We could not get the Keurig to work but enjoyed the Air Fryer and Power XL. The ice maker and the external controls on the fridge did not work. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It was a great vacation including the VayK Gear.

Great vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation. We like Ocean One 106. The bedding fits our family of children and grandchildren. The three bathrooms are essential for us. We liked the improvements this year. We had a little problem with the lights in the kitchen but it was fixed quickly. We love the outside table and seating for our morning paper and coffee. Love the squirrel! The stove needs to be replaced but it was usable and the kitchen cabinets could benefit from a good scrubbing. I believe the owners are making improvements every season because we rented this unit last year and the bathroom has been redone beautifully. We would rent it again. I hope the prices have peaked or drop a little because they went sky high since Covid. We have stayed in Ocean One about 5 years seeing big increases.

Awesome visit, missed the pool!

Unit was awesome, so convenient, clean and plenty of room! The decor was so beautiful and had all amenities!! We were so impressed with what all the unit provided.. utensils, cookware, coolers, serving pieces!! We just missed having the pool for 2days. It has to be closed down. It’s not a big deal with the adults but a little disappointing for the grandbaby. Definitely will rent this unit again!!

The unit was clean and the renovations made so far were very nice. We had a late check in but stopped by the office the next day. The staff was friendly, as always. We had no issues with the unit.

Reserved for family during son's wedding

We reserved this condo based on its location to the Beach House where my son's wedding was taking place. The location was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo. It was used for many wedding preparations and was roomy and decorated nicely. We will definitely come back.

The outside patio was a plus because we had a table with chairs and an outside couch giving us extra seats. We like to bring our things right into the first floor door. I wish they would lose the glass top dining table. They are hard to keep clean and the big chairs take up too much room. Needed a new broom. Other than that we loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental 106 was perfect. It had been cleaned and well stocked with everything needed. Location was fantastic! Close to pool and beach. Would have been nice to have a covered picnic area near grills bit thankful the grills were in good working condition. Easy walk to coligny with lots to do there. Kids wanted to stay in living area to watch movie one night so pulled out sofa sleeper to find very large urine stain so did not utilize. All other beds had mattress pads and were quite comfortable. Would recommend and will definitely be returning in future.

Great location

We loved the location of this property which made it work. Access to some pool/ocean toys was appreciated. Unfortunately the entire unit needs to be updated. Patio furniture is rusty and unusable. Floors were not clean based on my white socks! In spite of its shortcomings, we enjoyed our time there!
