Este es el primer lugar donde vivió nuestra familia en Valencia, datado en 1925. Decenas de bellas historias tuvieron lugar entre sus paredes y deseamos que ustedes puedan apreciar parte de la felicidad que se vivimos allí. Lo reformamos completamente hace poco tiempo para que fuera mucho más cómodo y moderno para ustedes.

En el año 2023 hemos recibido el Certificado WE RESPECT, que nos muestra como una vivienda turística responsable con sus vecinos, a través de un dispositivo de detección de ruido que evitará molestias si se produjeran.

La cocina completamente equipada, dos camas bien cómodas y un sofá cama, ropa de cama y toallas recién planchadas, cualquier electrodoméstico que puedan necesitar (si no lo encuentran, nos lo piden), Smart TV HD con Amazon Prime, WiFi, café y té para toda su estancia y una nevera con algunas bebidas les esperan. ¡Sean muy bien bienvenidos!
Está idealmente situado en la zona más tranquila del bullicioso Barrio de El Carmen. Junto al enorme Jardín del Turia, a un paseo del Centro Histórico de Valencia y a pocas paradas de bus de la Ciudad de las Ciencias. ¡Disfrute de Valencia desde su mismo corazón! El apartamento está completamente equipado para su completa comodidad y podrá encontrar muy cerca una gran oferta de restaurantes, gastro-bars, nuevos y antiguos pubs donde tomar la famosa 'Agua de Valencia' y decenas de emplazamientos culturales para explorar.
Cerca del apartamento hay una piscina pública de pago (sólo 3€/día) y un gimnasio, y decenas de instalaciones deportivas en el cauce del río.
Fácilmente pueden alquilar bicicletas por días o utilizar su BonoBús para alquilar las del servicio público VALENBISI.

Great apartment, great host, great location!

Vincente and his family went out of their way to provide a comfortable apartment for us. The location was perfect, and we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit and found some wonderful restaurants within 5 minutes. This was our 4th apartment to stay in during our visit to Spain, and I must say I highly recommend this property!

Nice place in the city

This modernized apartment is on a quiet street within walking distance of the center of town. Vicente is an excellent host - helping out with anything we needed. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped. My wife and I loved it.

Great host

Vicente's place was immaculate. Although he was unable to meet us upon our arrival, he arranged for his adult son to be at the apartment and give us a tour of the facility. My wife says that this is the best equipped place we have ever rented and we have stayed in well over 30 vrbo rentals. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Great location in the old city!

Superb apartment in El Carmen

Absolutely perfect apartment everything needed for a stay in Valencia.Host Vincente was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble,from meeting us off our late flight in person to booking us a taxi to the airport. He gave us so much great advise on restaurants and things to see and do. We would not hesitate to recommend his apartment.

We loved our apartment in Valencia. It was in a perfect location, in a quiet and quaint neighborhood but very easy to walk to restaurants, shops, museums and parks. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and Vicente is the perfect host! He was in contact with us before our trip and helped us figure out how to get there by train, and then checked in while we were there with suggestions of restaurants and things to do. He was so helpful!! We would definitely stay there again!!

Great apartment in Valencia

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment, which is centrally located so you can walk anywhere, but on a very quiet street. The owner was kind and generous and very helpful with suggestions of what we should see and do in Valencia. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you need. There was even coffee, wine, milk, and other food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived! We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Valencia, and will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Amazing stay in Valencia!!!

The reviews were spot on about the apartment and super host Vicente!!!! He is very accommodating and communicates before, during and after your stay. The apartment is exactly like the pictures and has everything you need for your holiday. The washer was much appreciated! It is in a great location and easy to walk to everything in city center. The transportation system is easy to get to and can take you anywhere you want to go! Again Vicente is an amazing host who makes great recommendations and is available for any of your needs. I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Valencia!!!

Great apartment in the center of city

I stayed with my friend for 3 days in Valencia. The apartment was great, perfectly located and really clean. Just 2 corners away and you are in the center of nightlife in Valencia. Nice little shops and restaurants are all on walking distance. Vicente (the owner) was very kind and helpful. He really puts an effort to make it all really cozy. We found apartment full of everything you need, from fruit and juices to pasta, cookies, coffee, milk....And not to mention that in November in Valencia you can easily swim!! It was 26 degrees on 3rd of November!!! Great!

A lovely loft indeed

In januari 2016 I stayed with my 3-year old son in the appartement. It was in one word: great. The appartement itself is clean, beatiful and cosy. It is situated on walkingdistance of allmost everything you want te see. Next to that: supermarket, pharmacy, park, busstops ...it's all sort of around the corner. Vicente welkomed us when we arrived. He is very helpfull and gave a lot information about the city, he was also very easy to reach during our stay. By arrival we found some lovely fruit in the appartement, coffee, tea and some slices of terrific ham. And for my little one we found three suprise chocolat eggs in the fridge. How thoughtfull can you be? That was really nice. I really recomand this appartement. Love to come back one time.

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment in Valencia

This beautiful apartment, in a good location in Valencia, is as shown in the photos and as described on the website. In fact, it is actually better! Having rented more than a dozen apartments in Europe, I would say this was the one of the best equipped and most comfortable with many thoughtful amenities and gestures from the owner such as water and cold drinks in the fridge, local fruit such as those great Valencia oranges, a bottle of wine, and coffee pods for the Tassimo coffee maker. Vicente, the owner, was very hospitable and genuinely wanted us to enjoy his city. He was quick to respond to emails and answer questions. We were in Valencia the week before the big festival of Fallas and it was interesting to observe the various characters and structures being built in each neighbourhood for the upcoming parades and bonfires. For us it was the perfect location to spend a few days between bustling Barcelona and noisy Madrid! Many thanks again Vicente!

Best accommodation ever!

From our first email exchange, Vicente was an incredibly attentive host and obviously cared very much about making our stay comfortable, easy and full of fun. He provided us with directions, lots of info and many helpful suggestions. The apartment was even better than described, and was ideal for us. It was in a perfect location for exploring the city - it is just a few minutes walk from a bus route, but we walked everywhere, even to the zoo, the football stadium, and the City of Arts & Sciences. It is also very close to the park, old town/Plaza de Carmen and all the attractions. It was extremely clean, tidy, welcoming and well-stocked. Vicente had even bought us some food for our stay, including fresh Valencian oranges, drinks and treats for our daughter. He was in touch with us constantly to make sure everything was OK - which it was. Besides a bit of street noise, which is to be expected in any city, the apartment was pretty quiet at night, as it is not on a street with very many bars or restaurants - but just around the corner is one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Valencia. The beds, towels, TV/DVD, kitchen appliances, bathroom, all were very new and nice, which made us feel like we were in a cosy hotel. Highly recommended!

Thank you for making us feel like family

We were on our 4th week of visiting Germany, Italy before adriving in Valencia Spain. While we traveled, we stayed exclusively in VRBO. Some of the stays met our expectations, others not as represented. When we arrived in Valencia, Vincente met us at the airport even though it was midnight. The following morning, I dropped my tablet and the screen shattered. What to do...I called Vincente for advise. He insisted, picking up the tablet for repair and returned the tablet later in the evening, advising me that the tablet could not be repaired in Spain. We tried to pay him for the ride from the airport and for his service and time with the repair of the tablet, he refused. By far Vincente's hospitality was awesome, making us feel like family rather than people renting his apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, very well apointed and a great location. I can tell you this is the very best place for you to enjoy your Valencia holiday Vincente, thank you for such a memorable time.

Un piso muy bonito y para recomendar

Tuvimos E-Mail contacto con el propietario V. Biendicho antes de llegar. El nos preguntó cuando sera la aterrizaje de nuestro vuelo. Por eso acordamos una cita en el piso. Sr. Biendicho estuvo esperando cuando llegamos. El esta una persona muy simpatico y amable. El explicamos todos las instalaciones y dionos su numero de telefono para preguntas. Durante la estancia preguntó si todo esta bien.Tuvimos contacto per Whatsapp. Al final Sr. Biendicho vino al piso para despedirse. El piso esta muy agradable y amueblado con íntimo ambiente. Hay todos los electrodomésticos y son en un buen estado. Falta nada. La ubicación esta en el corazón del barrio del Carmen aunque esta tranquilo. Todos los atracciones de interés del barrio viejo se puede llegar a pie. Nosotros nos sentimos muy bien y recomendaríamos este hogar a todas horas. Gudrun y Bernd, Alemania

Estupendo apartamento en el centro

Hemos pasado un fin de semana inolvidable en este apartamento. Contiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable: secador, plancha, toallas, productos de limpieza e incluso algo de comida. Además el inmueble se encuentra en el centro de valencia, a pocos metros del mercado central y de la zona de tapeo de la cuidad. Recomendamos no utilizar el coche porque es complicado aparcarlo ya que toda la zona es de pago.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was available to us and it was close to the centre. The only downside of the apartment was that the loud surroundings in the street were good to hear. Vicente is a nice and caring host and told us about the most important things in Valencia, including information about the transportation in the city. If i ever go back, I will definitely contact Vicente again!

Great service!

First of all: all the promised recommondations were above our expectations. Perfect personal transfer of Vicente from the AirPort to the appartement . The fridge full with all nice food and drinks. Appartement was just as described in the brochure. One minor issue however was the douchecabine, few moultspots, which would be/still has to be repaired according Vicente. But comparing with the excellent working airco, WiFi, dishwasher, microwave, tv etc. etc. all of these made our vacation fantastic. Vicente gives you also a lot of usefull infornation about Valencia, where to go to, which bus number and even to which opera available during our stay. What a great service. Thank you Vicente Tip: Bajabikes bicycletour in dutch Roofterrace holahotel del Carmen with excellent food( the cod is delicious) Citybus nr1 near Turiapark to Pataconabeach (la mas Bonita) Jogging en cycling in Turiapark

Many thanks for you nice words, dear friends. It's also great that you explain your special tips for future guests. Thanks! And in respect of the little problem with the shower, as I told you, we are always fighting against lime deposits because Valencia's water is quite hard. In fact, those spots are lime spots, not mould, fortunately. Now we have applied a new waterproofing transparent product after cleaning everything and it seems to work great. Posizione strategica silenziosa pulitissima molto luminosa piena di ogni confort e Vicente super ospitale ed attento a tutti i dettagli. La consigliamo veramente qualità prezzo ottima anche per chi come noi ha bambini. Ci torneremo.

¡Hola, amigos! Me llamo Vicente y nací en Valencia en 1966. Me casé con Gemma y tengo dos hijos. Soy muy aficionado a la música clásica y -en especial a la guitarra española y flamenca-, al cine clásico y a la fotografía, y llevo con mis hermanos un negocio en el centro de la ciudad. Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Les ofrecemos la primera casa de nuestra familia en Valencia, datada en 1925. Está llena de agradables recuerdos y de múltiples vivencias en un barrio, el de El Carmen, con todo el sabor de la auténtica Valencia. Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Este es el primer lugar donde vivió nuestra familia en Valencia, datado en 1925. Decenas de bellas historias tuvieron lugar entre sus paredes y deseamos que ustedes puedan apreciar parte de la felicidad que se vivimos allí. Lo reformamos completamente hace poco tiempo para que fuera mucho más cómodo y moderno para ustedes. Sacamos las vigas de madera del techo, siempre ocultas, y el ladrillo antiguo de las paredes, para crear un clima más acogedor. La comodidad de las camas con colchones y almohadas viscoelásticos, la cocina office completamente equipada, la conexión wifi y una nueva televisión LED, además de detalles de decoración cuidados y llenos de color harán su estancia inolvidable ¡Sean muy bien bienvenidos!
