Stay at the best condo in Orange Beach!! The newly opened Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1950 square feet the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



The unit comes equipped with everything you would expect and more. Full-size appliances, wet bar, ice maker, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. There are two master bedrooms with king-size beds and a bedroom with two queen-size beds.



There are plenty of amenities to keep you and the kids occupied during your stay. A lazy river, a water slide for the kids, and a full-size outdoor pool. If it's raining head inside to the heated swimming pool, or two Jacuzzi's. If your looking to break a sweat check out the state-of-the-art fitness center, four saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



We also have the unit two doors down which is great for large groups!!



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Enjoyed our stay, BUT the wait time for elevators was ridiculous. We waited up to 45 minutes to get an elevator we could fit in to check in and out with our baggage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was so roomy and comfortable. It was convenient to everything and had stunning views from the oversize windows. The only issue we ran into was there was the bottom of a blender but no mixing pitcher. If you are going to be the beach you have to have a blender. I would suggest investing. Everything else was perfect!

Reviewer Comments: We just wrapped up our 4th annual tired moms beach trip, and this condo was absolutely perfect for our much-needed escape!There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax (and not hear each other snore 😅). The view was absolutely breathtaking—mornings with coffee on the balcony became our favorite tradition. The condo was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to recharge, reconnect, and laugh until we cried.We made so many unforgettable memories—from sunset chats to sandy snacks and spontaneous dance parties. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We already can’t wait to book it again next year!Highly recommend for any group of friends in need of sunshine, sleep, and some serious soul therapy 💛🌴

Great Stay with Extended Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire family (three generations) had a great time in this comfortable, well appointed home. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The beds were comfortable. The view was great, and all of the staff were friendly. The grand kids loved the swimming pools, water slide and lazy river. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The only thing that I would change is the water temperature in the pools. The indoor and outdoor pools were a bit cold. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing and very kid friendly with several different pools for them to enjoy along with the lazy river. The condo was very clean and had a lot of space for our entire family. The beds weren’t too comfy and the ice maker at the wet bar did not work but other than that we had an amazing trip!

Beautiful condo and Great communication with property manager, easy door code so we didn't have to go anywhere to pick up keys, etc. Perfect size condo for a pretty large family! We loved the lazy river and so did our 16 month old grand daughter! Great first beach trip for her! Our ONLY drawback was that our verizon service was limited inside the condo, but fine downstairs in lobby, by the pool and on the beach--but wifi allowed us to still text, etc. Elevators are super fast! We will definitely look to stay here again in the future! Great location and convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants, etc.

Great family trip!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The beach is steps away and the pool area is wonderful. We all enjoyed the lazy river after a day on the beach. I highly recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was great, very nice. My only recommendations is to provide more towels. There is one for each guest but that requires you to wash daily so therefore, I feel like I am constantly doing laundry while on vacation. Providing a few more so you don't have to wash every single day would be nice. There was 1 dishtowel for the kitchen and nothing to wash dishes with as far as a dishrag except for a disposable wipe cloth. If you use a cleaning service that provides towels, have them leave a few more bath towels and kitchen hand towels
