You will stay in a peaceful place where nature is omnipresent, just 18 minutes from the sea and Ostuni.

Ideal for your Christmas and New Year's family celebrations!

The villa has several terraces, offering you the choice to dine in various sunny or shaded spots with high tables and chairs. The heated veranda is equipped with a large table for eight and a cozy lounge. Enjoy the ideal setting in any season with our sliding glass doors, perfect for both summer and winter.

The fully equipped outdoor kitchen invites you to merge with nature while you indulge in meal preparation.

The 45m² heated pool (closed in winter) is surrounded by a large deck with six beds and their umbrellas. You can enjoy a pergola surrounded by flowering trees with a 10-seater sofa and fans, ensuring cool moments.

Our villa is equipped to provide all the facilities on-site. The 10,000m² garden with many fruit trees and olive trees invites you to stroll and pick fruit to delight your taste buds. The surrounding countryside is tranquil. You will find peaceful spaces on the property to indulge in reading or napping while letting the children play in the pool.

Upon your arrival, the beds will be made, and bath, beach, and household linens provided. Our package includes house cleaning. If your stay exceeds 12 days, a mid-stay bathroom cleaning and bed linen replacement are included.

We emphasize the quality of your welcome by our local manager Angela to familiarize you with your holiday location.

If desired, take advantage of her support to:

Stock the fridge according to your preferences just before your arrival,
Organize an evening at the villa with your private chef, or a pizza night with a local pizzaiolo,
Offer recommendations for restaurants and visits, bike or Vespa rental, etc.
You will find peaceful spaces within the property for reading or napping, while allowing the children to play in the pool.

Outside the property with pool is spectacular. Inside, it’s comfortable but a little dated. We understand there are plans to renovate. The outside bar, BBQ and kitchen facilities were superb.The bunks area is cramped and is unventilated.Angela, the house manager was outstanding in the speed of her responses and remedies, as was her husband Antonio who took care of the pool and provided extra electrical items. Check in and out is very easy.

What a fantastic place! This villa was perfect for two families to spend a week in Puglia. It's centrally located in Puglia, and easy to get to different beaches and landmarks. The town of San Vito dei Normanni was a pretty cool place. We had dinner in the town a couple of nights, and it really came alive with local residents, music, and different options for food. The outdoor space in the villa was what really made our vacation - the pool, grill, outdoor seating areas were perfect. The house is well-equipped to cook meals at home. The only thing that we wish we would have known beforehand, was that the villa is not within walking distance to the town. On the VRBO map, the marker is much closer to the downtown than it actually is. We originally planned to walk into town for meals, but the villa was so well-equipped to eat there, it worked out just fine.

Lovely property and hosts

The place is amazing as were the hosts both the owner and the property manager were faultless. We didn’t have the absolute best weather this Easter however the pool was still enjoyed daily as was the excellent glazed room at the front of the villa which was key to the property working really well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Good base to explore the area.

everything was great, the only complain was that there was not enough closet space, and the bath towels was too small for adults, in the villa like that should be more luxurious towels. .

Beautiful villa and surroundings - perfect for a family stay

We had a lovely family stay at the villa! We settled in quickly and found it very clean, well equipped and family friendly. The outdoor area was very peaceful and had lots of seating options and the pool was a great size and enjoyed by all. The hosts were very helpful and approachable. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of Italy!

Accommodation not what it promises

Based on the description and the pictures, we expected much more from the accommodation. Unfortunately, the accommodation is more appearance than reality. The floor has been laid sloppily so that there are large gaps in the laminate. The skirting boards are also suddenly missing a few pieces in between. The crockery has clearly visible damage. This is supposed to be replaced at the start of every session, but there was no sign of this in July. You won't find a simple plate without chipped spots. Even some of the cutlery was badly damaged. Pretty much all the shelves in the large fridge were broken. The furniture foil was already coming off some of the furniture. The glass fronts on the terrace could not be used as they were blocked and therefore could not be moved. The children's beds (double bunk beds) in the hallway are right next to the fuse box. A child can therefore go directly to the fuse box without any problems. The top bunk of the double bunk bed is very hot and the air is hot, so it was almost impossible to sleep there (there is no air conditioning in the corridor). We could list even more problems, but that will have to do for now. The accommodation is very far from the nearest town. Unfortunately, nothing is within walking distance. It is also difficult to find a restaurant on site where you can eat out before 8pm. Unfortunately, there are no sights in the immediate vicinity, only the beach is a 30-minute drive away.

Blissful stay!

A real luxurious villa. It had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing family holiday. Good location. Car needed as no amenities were within walking distance. Beautiful beaches 20 minutes drive away. The nearest town was pleasant. Excellent pizza restaurant and ice cream parlours. Lidl supermarket was handy. The villa rooms were all well presented and clean. Comfy beds and air conditioning throughout. Outside spaces were fabulous. It was very hot when we stayed and we could always find somewhere with some shade and a breeze. The pool was lovely. Very quiet location. Very peaceful. Angela was very knowledgeable to welcome us on arrival. Welcome box was appreciated.

Great week at fantastic property

We were two couples of friends visiting Puglia for the first time. We chose the property because of its location in the center of Puglia, and the wonderful outdoor space. Our idea was to find “a base” to drive to the surrounding towns and it just workout perfectly. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures, with multiple wonderful outdoor spaces to relax, a great barbeque, and a fantastic pool. The interior of the house is just as nice and very functional. Angela was very helpful and was always readily available to help us with all the questions and advises. We had really a great time and enjoy the pool during the very hot days of July. The house is located about 10 minutes from San Vito dei Normanni’s center by car, in a zone with virtually no neighbors. San Vito is a rather quite small town, with all the services you would need, although with not much to see when compared to the more attractive nearby towns.

Our Touring Base for Puglia

Our group included six adults. Touring several major locations around Puglia. Very comfortable property. Unit was clean, well equipped and maintained. Very nice outside area and pool. Location is a bit remote and requires a car. Property manager Angela was very helpful.

Beautiful Villa for a Puglia Family Vacation

Travelers: we were 6 adults & one 15 month old, the max guests that can fit comfortably is 6 adults and 2 children, there are 3 bedrooms (one has two double beds) and the bunk beds are in the hallway & suitable for children Villa: beautiful, clean, spacious, comes with everything you would need (bring your own shampoo, conditioner & body wash), only a bit of a challenge to baby-proof for a 15 month old, great size pool (heating not included but not needed in July) Location: all you hear is the sounds of nature, you can't even see another house, very relaxing, 10 min from town, 15+ min from nearest beach, must have a rental car to get around, parking for 2 cars Communication with property manger: she will reach out via whatsapp ,speaks Italian & English, if you are traveling with a baby be sure to tell her multiple times so that the cleaning ladies can set up the villa for a baby (baby gate, highchair, pack & play) Would recommend

Great Stay, Highly Recommend

There were 4 adults and 5 children, we all fit quite well in the space, with enough beds for everyone. This is an ideal place for two families with kids, two master suites and a third bedroom and hallway converted to a sleeping area with bunks. The AC was a must as there were days we hit 42C mid July. The kitchen was well equipped, we even BBQ’d one night. The pool area is prefect and exactly as pictured in the listing. If there were any negatives, the location is very remote so you need to drive to everything, and since it is in the country side and it was very hot the cicadas are very loud. You get use to it after a while but it was quite a shock when we first arrived. Angela the property manager was very helpful and even got a reservation at a local pizzeria for our first night. She is quick to respond and handles any issue that arises quickly. The question always is will we be back, yes if we are looking for a similar secluded holiday within driving distance of the wonderful sights of Puglia then of course!

Amazing villa!!!

The villa was spectacularly clean and well maintained. We have been staying at vrbos the last 15+ years and I can say that this was a beautiful property. Angela our housekeeper is fabulous, she was super helpful and helped us getting medication when my husband fell sick for a day during the stay. The villa is surrounded by beautiful olive groves, pool is stunning. The rooms are well decorated and look just like in the pics. We had a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful home with amazing pool

We loved our stay at this home. A fabulous welcome, and help and advice available anytime we needed ideas on where to visit or eat. The house is lovely and cool, very peaceful area and mosquito nets on all the windows meant we all slept extremely well! The pool area and outdoor seating was perfect.

Magnifique séjour

La maison était parfaite pour notre famille. Nous nous sommes senti tout de suite à l’aise et nos enfants petits enfants étaient ravis d’avoir une superbe chambre et chacun une jolie salle de bain.Les petites étaient en sécurité grâce au plein pied et petits portails elles ont bien profité des jouets de plage qui étaient à disposition. La maison est vraiment soignée dans un magnifique environnement et fonctionnelle.Elle est très bien équipée Elle est également bien située géographiquement proche des jolis sites touristiques et de la mer.

Une vraie maison de vacances !

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette belle maison. Tout y était : le cadre, la piscine, les chambres avec leur salle de bain, les équipements pour les enfants, les extérieurs pour passer des moments entre amis. Vivement y retourner !

Nous avons été reçu par Angela avec un apéritif de bienvenue, avant un visite complète des lieux et les bons plans sur la région. Quelle villa merveilleuse, un vrai havre de paix ! Nous sommes allées au centre du village pour nos achats à seulement 8 minutes en voitures. La splendide réserve naturelle de Torre Guaceto et sa mer émeraude est à peine à 15 minutes. La villa est bien aménagée avec un salle de bain pour chaque chambre et une excellente literie. Une cuisine full complète en matériel. Il y a plusieurs lieux aménagés pour le repos, hamacs sous les arbres, lits autour de la piscine, grand canapé avec ses coussins moelleux sous la pergola, table haute et tabourets pour l’apéro près des oliviers. Rien ne manque dans cette villa. Accueil et conseil tout au long de notre séjour par Angela. Vivement l'année prochaine ;)

Belles maison avec un très bel espace extérieur

La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien décorée, 3 grandes chambres et un lit superposé dans le couloir. L’espace extérieur est magnifique :jardin gigantesque, une belle piscine patio et différentes terrasses. La tranquillité du lieu au milieu des oliviers nous a permis de nous sentir chez nous ! Facile de communiquer avec Olivier le propriétaire et Angela la personne de contact sur place.

Vacances parfaites

La villa est vraiment superbe!très propre! Décorée avec goût, dotée de tout le nécessaire voir plus! Nous n’avons pu profiter des fruits du jardin qui n’étaient pas encore mûrs (sauf les amandes, exquises), mais les prochains vacanciers vont se régaler! Olivier a été d’une grande disponibilité malgré la distance. Nous avons suivi ses conseils de visites, certains restaurants et contacts sur place! Angela qui s’occupe des vacanciers sur place est une personne très agréable et elle aussi disponible dès que nous avons eu besoin! Je recommande à 100% et espère que nous aurons l’occasion de revenir! Merci

Super Villa

Man kriegt was man zahlt. Die Villa ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Pool und die gemütliche Lounge sind fantastisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll fanden wir auch die Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer, da wir in der Nacht damit besser schlafen, als mit der Klimaanlage. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Betreuungsperson vor Ort verlief reibungslos und man wurde gut betreut. Der beste Strand (Guaceto) ist nur 15 Minuten entfernt und viele kleine hübsche Städtchen sind innerhalb von 30-45 Minuten erreichbar.

A very nice place to stay

We (4 adults and 3 Teenagers) were in this wonderful house for 1 week. The pool area is incredible and the heated pool can be used in October perfectly well. Check-in worked smoothly and Olivier explained everything. Unfortunately we had a lightning strike and had no power. We called Maria who was absolutely amazing and helpful. She organized the electricians who came right away. All in all we had an amazing week. A car is very helpful to explore the nice surroundings. Thank you Olivier and Maria.
