool.

Exceeded expectations

This property and location exceeded expectations. The property was very well appointed and equipped. Very clean. The kids really liked being near the pool. Emily was very responsive. Would definitely like to stay here again next time we are in the Valley of the Sun.

Great place, but.....

This property is in an excellent location and presents as you see it in pictures. It is very clean, nicely decorated, and has the necessities that you need. If any complaints are to be had, they are that there wasn't soap in the bathroom which I think is important, especially in this time of COVID. I would also suggest the property manager upgrade the toilet paper to 2-ply. The current toilet paper does not speak "luxury vacation rental" which I believe she is going for and honestly, who likes cheap tp? My biggest complaint is the communication with the property manager prior to arriving. She responded quickly when I made the reservation and then disappeared. She did not respond to my follow-up emails asking questions regarding my stay. I waited more than a week for a response and started wondering if it was a money-grab situation and not a legitimate rental. I had to call her and in the course of our conversation, she continued to confuse me with another renter. As my trip got closer, I had to reach out to her again to find how I gained access to the property once I arrived. She said she would email me a week prior with the information, which she did, but it only gave the address to the property and did not include access information. I responded asking about access, she said she would email me the next day but did not. I had to reach out one more time and she finally gave me the access code to the key box. I share this in the hopes she realizes how it looks from the renter's perspective. It was nerve wracking not receiving a response and I wondered more than once if I really had a place to stay when I got there. Final thought is that there weren't any instructions on how the rental should be left from a cleaning perspective. We stripped the beds, filled the dishwasher, and cleaned to the standards of prior VRBO experiences. I hope it was sufficient.

Enjoy my stay

The house was clean we like to stay there we love the master bedroom and bathroom. The guest bed frame was a little broken and the guest bath tub did not drain well but easy stuff to fix. Emily was great to work with

Nice, quiet and convenient

We stayed for a month, and really enjoyed this condo. It was well stocked and very comfortable. The pool area was nice. Checkin and checkout were very easy. The condo is in a quiet location, but is very convenient for everything we planned in Scottsdale. It’s 10 minutes from Old Scottsdale and Fashion Square. It’s 10 minutes from the Camelback trailhead and less than 30 minutes from Tom’ Thumb, Pinnacle Peak, Granite Mountain and Brown’s Mountain trailheads. We also enjoyed walking through Chaparral Park (just across N Hayden) and stopping at Randy’s for brunch. We’ll be back.

Better than advertised!

It's not often that a condo's pictures don't do it justice, but that was the case for this property. Plenty of room in each room. Very clean and well kept. A great layout. Perfect location. I'd recommend this property for families or friends staying in the Scottsdale area, for sure!

Lovely well located Condo

This is a well furnished, clean and attractive place to stay while visiting Scottsdale. Visited the Botanic Gardens, Taliesin West, Okd Scottsdale and several top rated restaurants all within just 10-20 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this property.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When i first moved to Scottsdale, i lived in the Kierland Commons area. Gorgeous area, but all the nightlife and best shopping and restaurants were down near Old Town. We bought this condo, for it's location. Close to everything, but in a quiet area to breathe and reboot from the craziness of life.

2nd floor condo, 2 west facing, sunset gazing patios (one off living room, one off master bedroom), vaulted ceilings, 55'' TV, Free WIFI, Apple TV, Wood Fireplace, dark wood floors, newly renovated.
