Amplio apartamento de 3 dormitorios y 4 baños frente al golfo. La Master Suite cuenta con una cama King y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha grande con azulejos y tocador doble. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas Queen, TV de pantalla plana con baño privado, y el tercer dormitorio ofrece una cama Queen también con TV de pantalla plana y baño privado. Esta unidad ofrece un televisor de pantalla plana y un reproductor de DVD en la sala de estar junto con un sofá cama, acceso inalámbrico a Internet, cocina totalmente equipada, bar con máquina de hielo y una lavadora y secadora estándar.

Phoenix West ofrece espectaculares vistas al frente del Golfo y fabulosas comodidades. Siéntase libre de relajarse en las brillantes aguas del río lento mientras los más pequeños disfrutan del sinuoso tobogán de agua. Good. Beautiful Condo. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.

Building was well maintained. Condo Beautiful. Master Bedrom mattress needs to be replaced. Slept in one of the other bedrooms. They only supplied one dish towel and no wash rag. Only a sponge.

Our trip was great but condo needs some updating. Also a few items did not work such as balcony lights, jacuzzi jets did not work, and one toilet needs caulking around base because it rocks when sit on it.

Family beach trip

Beautiful unit. Spacious. Loved parking on the same floor as the unit. More details needed about parking in description. Everyone Has to pay extra to park. Beach was very crowded, it was a holiday weekend. Three rows of rented umbrellas on beach!!! Almost forced to rent an umbrella to have space or chairs and umbrellas. Forget about a canopy.

They do not allow us to inform guests of prices prior to arrival, as Phoenix can change these prices at any time. They also work with the beach services companies with what is allowed on the beaches. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, view, beach. The pool and lazy River were awesome.Carpeting in all the bedrooms was very dirty. Furniture on balcony needs to be replaced.Washing machine did not work, but service was sent very promptly and it was repaired.

Beware of extra charges and accusations

First we got charged for excessive cleaning after we got home and after my husband called we got accused of a smoking smell when i know nobody did in the condo or balcony. She said the property was smokefree but yet had a smoking section on the first floor of the garage across from the grills?? There was one person from our party that smoked but went to that area everytime and nothing was said to them. The condo had a bad smell the day we arrived. There was a poop stain on a "clean" towel, cabinet doors falling off and, and one of the toilet not even flushing. Do not stay here if you want to risk 300 or so more dollars for being accused of something you didnt do! Make sure to complain within 24 hours or they will not care!!

Arrived on Sunday excited for a relaxing vacation. My spouse and friends spouse both have health issues and spend more time in room than on the beach. We had 4 TVsIn unit and we couldn’t get any of them to work (were like 4 remotes to each TV). After text/emails/calls we finally had service in the living room and late Wed we had service in the bedrooms. We were leaving on Fri. Popcorn ceiling falling in floor in Master. You probably already know this but cell service is terrible, would recommend land line for emergencies. I requested an adjustment to price and they did adjust it but I didnt really think it was fair considering how much time I had to spend addressing issues. I requested half and they said they could do no more than 30%. I do like Phoenix 10 but did not have a good experience this year.

Not enough kitchen supplies

There were hardly any supplies in the kitchen. No pot holders! The condo could’ve been cleaner. There was stuff on the rugs and a big spot on the bedspread in the master bedroom. It needs an update! The check in process was aggravating because we were told we would be emailed a code to open the door but that wasn’t the case. We had to go down the road to pick up a key and then return it there.

Overall satisfied

The major issues we had were overall safety issues that can be resolved. The door to the balcony didn’t lock and with small kids that’s an issue. The ice maker and air conditioner were both leaking pretty bad. To the point we had towels sitting to sop up the water the whole time. This could be a major issue as someone could easily slip and hurt themselves- especially kids. Lastly the beds in the two queen rooms are terribly uncomfortable and almost unsleepable. Overall we could comfortably sleep everyone and the kids loved the pool. Would stay in the building but not this unit again as is- things would need to be fixed before I’d rent again.

Fair definitely not the nicest condo I’ve stayed in at Phoenix West.

The condo was nice but it needs some upkeep done. Blinds over balcony doors need fixed many are missing so it doesn’t close out the sun. Had to buy frying pans, didn’t have any. It has wallpaper that needs to be changed or updated.. it’s coming down in the master bathroom. The patio furniture VERY uncomfortable needs to be replaced. The master bedroom TV never worked. We reported it they came but never got it fixed our entire stay. The living room furniture could use some updating especially the blue loveseat very worn. The condo needs a lot of TLC. Hasn’t been maintained very well.

Disappointing

As soon as we walked in to the property, there was strong rubbing alcohol smell. There standing water in front of the ice maker. We did notify liquid life. The condo sleeps 10 and only 3 people can sit on back patio. The couch on the balcony is broken. I sat down and fell thru it. The dryer had a broken knob so we had to buy a pair of pliers just so we could use it. Someone from Liquid life checked the leak on Sunday, said he would be back Monday, but never showed. By Tuesday, the leak was worse. The leak had gotten so bad, that the carpet in the master bath was getting wet. We did call again. they did come and look but did not fix the issue. Thursday morning there was so much water, we let them know at front desk. Thursday evening you couldn't even walk down the hallway. there were 10 fans going to try and dry everything out. The dresser in master bed was moved to dining room. The TV and cable boxes and wires was out on the master bed. Because of everything in the Master bedroom getting moved around, i lost a set of car keys that is going to cost me $500 dollars to replace. Liquid Life did tell us we could move upstairs to another room. We were to check out Saturday Morning. This was just a waste of our vacation time to move all our things.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Phoenix West is a great facility with several amenities. Our room, however, was not so great. We booked unit 507 due to it being on a fairly lower level and having a large stand-alone ice maker. THAT feature clinched our decision! Unfortunately, the ice maker was out of order for our entire stay 😠One of the bedroom’s en suite had a clogged bathroom sink drain, and one of the queen beds had an 18”w x 4” deep divot in the center. Unusable 👎🏼The owners need to show this room some love and attention, for sure. Even with these downfalls, we still enjoyed our vacation. I mean... WHO doesn’t enjoy overlooking a serene beach and a week of relaxation?

Upon arrival we found a note on the ice machine that said out of order sorry for the inconvenience I contacted you and you sent someone right over who said a part had been ordered. I feel we should have known this was not working ahead of time as the refrigerator had no ice make so we had to buy ice the entire week. We could not make or receive calls on our Verizon phones. We had to go to parking garage to make a call. If that is not a fixable problem, a land line should be installed in case of a 911 emergency. The living room furniture was very worn and not very clean. When you pay that much for a family vacation you don't expect to find furniture in that condition. We loved everything else about the place and would love to stay again if above improvements were made. Please pass that onto the owner. We had a great time! Everyone at Liquid Life from the first phone call to the last was very nice and professional. This is the second time I have used your company and will use you again in the future. loved your clean linen policy too! Thank you again will look forward to our next visit!

Great Condo with wonderful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy visiting Orange and appreciate the rental process which easy and very professional. The view were great and kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were excellent. The one downer was the condition of the furniture on the balcony. The were worn out and uncomfortable. Fortunately, we had some chair we brought with us. Would stay again but suggest replacing or updating the outside furniture.

Great location!

The condo itself does need updating for common area furnishings and definitely for outdoor seating! Beds were comfy!

Great location, condo needs attention

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. The elevators get very backed up so we did have to use the stairs multiple times. The lazy river and pool were clean and the kids did enjoy that. The beach was great! The condo was definitely dated and needs some help! It has carpet that has been there probably since the condo was built and it looks like it has never been cleaned. It was pretty disgusting. The tile also looked very dirty in the kitchen and hallway areas. The patio furniture outside was completely unusable which was very disappointing. My daughter sat on the outdoor couch and fell through because it was completely missing any support. For the amount we paid for the condo surely the owner can spend a couple hundred dollars and replace the outdoor furniture and replace the carpet! For these reasons I would not stay in this unit again. It’s a huge space that could be great if they would just give it the attention it needs.

The outdoor furniture is also in terrible shape & needs replacing.
