Disfruta de nuestra hermosa y espaciosa casa frente al mar, que se encuentra en la arena mientras te relajas y te maravillas de los surfistas en las olas del océano, y observa a lo lejos a los pescadores en el Imperial Beach Pier. Disfruta de impresionantes vistas desde el patio, la cocina, el comedor, la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Un invitado escribe: "¡Nuestra actividad favorita era sentarnos en el patio con una copa de vino todas las noches mirando las increíbles puestas de sol!" Hay cuatro habitaciones. Un invitado escribe: '¡Mi cosa favorita fue quedarse dormido y despertar con el sonido de las olas! Otro escribe: 'Cuando los niños no estaban en la playa, estaban en la habitación de los niños / sala de juegos jugando a la máquina de pinball. ¡Las mejores vacaciones familiares! The view and beach access were amazing. We only wished for a bit more privacy from the neighbors, the soundproof glass that was used on the balcony would be ideal since there’s just a temporary fabric divider or if there was a noise curfew on the residences as several hours beyond midnight is obnoxious to everyone else.Being walking distance to restaurants and cafes was also a very awesome amenity along with the incredible rainfall shower( needs just a little TLC and CLR)and jetted tub were also incredible. Very refreshing and beautiful Oceanside view was so wonderful to see nightly

Beyond my expectations

So we booked the place because it looks amazing, immediately upon arriving it became clear that the photos didn’t do anything close to justice for this property. Amazing home, amazing host, amazing location and the little town of IB is absolutely amazing. We will be back

Spring Break 2025

Home, views and beach access were top notch. The pictures of this property online do not do it justice. It’s so much more impressive in person. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We will be staying here again!

Imperial beach house

Trip was nice. The ocean was closed because of pollution from the Tijuana river. Which we found out happens a lot for Imperial Beach.

Excellent Location

The view of the beach was EXCELLENT- we didn’t have to go anywhere during our stay. Away from the crowd but within walking distance to good restaurants. Highly recommend.

Relaxing stay

This house is located on the beach!! Every morning we were down walking the beach and collecting shells that washed up overnight. Very nice small town. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. House is spacious and very well layed out.

The most BEAUTIFUL VIEW

This was the absolute best place I have stayed, bar none!!!! The host was very responsive and I have NEVER had a better view of the beach/ocean. I'll be back!!!

It was so relaxing and just a beautiful home. The location is great. Except, if you bring your dog, which we brought our little poodles, you cannot walk them on the beach. I'm just giving a heads- up. Also, the ocean water is polluted, which signs are posted to not swim. So, if you're coming for swimming, not the right spot. On a better note, the property management is awesome!!! We had a couple minor issues that we notified them of, which they initiated by checking in with us first. The minor issues were resolved the same day, and like within hours. We were happily shocked at the attention and efficiency in which they serve their clients. The home, in my opinion, was underestimated. The woodwork, the style, everything was solid and tasteful. My husband loved it. The beach is right there! It's clean and not stinky. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back.

Awesome beach location

The house was nice and we had the space we needed . The listing needs to be updated to say that the AC is not usable and that the sound system is locked up and also not usable. If you’re stsying with a large group or tor more than a couple days bring extra towels since there are inly 2 per bathroom. We were happy that dome things the listing says are not included were actually there but maybe they were just left from previous guests. The location was amazing so it really made the stay worth it.

Love the view!!

This was our second time here! We love the view of the ocean & having easy access to the beach! The neighbors are friendly. We could walk to numerous restaurants & ice cream shops. Enjoy walking the pier! Found lots of shells & sea glass on the beach! Hoping to go again next year!

relaxing at last

We did not do much but the zoo and the safari park. I spent most of my time watching the surfers and looking at the dolphins. The house was very nice. The views were incredible. It was very easy to cook in the kitchen. I would recommend this home to everyone. Steve

Peaceful palace for the Holidays

the master was very comfortable and had nice amenities. the other adults could not sleep on queens, as the beds were too sqeaky. The heater went out and thermostat was.broken but he property managers were very attentive and fixed immediately. I would add some more pots and pans for holiday cooking. we had a lovely time and would go again.

Weekend get away

Beautiful property, views from every window. We had issue with the door ,firepit and T. V these where addresses very quickly. We did have ants in the kitchen, dinning room area..We had to keep everything in the refrigerator. I suggest you bring ant bait if you stay here. Also there are no seasonings or coffee filters. We left ours behind for the next guest. All our meals had to ne keepeveryt the rig

I absolutely love this place!!

This was our second time staying at this incredible home with our family. Once again, I was so taken back by the breathtaking view as you walk into the home and then you see the beautiful ocean right from the BIG front window! It’s truly a sight to see especially when the windows were so clean as I requested!! We had such a great time! We did had a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay. Unfortunately, the ocean was polluted and nobody could go in the water. Also, the oven was not working and the smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms was going off at 1:30am. The next morning I texted the situation and maintenance was on it and was able to buy us a portable oven and install a new smoke alarm that day. They took good care of us! Hopefully, next year we would like to rent this gorgeous place again as long as my kids can swim in the ocean !!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home. Older furniture that had a lot of hair on it. Uncomfortable broken down master bed. Wifi didn't work. The cleaners were there past my check in time and we had to sit outside and wait. I communicated to the property manager and they defended the cleaners and did not address the issue. Communication with property manager was unsat. Reached out several times about the wifi and they didn't respond to some questions and the time between issues was not in time to actually solve an issue. They didn't act in the beginning of the stay like they could have, then threw money at me hoping I wouldn't share my experience.

Good home, needs some tweaking to be great

You can't beat the view here and being literally on the beach made up for some drawbacks. Imperial Beach is a 20-30 minute drive from most of the tourist destinations, but if your primary requirement is the beach then it's a great spot. We appreciated the comfy furniture in the living room and the kitchen had enough equipment for us to make everything we wanted to (except cutting boards). The gorgeous view off the master is also noteworthy. Things that would help make this a better spot: replace mattresses on the double bed and the queen bed that's in its own room. They were bad enough to cause discomfort the next day. Also, the sofa sleeper in the TV room needs to be replaced. The sofa looks very worn and the bed is nearly unusable. Having mirrors in the bedrooms would also be useful. The upstairs guest bath needs a good cleaning and some new caulk and grout. The mold is off-putting to say the least. The rest of the house looked clean.

Beautiful Beachfront Home in IB!

The house was gorgeous! Had everything you might possibly desire for a beachfront stay! Beautiful home, tons of space, full and very well stocked kitchen. We did have some maintenance issues. 1. The propane in the outdoor fire pit ran out the first night. This was addressed the next morning when a maintenance man delivered more propane for us. 2. The lights in the upstairs bathroom/hall did not work. This was also addressed the next morning when the maintenance man was able to troubleshoot the circuit and fixed the lights. 3. The oven did not work on Bake. This was not resolved during our stay. 4. The ice maker in the freezer did not work at all. This was not resolved during our stay. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again. The o Lu reason for four stars was due to the non working appliances.

Not worth what we paid!

The house itself and the view were absolutely STUNNING!!! However, everything else was horrible! The house was not cleaned properly at all! Dirty dishes, filthy drawers and the towels that were left for us to use , we’re not fresh! They smelled mildewy and gross!! I went to wash them, so that we would be able to use them, only to find out that the dryer did not work! It wouldn’t get hot at all. Decided to go make a meal, to find out that the stove didn’t work properly either…. At least it just needed a lighter ( that was not there, and we didn’t have one. No one let us know) So we had to Stop our stuff again to go to the store and buy one.. Which.. ok, Not the end of the world but had someone made us aware of this.. We would’ve been prepared for that, we were ready to start our vacation and it was one problem after another… Finally after this great start, I go to go upstairs where my suitcase was in the bathroom, only to find it covered in ants……. Seriously?!??
