Ubicación, ubicación! Disfrutar de sus vacaciones junto al océano y despertar con el sonido de las olas! Esta actualización de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños villa se encuentra convenientemente ubicado en el corazón del East Beach. Night Heron Park, el mercado de la playa del este, el Spa y tiendas en el santuario están a sólo un corto de 5 minutos a pie de la puerta principal. La playa está justo fuera de su puerta trasera. Incluso el malecón de la playa se conecta a su patio trasero!

La disposición abierta de esta villa y muebles ocasionales de la playa añadir a su comodidad. La amplia sala de estar con vistas a las dunas de arena y dos puertas para acceder a la terraza privada. La cocina actualizada abre a la zona de comedor para 6 con asientos adicionales para 2 en el bar.

La suite principal tiene un gran baño privado, cómoda cama de matrimonio, TV de pantalla plana montada, vistas a la naturaleza Kiawah, y acceso a una terraza privada con una silla de salón.

La primera de 2 habitaciones está fuera de la sala de estar y tiene una cama de matrimonio, televisión de pantalla plana, baño privado y acceso a un porche trasero. Al final del pasillo ya la izquierda es la segunda habitación con dos camas individuales y TV de pantalla plana. Esta sala también cuenta con un baño privado y acceso al porche trasero.
Para su comodidad, se incluye una lavadora y secadora estándar y WiFi.

We loved the location and the villa was well appointed! Kitchen was well organized and we had all the tools and dishes we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and loved the patio. We had a problem with the freezer and had no ice which was frustrating. Hope they will fix it. A vacuum would be nice to pick up sand on floors.

Great location very clean as advertised. TV was not set so that local national stations could be accessed. This should be checked after each stay. You recommended a beach chair company and worked out very well.

Amazing Proprerty, Loud Construction

The unit is just as good as the pictures and location is excellent. However, there was 7a construction on unit above almost every day during our stay. Not necessarily something that can be controlled, but the property management company had no idea and no sympathy for the disruption caused to our family vacation.

The property was exactly as advertised and we had a great stay. It is a lovely 3 bedroom that is right on the boardwalk with a beach view and a couple minute’s walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at this rental was awesome! The property was nicely updated and very clean. The view was amazing. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend!

Tennis and Beach

We had a great time (Oct. 1-8) at this property! It was 60 seconds away from the beach. We played games every night at the large dinning table. The rooms were very nice and the kitchen was great. We would rent this again! The owner was terrific in every way.

Favorite Condo on Kiawah!

This is our sixth time staying at windswept villas and our second time coming back to 4411. It is the absolute best! Clean and updated decor. First level allows you to walk straight to the beach without going downstairs or getting on an elevator. And every single bedroom has its own bathroom and porch access. It is a Kiawah gem!

This unit was exactly as advertised. It is in a great location central to the Kiawah Island activities. Everything was very clean and operational. All of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms seem relatively updated. We would come again

Bittersweet

This condo was lovely… beautifully decorated, well stocked and an open and spacious floor plan. We loved the exceptional view and the short walk to the beach! Unfortunately, the central AC in one of the 3 bedrooms was not operable. AC is a necessity when vacationing in SC in August. The room was equipped with a floor fan and a portable AC unit that was extremely loud and frankly ineffective when operating making it difficult to get a good nights rest. In addition the ceiling in the attached bath was in disrepair. This was disappointing and a detraction. We booked this property 8 months in advance and got NO pre notification of the situation. It gives me serious reservations about renting again. This is our sixth year vacationing in Kiawah and not once have we ever experienced a misrepresentation of the condition of any rental property.

There was no a/c in one of the bedrooms. You must have known about it because there was a floor fan in the room. We will not stay in that condo again as that is not honest.

Lots of pros! Beautiful property and setting with very comfortable furniture and plenty of pillows/blankets. Loved the oceanfront view. Deer enjoyed snacking on foliage just outside of living room windows. Ice maker in the freezer didn't seem to work - and the outdoor deck needs to be cleaned of spider nests, they were everywhere outside! Otherwise, just beautiful. Would rent again.
