Tranquilidad en el lago! Un césped expansivo conduce derecho a la orilla del mar, con un perfecto muelle para la natación, pesca, paseos en bote, o disfrutar de una bebida favorita mientras ve pasar el mundo. Nuestros grandes rasgos una historia estilo refugio en casa en el centro mismo de una gran sala con chimenea y TV de pantalla plana. La cocina amplia y totalmente equipada está abierta a la gran sala y comedor con altos taburetes del mostrador para comer o conversación. Cada una de las cuatro habitaciones ofrecen camas muy confortables, dos con los reyes, uno con una cama king size y dos camas nido camas, y una con dos camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con TV de pantalla plana. Dos de los tres cuartos de baño tienen ducha, tocador y aseo, y el tercero, una bañera con ducha y tocador independiente. Leer y relajarse en el tranquilo porche (no hay televisión aquí!). La cubierta del lago es precioso para comedor patio y la cubierta inferior cuenta con un nuevo Bañera de hidromasaje para su disfrute.

Great for Families

This was the best place we have stayed at since coming to Hot Springs!! 3 Families and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The teenagers had their room and the little girls had their kids beds. There was enough living space for eating and lounging. the furniture was comfortable as well as the out door area. Just can't say enough good thing about the property.

Beautiful place

We had a great time!! Boating fishing, tubing, fireworks, the lodge supplies everything you need with plentyviews of the lake! Just a great place.

Beautiful Place

We enjoyed our stay at this rustic home on the water. We had coffee on the dock in the morning and stayed up and visited til late. Our hosts were excellent in every regard. A great time was had by all!

Perfect House for our Family Getaway

My elderly parents and grown siblings all met up at this house for the weekend, and it was perfect! My mom needed a flat house without steps, and this had a beautiful air conditioned sunroom for her to watch from inside when any of us were outside. The dock was great, beds were comfy, bedrooms were so nice, and having 3 bathrooms was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked with more than we thought there would be like spices and coffee bar. There was tons of seating for all of us to gather around the living room with bar stools and other chairs. We had such a memorable time!

Pictures don't do the place justice

Stayed there for 3 nights before the holidays. House is bigger and nicer than expected. Extremely clean, we will stay there again next time we're in town. Could not have been more pleased with our experience.

Very nice house to stay. Ron was very easy to work with during our stay. The house had a nice common area and the backyard/dock was very nice. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. Only negative was the trundle bed was not very toddler friendly, otherwise no complaints.

The house was in a great location and backing to Lake Hamilton was a plus. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 6. We enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub on the cool evenings we spent there. I would highly recommend this house if you plan to visit Hot Springs and for activities on the lake.

Fantastic Lake House!!!

This property was absolutely wonderful. We had 6 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space for us all to relax and play. Property is right on the water and A nice flat lot. I must say the pictures do not do this place justice. The house is so beautiful and very well decorated. The beds are very comfortable and furniture was cozy and comfy as well. The whole family really enjoyed our stay. Will most definitely book this location again.

Just OK

The place is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Had a problem with one of the amenities listed, but in the end, all was made right by owner.Twin beds in one of the bedrooms, not comfortable for an old person to sleep on, but children will be comfortable. TV in that room needs updating.Everything is furnished in the home, no need to go out and buy extra's.All in all, I would rate it a 6.

Fun family trip!!!

This home was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of rooms and beds for 6 adults and 3 children. It is very nicely furnished with comfortable beds and linens. The boat dock is an extra bonus since we rented a boat for the day. The location is close to a marina making it convenient to get the boat. We hope to make this trip to Hot Springs a family tradition and plan to stay here when we come back! The property manager Ron was very accommodating as our arrival time was hard to predict since we were coming from a tubing trip in Malvern, AR. Can't wait for next year!

Wonderful Lake "THE LODGE" House!

The Lodge fulfills all your needs with each of the three bedrooms having their own private bath and the largest bedroom is perfect for a family with the king bed and an adjoining sun room bedroom with two twin beds. This house is spacious and the kitchen is so neatly and nicely equipped. And then there are the multiple outdoor areas for dining or hanging out and one of those areas has a nice hot tub! And another is on the boat dock! There are six of us that have been coming to the lake together for years and we will never stay anywhere else!

Lake life!

Nice, clean property! Easy to communicate with property manager and ask questions- it was our 1st time on Lake Hamilton. Quieter and shallower stretch of the lake. Hot tub definitely a bonus-drained and cleaned between guest so no worries there! Spent a lot of time on the back deck under the shade of trees. Pretty good area for paddle boarding too (bring your own board). As with many lakes, houses are close together but this area is nice because the property is level and the lake is right off the backyard.

2nd stay

Tv's did not work properly - Host unable to completely resolve issue. May have been due to a recent storm. Sunroom has a chair with a cracked seat. Overall a similar experience to a previous stay several years ago which was also very good.

Spacious home, perfect accommodations and fabulous lakefront location.

I was joined by 4 friends for a weekend stay in the property and couldn't have been happier with the house! The description is accurate and if anything the photos underplay the size and beauty of the location. The house is very large in layout without clutter and feels spacious in all rooms. The added sun rooms are excellent too as is the deck and of course the hot tub! The lake is right outside and the view is fantastic. Each bedroom with its own restroom was a great feature too. All amenities functioned as they should and supplies were plentiful. We are already looking for potential dates for the summertime! Tremendous value in this VRBO!

Wonderful weekend

My family came in for a visit and we loved the home and location! THe home had everything we needed to cook meals including air fryer and crockpot. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the boats go by and loved the ease of the boat dock to tie our boats up and kids to jump off and play. Everyone said they slept good in good beds and had a good a/c when it was to hot outside, but even with it so hot there was a good breeze blowing and nice shade trees. If we had any complaints - I think it would be that the grill was on its last leg with rusted out areas in the bottom, but that is the only negative I can think of! Everyone in the group gave it a 10/10!!

Loved Our Stay

Beautiful house, was great for our family with the rooms just off of the family room and kitchen. We really enjoyed walking right out to the dock to swim and could even watch the lake from the air conditioned screened porch. Absolutely, loved the house and the location. Could not have had anymore fun. Many thanks to Molly and Connie for being so gracious with accomodating us with our crazy arrival schedule. We had a wonderful memorable family vacation.

Girls weekend 2022

I can not say enough about Connie and Molly meeting our every need. Were there hiccups, a couple. Did it change our opinion of the home or our trip in any way, no. The home is a little older but has been maintained beautifully. All the beds were so comfy you didn’t want to get up. Besides the great view from porch, this home had everything you needed. I’ve stayed in numerous VRBO locations and this was the best stocked home with all new appliances, air fryer, blender. Every bathroom had hair dryers and fully stocked. We were greeted by Molly with a bag of body wash, shampoos, conditioner and even a cake!! We are already planning our next girls getaway and will be coming back. Thank y’all for making our trip so memorable.

Garry and I have vacationed in many places, but nothing is as tranquil as Hot Springs. I think this is a mystical town and this house is so relaxing. WE always hate when it is time to go home. We come back so often, our neighbors might think we live here. One of our deacons say we live in Hot Springs but visit in Mississippi. (haha) Garry is a cotton, soybean and corn farmer in the Miss delta. Our children are grown and our grandchildren love the lake as much as we do.

When Garry first saw this property, he knew he wanted to buy it and rent it for others to enjoy the tranquility it brings. Most property in the Hot Springs area is on a hill or at least unlevel. This has a BIG back yard for the children to play and to sit outside and watch the boats ride by or fish off the deck. WE also have 2 other houses up the lake if you need more room.
