Lovely Stay in Vieux Nice

This lovely little place was just perfect for a stay in Nice. The location was a convenient walk to just about everything you’d want to see including Viewx Nice, the beach, the flower market, promenade and the harbor. The place was clean, cute and comfortable. The host was easily reachable and made checkin and checkout easy. I definitely recommend staying here.

Ideal for our visit

My mother and I wanted a place to stay in a quiet street in the Vieille Ville, and this studio was perfect. Well designed and maintained, with everything we needed and nothing we didn't. While the steps up to the building were a bit of a challenge when arriving with luggage, every day we appreciated being already partway up to the Chateau for its beautiful views and trails.

Met our needs perfectly

Our first stay in Nice and it was most enjoyable, in no small part because of the location of this accommodation in the old town. We were able to readily access the things we wanted to do and found parking our car easy (not always easy in Nice we found). The Apartment was as described and we were given a warm welcome. Happy to return.

Location Location Location, with AC!

Great little studio apartment in old Nice. 2 minute walk to Beach and tons of restaurants right down the street. My wife and I had a great week in Nice. Apartment was perfect for us, bed was comfy and air-conditioning worked well. Check-in was easy and smooth. Communication was prompt and helpful. Would stay again. Thank you.

Nice apt in Vieux Nice

The apt is accurately described. It has a great location with excellent walkability, and is very quiet. The kitchen is nice for morning coffee and snacks. We did find that it is easiest to access the apt by walking up Rossetti street. We did not get to meet Giovanni, but he responded promptly with messages or questions. I recommend this property for convenience, quiet and value. The wash machine is a great bonus. And the shower was very good . Thank you.

Nice Old Town Location

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this quaint studio apartment. It is conveniently located near Rue de Rozzini and Rozzini square, where there are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The room is comfortable with a nice little balcony to enjoy morning coffee. It is important to note that you cannot drive to this location because cars are not allowed in Vieux Nice (so be prepared to lug your bags a fair distance. Also, the property manager is not flexible with check-in times. You have to know exactly when you're going to arrive and tell her ahead of time so she can meet you (no unattended check-in).

OK room in a great location

Room was clean and spacious. There was a balcony but it looked over the small courtyard. Because the other buildings were so close it was very noisy! We could hear the other tenants across the way very clearly. There was absolutely no view. Needless to say, the balcony was the biggest disappointment. The TV was not a smart TV. Location of the apartment was perfect.

I'm sorry you didn't appreciate the balcony but in Old Nice being an old village with small alleys and the houses are all close together it is difficult to find a balcony with a sea view ...., and the TV is a smart TV with all the channels at your disposal perhaps you should have been more attentive and informed about the technology. Wonderful

This apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Old Town Nice -- close to everything: the shops, the beach, the pubs, grocers, and an awesome restaurant just a few steps away (more on it later) -- but far enough away (a couple of blocks from Gelato Square) to avoid late-night revelry. It was clean, with dishwasher, washer/dryer and an elevator (lift), which I'm told is special in Old Town. Giovanni and his manager, Isabelle, were warm, caring, enthusiastic and helpful with whatever we needed. About that restaurant -- Ristorante Acchiardo is a small, VERY popular, VERY special place. Italian cuisine, authentic. Between it and the Spar (Irish Pub) and Shapko (Jazz Club), all within steps, we had all the nearby nightlife we needed. Our cute little studio apt was a bit smaller than the 1-bedroom we thought we'd rented, but it turned out it was all we needed. Highly recommended.

A perfect place to stay in Vieux Nice!

My husband & I spent 3 nights in this lovely studio apartment in the heart of old Nice. It was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay, and perfectly located for exploring the old town with plenty of good restaurants, shopping and places of interest within easy walking distance. We also enjoyed the little terrace which was a great spot to enjoy a light meal or a drink at the end of the day. Claudio was very friendly and helpful when we checked in and we also appreciated his willingness to arrange a taxi for our trip to the airport. We would most definitely stay here again and will also highly recommend the apartment to others.

Klein aber fein

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt für 1-2 Personen sehr gut geeignet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ringsherum in Innenhof, der eigentlich ruhig ist, gibt es aber einige Ferienwohnungen, deren Besucher auch schonmal laut sein können. Alles in Allem aber für einen entspannten Aufenthalt gut.

Great place to stay in the heart of old town!

The owner was very responsive when we booked at the last minute. We were in another apartment and the water heater went out. The owner had someone meet us at 1100 pm, the night I booked, to show us the apartment and make sure we were set up.

Wonderful apartment in the best location in the old city!

We loved this apartment! It was very conveniently located next to just about everything that you’d really want to experience. Great restaurants, cool shops selling quality goods, the beach within a five minute walk, Cours Saleya, Castle Hill. We loved it and Giovanni and Marilyne were really easy to work with! Loved it! Molto carino!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo appartamento nel cuore della Vieux Nice nei primi giorni di giugno, situato in una tranquilla stradina che sale verso le colline del Castello.Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla Place Rossetti piena di piccoli ristoranti e bar.Arredato con gusto e con tutto il necessario per cucinare.Simpatica accoglienza da parte del proprietario che ha saputo rispondere a tutte le nostre domande su come muoverci a Nizza.Consigliato!

Highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing short break in Nice at the end of May. This apartment provided us with the perfect base for exploring the area. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and has a lovely balcony for a leisurely breakfast (excellent boulangerie-pâtisserie just around the corner!) and an aperitif before dinner. It is very well equipped with modern appliances but possibly the best thing about it was the location. It is based in the heart of the atmospheric old town (near Place Rossetti) with all of its charm and excellent restaurants but is on a quiet street so you get the best of both worlds. Giovanni was there to greet us despite our arrival on a late flight and was very helpful, giving us excellent advice so that we were able to best enjoy our short stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

Monolocale ampio veramente delizioso nel cuore della vecchia Nizza. Rinnovato, molto pulito e tranquillo, con un balconcino veramente carino sull'interno ove è anche possibile cenare in tranquillità. A poco piu' di 5 minuti da Cours Saleya e dal mare, comodissimo per ristorantini e negozi. Proprietario molto preciso e disponibile. Davvero un'eccellente soluzione
