Cabaña privada de montaña moderna - 2 acres en Blue River - Minutos a la góndola Breck

Nuestra casa de montaña está convenientemente ubicada en la ruta 9 a menos de 4 millas (unos 5 minutos) al sur de Breckenridge. Un camino pavimentado, que está arado para su comodidad en el invierno, conduce a un garaje climatizado para 2 autos. Ubicado en dos acres de hermosos álamos y árboles de hoja perenne, respalda al Bosque Nacional Arapaho.

En el interior hay una moderna casa recién amueblada de 3,000 pies cuadrados con cuatro dormitorios y tres baños y medio para dormir cómodamente diez. Además, hay una pequeña sala de TV / lectura con un futón para acomodar otro o dos.

El loft tiene una gran mesa alta con 6 sillas para juegos. Una mesa de hockey de aire de tamaño completo y una mesa de futbolín también se encuentran en el desván.

El salón principal tiene una gran chimenea de gas con un televisor encima y una pared de ventanas. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 10.

La moderna cocina cuenta con mostradores de granito con capacidad para 2 personas en el bar, una estufa de gas y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Un abundante suministro de ollas, sartenes, platos, tazas y vasos ofrece la opción de cocinar o ordenar.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. El baño principal tiene bañera de hidromasaje y ducha de vapor. También hay acceso directo a la cubierta y a la nueva bañera de hidromasaje Arctic Spa para 8 personas. Otros huéspedes pueden acceder a la terraza y al jacuzzi desde la cocina.

Arriba hay una habitación extra grande con baño compartido con la "sala de literas". La litera tiene una cama queen size y dos camas individuales con literas.
El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y baño con ducha grande.
Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores LED con pantalla plana.
La configuración de la habitación se adapta mejor a un máximo de 8 adultos y 4 niños.

Finalmente, encontrará que el calor radiante en el piso no solo mantendrá sus pies calientes sino que mantendrá una temperatura interior muy constante.

Wonderful wildlife

We had a wonderful family getaway. Everyone enjoyed their time - especially the fire pit and game room! We had everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy our time! There was plenty of space both inside and out and we were lucky enough to spot plenty of wildlife - moose, deer, chipmunks, a fox, and even a bear!

Wonderful Winter Vacation

John is a great host and communicator. Everything was just as described on VRBO site. My family and I were there for a week and enjoyed every minute. The weather provided several days of snow, and the driveway was plowed for easy access 2 or 3 times during our stay. We will definitely be coming back again- maybe this summer. I highly recommend Bear Crossing.

This is THE Place!

Beautiful property. Pictures do not do this place justice. Everything was perfect for our family with room to spare. Far enough from the downtown to be alone if you prefer more seclusion, yet very close to everything Brek has to offer. Hosts are wonderful and very communicative and quick to respond. Will stay again and again. This is the place to be!!

We loved staying at this property. The proximity to Breckenridge is great and not too far away. Quite property away from busy Breckenridge. John was a great host and communicated great with us during our stay. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The house is gorgeous.

Great mountain house!

This mountain house will not disappoint. The owners have thought of everything, it is extremely well equipped and clean. Plenty of room for 2 families of 5 to spread out. Kids loved the game room upstairs and all loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Would definitely rent this house again. John was a wonderful host, very responsive with any questions. Wonderful stay!

Fantastic place to stay and play

The cabin was everything listed and more. Photos were an accurate representation but didn’t capture the beauty surrounding the house. We loved the great vaulted ceiling and the light from the windows. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. There was a nice supply of paper towels, toilet tissue, tissues, and shower toiletries. Everyone in our family-kids to parents to grandparents voted we must come back to this cabin. We were in the large hot tub every day taking in the views of the national forest the cabin backed up to. We cooked s’mores over the gas fire pit and utilized the gas grill for dinners. There were spacious areas in front and beside the house for outdoor games or just hanging your own hammock. Our drive to Breck Main Street was only 6 minutes and to a great hiking trail about 8 minutes. During our 7 day stay we did not see any neighbors. The host gave very detailed information as to how to best utilize the cabin. We highly recommend this cabin.

Great Stay at Bear Crossing!

The home was very clean and well-stocked. Our kids loved the air hockey and foosball table. The hot tub provided much-needed relief after some long days of skiing. The area surrounding the cabin was quiet and secluded, backing up to the forest. We even had a moose come right up to the back door and kitchen window. The cabin is less than a 10 minute drive from all the restaurants, breweries, and shops in Breckenridge. Would recommend this property to anyone! We will definitely stay here when we come to Breckenridge again.

5 Star Vacation Rental

This was the perfect vacation home for our party of 9! Ample room, beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, hot tub, game room and close to town and the mountain! Great winter retreat

We had an enjoyable time at Sunny Slope in February with our family of 10. It was easy to communicate with John (landlord) and there is a book with detailed information regarding everything from setting out the garbage to setting the thermostats. The accommodations were great for relaxation and family dinners after skiing all day. The driveway was plowed well, after two significant snow falls.

Ski Trip

This place was everything we could have asked for and more. Rented a car at Denver airport about a 2 hour drive to the cabin. Massive high ceiling cabin with ample amount of room for hanging out and enjoying it. Skied for 2 days in breckenridge (8 min drive from cabin) and 1 day in vail (1 hr min drive). Game room and hot tub kept everyone entertained and having fun. Check in and check out process incredibly easy. All kitchen supplies and seasoning ingredients already available for your use which was a huge help as well.

Bear Crossing - Beary Relaxing!

Perfect property just outside Breck! We had two adults and two 11 year-old boys and this property had everything to keep us entertained and relaxed following adventures in Breck and surrounding area. We had *multiple* air hockey and foosball tournaments and relaxed every evening following hikes either on the back deck with the fire pit or in the hot tub. While every room does have a television, we never turned them on, such were the other amenities this property has to offer, including numerous board games that were in the stand alone "game room". The property is very clean and welcoming (even to the local deer and moose - those were outside, to be clear). Check-in and check-out procedures are very clearly listed and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this property to others traveling to the area. Communication from the property owner was rapid and effective. We had a minor issue with the aforementioned hot tub that was resolved within a half hour. Overall, a great property and a major reason why our family vacation went so well. Thank you Bear Crossing!

Amazing getaway

This house exceeded our expectations! The location was just perfect. We were so close to town yet felt so secluded in woods. The amount of snow was awesome for a mid March vacation and the sleds in the garage were perfect for the wonderful hill outback. Our group ranged from 5-74 and everyone was so happy with this home. We will most definitely return to this gem! Thanks for a wonderful time.

We had been coming to Breckenridge as a family to ski for many years and decided it was time to buy. We chose this location for the proximity to downtown Breckenridge (5-minute drive), yet far enough from town to enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful setting. We are on Highway 9 (Main road through town) but far enough back to avoid road noise . We are minutes from the ski lifts, great hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and biking. Breckenridge is one of the most scenic mountain areas in the US with unlimited outdoor activities: snow skiing, snowboarding, tubing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, whitewater rafting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, ice skating and more.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

In addition to the "great room" with gas fireplace and large screen TV, there is a loft with air hockey, foosball and a large game table. The "TV room" provide another space for privacy. There is a TV in every bedroom and of course free high-speed internet and WiFi. Outside there is a large deck with hot tub, gas fire pit, and log chairs. Finally, you enjoy the ability to pull into the heated garage to unload on arrival or after a long day of activity.
