Su hogar lejos del hogar será esta encantadora casa adosada de playa más antigua. Cerca de la piscina. Dos estacionamientos subterráneos con puerta de seguridad. Piscina y jacuzzi disponibles para su uso.

A menos de una cuadra de la playa, podrá disfrutar del uso de nuestras tablas de surf, sillas de playa, sombrillas y refrigeradores. Camine hasta el parque Powerhouse, los restaurantes frente a la playa de Jake's y Poseidon y Del Mar Village para disfrutar de excelentes tiendas, comida y entretenimiento. El hotel L'Auberge también está a poca distancia. ¡Perfecto para toda la familia!

Si necesita suministros para niños pequeños; Tenemos un pack-n-play y una trona para ti.  Nuestra casa adosada cuenta con 2 estacionamientos subterráneos, una barbacoa al aire libre, su propia área de patio privado, wi-fi gratis, lavadora y secadora, todo su equipo de playa y productos de papel para un hogar listo para vacaciones. Duerme 7 pero eso es con niños pequeños. 5 adultos MAX. Este es un condominio de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños

No hay aire acondicionado y puede ser cálido durante los meses de verano. ESCUCHARÁS Y SENTIRÁS EL TREN DESDE ESTA UBICACIÓN. El tren sube y baja por la costa y las vías están JUSTO detrás del complejo.

Family of five had an amazing stay at this property. Much larger than I expected and very clean and easily accessible. Great location as in we walked to the beach every day as well as walk to breakfast and dinner most days. Parking in this area is scarce but the underground double parking space was perfect! Would stay here again!!

Del Mar has been a favorite for our Colorado family for years and you cannot beat this location! The unit was updated and very clean. The snack basket and drinks were an added bonus! We are very picky with beds, but the beds were so comfortable, which is hard to find. We had cold weather for a few days but enjoyed the big selection of games this unit had to offer. Nina, the property manager, is great at communicating and always responded right away with any questions we had. We will absolutely stay here again! We made some great memories!

Perfect beach get away

The property is amazing and across the street from the beach. The place has everything you need for beach fun and a comfortable stay. The layout is perfect and the three bathrooms are fantastic for multiple people. Everything is clean and newly remodeled as advertised. The host is great with communication and left snacks and drinks for us which was a nice touch.

The property and location were perfect! The home is pottery barn cute, perfect for families and one block from the beach and restaurants. Nina went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care! The home is extra clean, equipped with everything you need and so many extra's for the kids. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful & Perfect

We adored this condo! It's ideally situated near the beach, shops, and restaurants in the perfect location of Del Mar, one of the most stunning places in the US. The condo is beautifully decorated, updated, clean, and serene, with lovely morning light. Parking in the underground garage is convenient. My teenage son also enjoyed it and was comfortable in his room. The property management provided excellent instructions for check-in and check-out, complete with pictures, and promptly addressed any questions. Don't hesitate to rent – highly recommended!

Cozy Vacation Home

The location of this property was A+ . The area was walking distance to all the places you would want to go in Del Mar, restaurants, parks, beaches, we walked a lot. We came in very late at night and instructions where concise and easy. Communication with the host was great and very accesible. The unit has a good size, comfortable and spacious. We were three adults, my husband my daughter and I but there was enough space for more people. Furniture in good condition, tastefully and warm decorated. It was everything we needed and more. The kitchen well equipped and plenty of dishes, pots and pans, enough condiments to start any meal. We will definitely come back with the rest of the family.

Brand new beach condo!

This property was the perfect place for our family! Just a 1 minute walk to Del Mar beach. Walking distance to downtown Del Mar restaurants and shops. The parking garage was easy to access. The condo complex was clean and people were very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and set up with very nice pool furniture. This big 3 bedroom - 3 bath condo was recently renovated with new appliances, furniture and had all the amenities we needed. The bunk room was perfect for our kiddos. All the rooms had comfy beds with clean smooth sheets. Sonos speakers included for the vibe. Easy in and out with coded locks. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The train runs right next to the unit, but with new sound proof windows, it wasn’t much of a noise issue at all. Overall, this place is highly recommended!

Perfect spot for our 3 weeks

This townhome had a great layout. Most of the time it was 2 of us and when our adult children came, there was ample room and space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. 3 full baths is very nice too. 2 blocks to the beach for daily morning walks. Super walkable to the Del Mar restaurants and shops. Evening sunsets. Safe location. The trains took a little to get used to especially the large freight trains that would occasionally come though in the middle of the night. Everything worked in the place. The kitchen and serving equipment basic and was a lot of plastic. We didn’t use the pool. Garage parking for 2 cars was awesome.

This was a great spot for us. The property is clean and well stocked. It is in a great location - walking distance to the beach and to local restaurants. It is close to the train tracks which can be quite loud at night if you are a light sleeper. Other than that it is perfect and we would love to stay there again!

Perfect weekend

We stayed here for our wedding weekend. We got married at the powerhouse community Center so this location could not have been more perfect for us to the venue as well as the beach. It was roomy enough for the whole family. And very comfortable. We're able to cook meals at home save money plenty of bathrooms who are going to get ready in. Very comfortable home away from home for us. Thank you look forward to staying here again.

I am originally from Rhode Island but have lived in San Diego for over 30 years. I have been doing vacation rentals in San Diego and Del Mar for over 18 years. I worked for the San Diego Padres as a ballgirl for 20 years - my highlights include 3 Top Ten plays on ESPN! I have 3 kids - all my kids gradated from Torrey Pines High School. My son graduated from The Ohio State, my daughter from University of Oregon and my youngest daughter attended University of Arizona and now has her own clothing line called ILYSM kinda!

I love my job and all the families I have met over the years. I am very lucky to have the best assistants, cleaning crews and handymen who have also all worked for me personally and professionally for over 24 years! We truly do our best to make sure you feel at home.

Completely remodeled and upgraded! Everything is brand new including double pane noise canceling windows! Best location in Del Mar. Everyone loves the Del Mar Beach colony.
We have hosted a lot of families - this is perfect for a family reunion, wedding, girls weekend, and holiday get togethers.

We also provide all your paper products and beach gear for a vacation ready home!

Everyone loves the location - right across the street from the beach!
It is also an easy walk to Powerhouse Park, Jake's & Poseidon beachfront restaurants, and Del Mar Village for great shopping, food and entertainment. This property lets you experience the true ambiance of Old Del Mar including the Coaster Train.  It is only one mile to the Del Mar Race Track and Fairgrounds.
This complex has ten individually owned units Relax in the heated spa or take a dip in the swimming pool.   Each bedroom has it’s own TV. If you need toddler supplies; we have a pack-n-play and a high chair for you.  Our town home features 2 underground parking spaces, a personal patio area with a BBQ, free wi-fi, and a washer/dryer in unit.
Enjoy a walk at sunset on the beautiful Del Mar beach or have a picnic at Powerhouse Park.  We have beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, and toys for your enjoyment at the beach.

Everyone loves the LOCATION - walking distance to the Del Mar Plaza, restaurants and shops! The beach is only 1 mile away. There are no stairways to the beach. The ocean front playground at Powerhouse Park is one of a kind. Kids love to watch the trains go by and moms & dads can enjoy the ocean surf. The restaurants close by are anything from Starbucks, to pizza to fine dining!

Del Mar is a very family friendly community. Our state of the art lifeguard station at 17th Street has showers and restrooms, not to mention the nicest staff ready to help you with any questions! The Del Mar lifeguards are truly the best!

Each bedroom has its own TV. Bring your laptop for the free wifi internet connection. If you need toddler supplies; we have a pack-n-play and a high chair for you. Our home features an outdoor BBQ and 2 parking spaces. We also supply all your beach gear and paper products for an easy vacation ready home!
Enjoy a walk at sunset on the beautiful Del Mar beach or have a picnic at Powerhouse Park. We have beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, and toys for your enjoyment at the beach.
We live in San Diego and are available to service all your vacation needs. It is our goal to make you feel at home.

We are only 20 miles north of the San Diego Airport. 23 miles from the San Diego Convention Center. 22 miles from Petco Park 10 miles to La Jolla. 5 miles to Torrey Pines Golf Course, 20 miles to the San Diego Zoo, 16 miles to Legoland California, 76 miles to Disneyland.
