Out of the crowd, close to the sites

We loved the location. The view of the water is better than the pictures. There are lot’s of restaurants close and the beach is easily accessible. Our checkin was thorough and included many great recommendations of where to eat. We were very comfortable here.

Our family of five loved staying in this apartment. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful sea. We went to the beach daily, walked around the marina, enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the easy walk into town to shop and see the sights. Thank you Maite for all of the great recommendations. We checked off as many as we could and all were fabulous. We loved our time in Barcelona!!!

The apartment was big enough for our family with 3 teenies. It was very clean, well furnished, comfortable beds, great view from the balcony to the sea, well equipped, good wifi. There is a big and good supermarket 2 minutes away. Public transport (bus, metro) nearby, we often used the bus lines, very comfortable traveling through the city to all beautiful places. The beach was clean, beautiful, we played beachvolleyball and enjoyed the sea for a swim. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and they gave us a lot of good ideas concerning restaurants, shows, buslines and many helpful advices. We would love to come back again!

Très bel appartement idéalement situé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les levers de soleil avec la vue mer. Accès à la barceloneta a pied et très bien desservi par le métro et les bus. Nous étions déjà passé par lets holidays pour nos vacances sur la costa brava et apprécions toujours leur gentillesse et réactivité.

-sehr angenehme Betreuung durch die Agentur; sehr schnelle Reaktionen auf Rückfragen - die Lage der Wohnung ist ganz toll, der Strand ist genau ggü; im Gebäudekomplex gibt es diverse Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten sowie einen grossen Supermarkt - nachts ist es etwas laut w. der Hauptverkehrsstraße vor der Tür; die Fenster schließen nicht zu 100% - die Einrichtung ist eher einfach aber für einen Städtetrip vollkommen ausreichend

Great location!

Ana & Maite were so helpful with reservations & other info on our arrival. Perfect location at the end of our Portugal/Spain trip. Wonderful restaurants in the marina, a morning sail in the harbor, close to all of Barcelona's "things to do" and a great patio to watch the sunrise or set and spectacular fireworks!!

Really great place. for me Looked better than on the pictures. Sea view every morning makes you more e than happy. Very close to the sea in quiet location however from the other perspective very close to barcelonetta, cathedra and Barri Gothic. Highly recommended. Of course you need to remember that if you go in 7 there are only two bedrooms.

Perfekt der Supermarkt direkt in der Anlage. Sauber, ein guter Kontakt, eine einwandfreie Übergabe. Was will man mehr. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder

This AirBNB is 10/10! My family and I cannot believe how perfect and affordable it was. It is right across the street from the beach, and a few minutes walk to some of the best restaurants in the city. It's also located right next to a shopping center, which made buying food/etc very easy. Maite, the person who helps Kristjan Y Ana on site, was wonderful. She was flexible with our check in time, provided us recommendations around the city, and helped us arrange our Covid-19 tests to travel back to the US. In terms of amenities- towels, blow driers, soaps, dish washing soap, etc were all provided. The beds were incredibly comfy, the balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect, and the entire apartment was really spacious. If we come back to Barcelona, we will be staying here! Thank you, Kristjan y Ana!
