Apartamento de un dormitorio ubicado en el 1er piso del bloque de apartamentos. El ascensor y las escaleras brindan acceso al primer piso.

Salón / cocina abierta - la cocina ofrece nevera, horno asistido por ventilador, dos quemadores, ventilador de techo, lavadora, tetera y tostadora. El salón tiene un sofá en forma de L (que se abre para crear una cama doble) y una silla relajante con reposacabezas acolchado. Las puertas del patio que dan al balcón que tienen mesa y sillas. TV, reproductor de DVD, reproductor de CD y ventilador proporcionado. Balcón ofrece vistas a la zona de Famagusta. Trona también se proporciona.

El baño ofrece WC, bañera con ducha y lavabo y lavandería (airer de ropa también incluido) y tabla de planchar. El apartamento tiene un amplio dormitorio con una cama doble y dos cajones laterales, así como tocador, espejo y taburete (amplio espacio de almacenamiento para todos los huéspedes, además de unidad de aire acondicionado (secador de pelo pequeño). Toallas y ropa de siempre. En el armario hay una caja y paraguas geniales que se pueden usar, por favor regrese cuando haya terminado. Por favor, traiga sus propias toallas de playa. Se proporcionan rollos de inodoro, detergente líquido, líquido de la lavadora y todos los demás productos de limpieza.

Nice, comfortable, clean and fully equipped

Very comfortable apartment for a family of four (2 + 2), with a very large bedroom. We found it very clean and well maintained. Very well organized with useful directions how to use almost everything in it. Directions to apartment were very accurate. Nice peaceful location. We enjoyed swimming at the Firemen Beach which is two minutes drive from apartment. Two minutes drive you can find Just Italian restaurant. Highly recommended! Amazing pasta and pizza. Overall the apartment is rated as perfect. It fulfilled our expectations.

A quiet and comfortable apartment in strategic position

This is a very nice apartment and you the owner is a very kind and welcoming person. The apartment is in a quiet position but you can reach the main beaches and best places in 10/20 minutes. I found it great!!

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Apollonos Court: The flat was complete with everything you may need, either for cooking than for anything else (like very useful electric adaptor for European/Italian plugs) It was really quiet, never too hot, the balcony (bigger than as it looks in the picture) comfortable and perfect for breakfast and dinner, always in the shadow. Andrea sent us many messages before our arrival, caring for our future stay. I definitely suggest this flat.

Property was really well equipped throughout and spotlessly clean on arrival Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle which made for quiet relaxing nights sleep . I would recommend a car to get to local beaches shops bars ect . If there are any problems or questions to ask the neighbours are English and very helpful (although we had no problems ) . I would definately recommend this property . Thanks Andrea

CIPRUS: A WONDERFUL PLACE

I spent two weeks in Kapparis in August. Cyprus is a wonderful island and this apartment is small but really comfortable. it is located in a very quiet area, but close to everything (this feature is very important for a family). I would resume this experience right away.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable bed

You would need a car , to shops, beaches, other towns etc was within easy reach from the apartment by car. We found it to be very peaceful, there was lots of information about Cyprus in folder information for places to visit restaurants taxi's etc. We enjoy the view from the balcony where you could see the sea . we would use the apartment again .

Home from home....PERFECT

This apartment was perfect, very clean, fresh and well maintained, it had everything I needed. A lot of thought has gone into what you would need while on holiday, there were cooler boxes available to use etc. The location was described accurately, it is in a lovely, quiet residential area of Kapparis, close to Paralimni. You will need a car as it is quite a walk to the beach, or to use the pool in the Amore apartments where I went most days, there is no charge to use all the facilities, the food and drinks are reasonable, only 1 euro for a coke etc, and the staff are really friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in Kapparis, there is entertainment most nights in some of the bars(Grand Slam). A lovely new coffee shop and bakery as you come into Kapparis where they do a lovely iced coffee frappe, it is open all day & night. I did have a problem finding the apartment late at night as the street lighting is not good, also there are no street signs. The Sophia Court Apartments put their refuse bins in front of their apartment sign, I noticed a few days into my stay. But once you get your bearings it is easy to navigate from the airport. Straight through Paralimni past lidl on your left, past sports direct on your right, to the big roundabout, turn right 3rd exit, past the police station on your right, straight through the traffic lights, go over all the speed ramps as the road goes down a hill after the last speed ramp, turn left and Sophia court is on the corner on your right. Go all the way to the end of the road you will see Apollonos Court Block C, turn into the drive way and Block B is in front of you. I would definately use this apartment again, the owner was lovely and provided a first class customer service. The neighbours were great.

small ,spotlessly clean ,safe,quiet,

stayed for 25 nights ,we loved this lovely exceptionally clean ,comfy especially the bed. apartment ,A small residential building in quite and peaceful area.,,safe and secure ,with nice Neighbours .. close too all amenities,and local beaches .car hire recommended,.one tiny small thing (no microwave } but hey ho ,definitely would and will go back here ,highly recommend..

Very good! Beautiful apartment

We very much enjoyed our stay! Beautiful apartment very close to the sea and nice restaurants. Very clean and Cody and roomy! It would be fantastic if the tv was replaced by a newer one.

Good

House small but beautiful and full of every comfort. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Machine truly indispensable for the displacements, 5 minutes to the beaches to Per NEra 10 minutes from the beach of Protaras and its premises. 15 to 20 minutes to Ayia Napa and the sandy Nissi Beach and nightlife. Council also visit the part of Kapo Greco really beautiful beautiful sea

Lovely holiday home! Would recommend

This apartment had everything you need for 2 weeks in the sun. The balcony, while not huge, is bigger than it looks in the pictures and had room enough for us to sit and relax in the sun or eat a meal. If you didnt want to go out on an evening you could easily stay in and cook with all the home comforts and we found the apartment was large enough to not feel cramped like a studio would of. I would recommend a car as the nearest beach is a bit of a walk away and is not the best on the east coast of the island but buses do run if you prefer. The apartment was clean and there were plenty of extra pillows/blankets (not that we needed them). I would definitely recommend and will book again for next year.

Holiday in Cyprus - September 2010

We had an absolutely fantastic family holiday in Cyprus in September 2010 - the accommodation was excellent, had everything you needed to make it a home from home and air conditioning too!! The really good thing about the location was you could escape the madness of the busier places and come home at night to peace and tranquility and managed to get sleep without constant coming and goings from other holiday makers. The weather was brilliant, in the 90s every day and having this apartment made it easy to escape when we needed to to just relax. Would highly recommend the accommodation - in fact, we are already trying to plan our next trip as soon as possible.

Girls Holiday

The directions to the apartment were very clear and easy to find, once we arrived the apartment was very clean and looked just liked what you see in the pictures. The location is a bit far from the beach shops a car is recommended but if your young and you dont mind walking the buses are ok to use and very cheap. We took buses back and forth to go to Ayia Napa for the beaches and night life. Most nights we ate in as we like the homely feeling to the apartment, ie having a washing machine it things very easy for us. the neighbours were ever so friendly, i would say becare full on the cab services you use as some of them can charge you high prices to go into town. The maximum we ever spent to go into Ayia Napa from near the apartment was €15.00 no more. It was the best ever girls holiday nice and equipt for 3 or 4 people. I would go back again as we got so use the the area.

I first visited Cyprus in 1999 for a wedding in Protaras. I had visited Ayia Napa the year before but just fell in love with the Protaras area and people. I then decided to visit Cyprus every year to explore other areas such as Pernera, Troodos Mountains, Larnaca, Pervolia after feeling more and more at home and making Cypriot friends I decided to look at purchasing a holiday home in Cyprus. I looked at three properties and fell in love with the Kapparis area which is quiet and an ideal base to explore areas nearby. My apartment is situated in a quiet area and my (english and cypriot) neighbours are great!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The apartment is a home from home. Lovely quiet area set back off the road so that when you decide to leave the restaurants or bars you can come back to the apartment and relax. A real home from home with nice sofa, clean linen, comfy bed and nice balcony to relax with a drink.
