Bienvenido a Carolina Beach Club 429. Las villas junto al océano en el 4to piso han sido completamente remodeladas con pisos nuevos, muebles nuevos, electrodomésticos nuevos y encimeras de cocina.

Esta villa es un condominio de dos habitaciones, dos baños, sala y comedor combinados. La ropa de cama ofrecería una cama king size en el dormitorio principal y una cama queen size en el dormitorio de invitados. Fuera de la sala de estar hay un balcón que ofrece una bonita vista al mar.

Encontrará Carolina Beach Club en el extremo sur de la isla, a lo largo de South Forest Beach Drive, a poca distancia de Coligny Plaza. Carolina Beach Club es una propiedad junto al océano que se encuentra a unos 70 metros del océano.

This condo was perfect for 2 couples that were visiting the island for a long weekend. Only 'complaint' we had, though small, is it would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms and exhaust fans in the bathroom. Living area was a bit cramped, but was perfect for what we needed as we were only in the condo in the morning & later evening. We did not use any of the kitchen facilities, we were able to get coffee filters from the main office as there was not any provided.

Amazing Time in Hilton Head

We enjoyed a great week! The accommodations were a perfect size for our family of 4. Easy access to the beach that was never too crowded. The pools next door could get busy, but we managed to find chairs and the kids would be in the pool at all times. Our youngest can’t quite swim yet so loved that the pool had a fairly shallow section she could roam about in. They had a place to order food and drinks which was really nice. 100% would rent here again!

Week of Summer Bliss

Perfect location. Use of Hilton amenities was excellent. Great beach access. Was able to rent bikes and easy walk/ride to tons of restaurants and activities. Small living space but enough when you spend most of your time outside doing things anyway. Thank you for the amazing vacation!

Loved the property

We loved the property. The location and use of the resort amenities is nice. We would stay here again. The only small complaint I would have is that we had to go and pick up keys to check in to property. Most places we have stayed email or text a code to you after 4 o’clock and you can just go straight to your condo. So this was an extra step but not a big deal

A perfect spot

The location, amenities, and the condo were all wonderful. The condo itself was just the right size for the 2 of us. It was very clean, and had all we needed. 2 minor issues- the lock on the slider was broken but it didn’t impact us in any way and we had no idea there was overflow parking which caused a little drama on a few nights so maybe just have the team checking guests in make that known especially on a busy week. We would definitely return!

Great location

Had a great visit. Living room area was a little small, but that was mentioned in previous reviews so I was prepare for that. My only reason for not giving it a 5 out of 5 was the property management company decided to charge me another $15 for a vaguely described “1% tax that was recently added ” when I had paid in full a month ago.

The property management company didn't just "decide" to charge you more. There was a tax increase effective May 1, 2023. We really didn't have a choice in the matter regardless as to when you paid. It was based on the occupancy dates. The Hilton Head Island sales tax has been changed within the last year. It was raised 1% from 6% to 7% in May 2023.

Kitchen had almost everything we needed and beds were comfortable. The Hilton amenities were top notch, we used the hot tub every day and the beach access was awesome.

Hilton head vacation

Overall a good experience. A couple small issues with rental. Screen door broken, kitchen appliances had some issues and beds smaller than advertised.

Perfection!

My husband, brother in law, sister in law, and nephew stayed for a week at this property! We had a beautiful week. Getting to use the amenities of the resort next door made our vacation so special! The beach and pool were steps from the condo and the view of the ocean was awesome! We have stayed several places in HHI but this one was by far our favorite! A quick bike ride to coligny plaza was awesome for getting coffee in the mornings or dinner at night! I would 100 percent recommend staying here!

Family vacation

Loved staying here with my small family. We enjoyed our stay and proximity to everything. We walked to get coffee or to the park,near by, almost everyday. The only thing i would say is it would have been nice to have some small kitchen amenities available. We cooked food 50% of the time and had to purchase basic salt and pepper. Not a big deal, but something to mention. Overall, great place to stay and would stay again.

Recovery weekend

Spent a good weekend at this unit, and all was as described in the overview of the unit. Proximity to the beach and ability to use the Hilton amenities were a plus. Close to the circle and easy access to the entire island . Only area we had issues with was having to call for the internet access. Directions on how to use the streaming TV’s would have been helpful.
